I made an appointment with these guys to have my windshield repair for 2 vehicles and the receptionist initially scheduled me for early in the morning. I asked if the repair process was dependent on the temperature outside and the receptionist told me it was fine.The next morning she called me just before the appointment and let me know that they would be pushing my appointment up because it was too cold to do the repair. The curing process [needed] it to be warm.The appointment was pushed to between 1&2 and when 2:30 came no one showed up. I called and was sent immediately to voicemail (I guess they use cell phones as business lines) I left a voicemail and followed-up with a text asking about my appointment and no one responded.That was on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I dont expect to hear from them again.Any business that has zero regard for its clients time and occasion dont deserve my buck. I am a staunch believer in supporting local business but this company wasted my day waiting for them.I hope they find their groove but it wont be with me or my affiliates.

These guys are SPECTACULAR!!! Dane took my call at 7:00 in the morning and by 11:30 that day my windshield had been completely replaced at nearly $100 LESS than anybody else in town.Now thats what I call fast and budget-friendly! This couple is awesome! The first time we had them fix my windshield it had so many chips and cracks in it. They came to my house and replaced it pretty quickly and my windshield looked amazing! Their customer service is outstanding. They were professional yet took care of me as if I were family or a good friend. We had to call them out again because we (my husband) broke our rearview mirror off our new windshield. They quickly came out and instead of replacing the whole windshield they found a kit to help us reattach our rearview mirror saving us money and offered to come out again if we had any other problems. This type of customer service goes a long way and I wish other companies were like them. I highly recommend them and will use them again and again especially since I never know what my husband might break next. Thank you D&D!

Great customer service! Quick repair and well done. Extremely affordable compared to Safelite, whom wanted to charge me 4 times what they did. I was driving home from Thanksgiving and a huge rock hit my windshield. They met me on Texas Tech’s campus during a time that was extremely stressful and fixed me up. Now all I have to focus on are my preliminary exams that qualify my (or fail me) to become a PhD. You guys don’t realize how awesome this experience was with everything on my mind. Thank you.
