At the expense of the state of Texas I had to replace my passenger side window due to mowers. I called and got prices and they were by far the best price I had gotten. I get there early just because and BAM they go to work. My window is in and ready in like 30 minutes. These people are great me and the owners chatted for a while talking about life and the main lady is just killing it answering 4 phones running down quotes and prices and people. If you need glass you need to look no further.

I’ve had about 10 windshields replaced over the years in various vehicles. Not once have we had to come back for any issues. I applaud anyone who can service a vehicle with it looking like no one was even there. Correct and clean. Highly recommended.

Super quick and very friendly. They fix the cracked windshield that I had in a Honda Element, the hit was so bad it had starred a little bit. They got me in and out in 15 minutes and charged me the lowest fee I can could find in Lubbock. Now it just looks like tiny little flaw in the glass

I had my car broken into shortly before Christmas. This company got me in quickly to replace it, had fantastic pricing, and actually cleaned out all the broken glass and vacuumed my car. They were better than I could have hoped for. I will 100% come back next time I need something glass related!

Fixed a large, deep, dime-sized chip on my window in less than 10 minutes, and you can barley tell it was there in the first place! The price ($29) was also cheaper than anywhere else I could find in town. I will definitely be going to them for all of my vehicular glass needs.

I am driving from Denver to Austin and noticed the trim from around the windshield coming off I called auto glass co. as I am driving and this sweet gal answered the phone she told me to come over and they would take care of me. Well that sweet gal took care of it right away it didnt take more than 5 minutes and didnt want to charge a penny. Nice too know there are still good people out there. I live in the Dallas area and have a daughter at Tech. Her car had a crack in the middle of the windshield and was unsafe to drive. My husband and I have used this business multiple times in the last several years. I have had rock chips fixed and my entire windshield replaced with them. Kim and Lance took great care of us every time. I am a stay at homeschooling mom with 4 kiddos and Kim had her guys come to me and replace my windshield in my driveway! They were fast, friendly, and the cost was less than I expected! That NEVER happens. Ha! I will continue to use and recommend them for all my glass needs.

They were able to order the new window that morning. My windshield had been cracked for three years so I went ahead and had that replaced, too. Ya know, killin two birds with one stone. My vehicle was ready before noon and my car looks brand new again! Thank you to Kim and the rest of the team at Auto Glass Company for making window repairs easy breezy!

These people installed a windshield in my truck when I was at a business meeting in Lubbock. The windshield started leaking. I live three hours away so the secretary Kim said they would pay for my local service to fix it.When it came time to pay, they backed out and the owner or manger cursed at me like I did something wrong.DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE FORANY SERVICES!!! THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SHODDY JOBS!!!

I took my Jeep there to get a chipped windshield fixed that just happened the night before on my way to Lubbock. Got it done right before closing. I asked him if there was a chance it would crack and he saidtheres always a chance one in a million, in all the years doing glad Ive only had one guy bring his windshield back in well I got back to Oklahoma I became that one in a million my windshield is now cracked from top to bottom! I called and all they can do is refund me $29! Now Ill have to pay $350 to get the entire windshield replaced! The whole reason I got it fixed was to prevent paying for a whole glass. I am not happy with the outcome. Find someone else with a betterpolicy!!

We took F-J to get front windshield replaced. The person who put it on did`t tell us that they broke the clips to put white guard back on instead they put black tape in the holes to make it stick, well it came off same day. We took it to dealer to order white guard and still waiting on the clips. I will never go there again!!!!!!!!!! They should have told us the truth....
