The guys at the shops were WONDERFUL! They got me fixed up in just a few mins. Sam in the office was extremely professional and kind as well!Their shop is THE CLEANEST shop I have even seen someone actually work out of! Really impressed! I would highly recommend and will be returning!

We had the windshield on our class A motorhome replaced last year. Not only did they knock our right hand mirror loose, but now I discovered a 2-1/2 gap in the top of the windshield that was not sealed properly!!! I would never had noticed it if I hadnt been forced to drive in the rain. There was water leaking on the inside of the window!We will NOT be using Double T Glass in the future!

I had an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They were running on schedule. They have a waiting area, and that was a big help considering we had come from out of town and it was cold and windy outside. Very nice people. Love the blue heeler.

A great place to get your windows replaced. I called around to several auto glass shops in Lubbock and Double T Glass was by far the best priced.I had an issue with my truck still being in the shop, so they went to my truck to replace windows last minute. Not only are they punctual, they’ll give you a call and let you know if a window actually doesn’t need replacing. Great customer service also! Had a fun time talking to both men I spoke with.

They did a great job replacing my shattered window. They were definitely the cheapest place in town after calling around to several places. They didnt have my window in stock since its an older car, but they ordered it and scheduled an appointment as soon as it came in. The whole process took about an hour. I waited there while it was being fixed and they offered my water to drink and said I could change the channel on the TV if I wanted to. Very professional and courteous staff. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them!

TERRIBLE service - they treated my daughter horrible when she came in for a rock chip. I called in ADVANCE to schedule it and was told to come ANY time that day, no appointment needed. When she arrived someone tried to fix it but did not have the right tools - the tools were in the van. Was told to come back at 4 - TOOLS STILL NOT IN THE SHOP. The van had come and gone I dont know how many times and no one thought to get what was needed for the appointment time THEY SET. Had to wait 30 minutes for the van to come back with the tools needed. I love to support local business, but this is NOT one I will ever go to again nor recommend to anyone. Everyone has bad days, I get that, but this was above just a bad day.

Today was the second time Ive visited Double T Glass. Conveniently located off Loop 289, Coby and his crew are attentive and thorough. I will keep coming back because I know quality of service matters to them.

Double T Glass came out to our apartment and replaced our windshield in less than 15 minutes. The technicians were friendly and competent and the price was over $100 less expensive than what some other places in town would have charged us. They did a quality job and I would highly recommend this company!

My windshield was shattered by a golf ball Friday before labor day and they took care of me same day when everyone else I called said it would be at least Tuesday. Great staff and great prices, would highly recommend to friends and family!

Would never recommend these people ever. They installed a windshield for me and broke my seat in my Semi and refused to even call me back to talk to me. It cost me over a $ 1,000 dollars and they always said the manager will call you back. Liars

Wouldn’t recommend Double T for CMV work . The guys doing the job for me were nice but as for the business in a whole, maybe good with everyday automotive glass replacement from the reviews, but when it came to my semi “Peterbilt” a more complicated job . After 2 failed attempts, the willingness to leave me with a more broken windshield than before even after I offered to help pay for the time and glass just so I could get the job done knowing it’s a tuff job and my need to get it done the owner lied to me with the excuse that the distributors would not be open . one ( American glass distributor in Lubbock) is in fact open on Saturday For a limited amount of hours and more than happy to give me some info. As I got in contact with the owner of double T and as I turned around the guys working on my truck drove off . Based off the sound of being place on speaker phone and the sound of the phone being tapped on like texting I can only assume they were doing as the were told . To sum it up it boiled down to the easy road of quitting the job double T took on I’m left with a bigger mess to clean up and still a broken windshield to replace and will do so because I gave my word . They left glass all over and in good moral I will clean it up because I gave my word to a community official I would leave no mess in the time and troubles for letting me park for an extended time . Bad business deals and people just not caring is the typical world story we must deal with as truck drivers and it no surprise yet we still move America for some but not all ungrateful people . Here’s the mess I’m left with, glass on my dash and seats on top of my motor that MUST BE CLEANED and in the road way underneath my truck . I will not call double T for any of my commercial trucks and or personal vehicles . I will gladly take my business and money else where and Unfortunately a flustered and unproductive afternoon had to take place to determine it .

Poor quality. I do not recommend. They said I couldn’t roll down my window because the dent in my passenger door, but when I fixed the dent the window didn’t roll up or down and fell right off the clamps in the door and left a lot of broken glass in the door. And they messed up the lock on my passenger side.

I would like to take the time to give Coby and his staff a huge and warm hearted thank you for replacing my back windshield.I showed up 3 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. Even though I knew it could be an inconvience, they assured me it wasnt. All the technicians were off site doing other jobs. Coby (owner) took it upon himself to start the job. He made sure the job was done in time to get myself back to Plainview in time to pick my daughter up from school.I have a hail damaged (front to back) with a dent on the trunk 2005 Buick Lacrosse, yet they treated it as if it was straight off the lot 2018 model.I was also treated with much respect, integrity and compassion for the situation I was in.I highly recommend DTG for any future needs and also to my family and friends with any glass needs.Thank you again for such an awesome job.GREAT QUALITY WORK AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Only gave him a one-star cuz you couldnt get less the owners and asshat fought me for months over replacing an a pillar they scratched up in my car promised he was going to do something had to threaten small claims court before he actually did it then he blame me told me I yelled at his crew when I asked him how long it was going to take. Our windshield needed to be replaced on a weekend in from Dallas. We called three glass companies in the Lubbock area and they all said they couldnt do anything until Monday morning. Then we called Double T Glass. Coby went out of his way on a Saturday to help us with our windshield. He was super friendly and helpful and the price was excellent. They were quick on getting me in to replace rear window and replaced in timely manner. The problem I have is the quality of work and carelessness to NOT damage window frame/paint during process and not own up to it. Brian made very excuse in book in the 3 min I talked to him and couldn’t get unsatisfied customer out fast enough. Completed job but sloppy and careless.
