Sold us a pristine iPhone 8! We were able to trade it in with our new cell phone provider for a great credit.

These people are the best ever for fixing cell phones. They communicate with you on every issue and give you updates promptly. I wont take my electronics anywhere else but the Cell Phone Doctor. Great job! Very satisfied.

Very rude just came out of shop they were in so rush to go home the guy there is so rude no respect I came to there shop from 30min drive and get there before closing but he is already 1min up so reset your phone by yourself or come some other time .very disappointed

Thankful to have had my phone fixed in an emergency BUT ever since, the screen lags and is unresponsive more than before. My tap to wake feature on my iPhone XR also no longer works.**UPDATE** screen has since went haywire and losing response to touch! Beware! Not using up to par replacement products.

Horrible service, extremely rude I had the screen on my iPhone 7 replaced they forgot to put the screws back into the screen, the screen eventually flopped open cutting the flat cable to my home button control I called an told him what had happened and he tried convincing me there are no screws holding the screen in place this place is a joke how can you run a phone repair shop an not know about key components he also said my phone could not be fixed went on over to CPR phone repair he knew about the screws and had the phone good as new in 15 minutes. Stay away from the cell phone doctor

Horrible customer service. My phone broke very easily after I got my screen replaced. I got it fixed at a new place called Cell phone repair and they said it had multiple missing parts that the previous people didn’t put back in(cellphone doctor) my phone was messed up and missing many parts along with a bad quality screen replacement. I recommend going to the Cellphone repair, Amazing service.

I purchased a phone and bought the extended warranty in march, by april the battery was not holding charge. They replaced the battery free since it was under the initial warranty. One month later the charging port went out they replaced it for $10 per the terms of the additional warranty. The guy was helpful, courteous, and fixed my problem. I would definitely recommend purchasing the additional warranty if you buy a phone from them. Its worth it.

I came to look at purchasing a new phone and I was blown away by their incredible selection of devices. They must have over 500 use phones in stock. Their prices were very fair and customer service was terrific. They also offer a 90 day warranty on all their phones.

Selection is better than expected. They stayed over when we bought phones. They both had some issues but thats ok they are used. Maybe one of those issues should of been caught. Regardless, after using the phones one was deemed not needed for all its glory and that a less inexpensive phone could do the trick. The other had no way of expanding its memory. My wife called to be sure of the return policy and the guy said that it was passed the time of return(3 days). I know the guy said 90 days when we were here. Needless to say we were not able to take them back because we arrived five minutes before they closed. And of course they stayed over when we purchased but did not want to when we were trying to return. So stuck with the phones I needed to use the second phone and went to connect it and it has a very bothersome issue which is it will randomly just shut down. I now know why they never showed this to them did. It could be missed if at the time they checked it for whatever reason it didnt turn off however weather be from five minutes to even up to an hour it will not go off but all the sudden will. And good conscience theres no way that I could recommend this place to anyone however Im sure there are gemstones in the cases but if you have to do luck of the draw and you know who you are if that does not usually turn out well for you then Id most likely stay away

Said they buy I phone 7, didnt say anything else, drove hour to find out they dont buy my specific carrier, seemed to not even care.

Needed a phone battery. Had to leave the phone 24 hours to get the battery replaced, then had to return for another battery because the first one would not take a charge. So had to leave the phone 24 hours again. Price of $35 was Good, not having my phone for 2 separate days was a hassle. Would prefer a service that could replace a battery in an hour or so.Employees were very courteous and efficient.

Fixed a screen of an I phone in less than a day, in the holiday season!

I took my cellphone to be fixed for a connection issue. I can truly say the company did fix the issue; however, when they said it would be ready, it wasnt. Other than having to make two trips to get my phone, I am very satisfied with the service. Once again, thank you Michael.( at the Dixie Highway branch).

Took my Evo to them after I dropped it in the toilet - phone would not charge. They called me a few days later to explain the process of repairing it. The technicians were patient and knowledgeable and after a few days I got my phone back good as new! Definitely will return (hope i dont need to though!)

I had an iPhone 5C that would not charge. The tech at Cell Phone Doctor quickly took the phone to his desk and began troubleshooting. After a few minutes he believed the charging port or battery was bad. Unfortunately, it ended being a fried mother board. Luckily, they had plenty ofgood used 5Cs in stock. I purchased a new used 5C. The owner of the Cell Phone Doc took in my 2 iPad version ones, and included a tempered glass screen protector for the new 5C. Im now happy and so is my daughter! Thank you! Cell Phone Doc! :-)

Quick and easy transition each time I come here! I would highly recommend this for used but good working phones that you no longer have the need for! They give good prices and you wont be disappointed!

Do not do business here. I have taken 4 different phones to this place (2 of my own) and have gotten nothing but the worst back. The first time the screen on my iPhone turned off. I took the phone in and picked it up a few days later and the sound was totally messed up. I could barely hear any calls. I have two friends who also took their phones for similar reasons and got it back put together totally wrong. My most recent experience was the worst. I dropped a new phone in water and was frantic to get it fixed so I thought I would give Cell Phone Doctor another chance. WRONG. When I brought my phone in the man working said there was only a 25% chance of fixing it which is understandable, but I paused a moment to think about my options. He then took a new tone and very rudely said I mean its a $700 dollar phone so.... When a customer comes in frantic because they have no mode of communication and are stressed out the last thing the business should do is take a rude and pushy tone with them. I went against my better judgement and left the phone there to be fixed then I received a call that they were unable to do so. I understand that they couldnt fix it, but when I went to the store to pick it up the owner was on a call phone. He gave my phone to me and offered me to buy one of their used phones. The owner then picked up the phone and continued to talk while I was still standing there with a puzzled look on my face, however it did not take me long to decide I would NOT do business there again. I went to my cell phone provider to get a new phone and when the whole ordeal was over I picked up the broken phone and realized when I shook it that the insides were not right. It felt like a whole battery or piece inside the phone was loose and shaking around. This only happened after I left it at the Cell Phone Doctor to be fixed. OBVIOUSLY they opened the phone took some pieces apart then said they couldnt fix it and did a terrible job putting it back together. So save yourself the stress and DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Try another place that my cell provider recommended called U Break I Fix. Anything is better than that mess.

They definitely repaired my phone, but they left marks all over the sides of it from their tools. I wouldnt chose it again but it was the cheapest i could find

I was told over and over by one of the employees that their repair was guaranteed. I explained multiple times about a bad experience I had with another company that fixed a phone of mine but didnt guarantee the work and the phone screen was cracked again within 2 days of having it fixed. I was assured MANY MANY times that the cracked screen was guaranteed. A few days after leaving the shop, the screen started a hair line crack at the bottom corner and progressively got worse. I called and spoke to the owner who REFUSED to honor the guarantee that I was given by the other associate. I also have a recording of a phone call where the associate is telling me if the phone is cracked within the timeframe of the guarantee, it will be fixed. I will be reporting this company to my CC card company as committing fraud by offering a service guarantee and not honoring it.

Took my phone in to get my camera fixed and when I got it back it didnt have reception anymore. So I took it back and they sold me a used phone for more than I really wanted to pay. I didnt have to buy it but I needed a phone and didnt want to sign a contract with Verizon to buy another one. So I ended up spending a lot more money than just getting my camera fixed.

Those who know me know that I look for the best in people and companys. I like to support local and small businesses. I am not one to look for trouble to give negative reviews.However, this business is terrible. They are affordable but are truly not for the customers value. The first time I went to them they fixed a cracked screen. It lasted till the 90 days expired with no issues. The second issue with th same phone the screen kept popping out. I brought it to them again to see what they could do because the screen kept popping off. Well, they took it to the back and super glue it back together. It took them 15 minutes to fix it. They came to the front and told me it was fixed and not to put it next to anything hot. I asked why and they told me because the super glue might melt. Than proceeded to tell me that the total was $26. If I had knew they were going to super glue it I would saved me money and done it myself at home. A day later I realized my screen protector was taken off. They never told me they had to take it off and when I called back they said they had told me. The people that work here are horrible. Dont give them the time or business. Its a waste of your money.

My phone screen was replaced in less than an hour. AND for less than I could have bought a USED phone. Louis was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Cell Phone Doctor and will come back here if my phone ever needs a dr again.

Took my phone (severly cracked screen) in on a Thursday afternoon around 6:00 PM and they told me that it would take a couple days to order the part and I could expect it to be ready by Monday. Received a call the next day, Friday, saying my phone had been repaired. Phone looks great and works just fine. Also the guy at the store was very helpful with all of my questions (there were many).

Tried to be patient and understanding with them, but poor communication and lazy workmanship on Pixel phones. Unprofessional customer service (see below). Maybe just use these guys for iPhones or Galaxy phones. Seems to be all they can handle.

I dont know where to begin. Phone needed a new cover and they said they could fix over the phone. I took it in during lunch one day and ran an errand while they said they would work on it (an hour). I came back and it wasnt done...the tech said the entire case was ordered and he would have to take everything out and put it back (like that had something to do with me - Im thinking he probably should have looked at this earlier). He said it would take longer. I sent my daughter over a couple hours later. It wasnt ready (?because they didnt think It would be back until after work - again that didnt have anything to do with me). During her wait the batter catches fire and they state that part had to be ordered. Then they call a couple days later and say its ready. I take it home and it wont connect to Verizons service? I take it to Verizon and install a new SIM card and still nothing. I call this cell doctor back and let them know over $400 later the phone isnt working? I take it back in and they say they will look at it. They call and explain that they ordered the wrong service provider and that they have to order a new one (like this had anything to do with me). They call again a couple days later and they orderedsomething wrong again. ?? Days go by and they call and state that the phone is ready. I go to pick it up and he pull it out of the bag and the home button is literally broken???. He will have to order that as well. Im just saying this has been over a month and it seems between technicians and management and the trips I traveled across the bridge to this place (over 10...ive lost count) someone would have more to say then how much it has cost THEM. This is beyond words...

Horrible seller. I made the mistake of purchasing a phone (iPhone 7) from this company through a site called swappa. PayPal automatically filled my address off as another address that I used to be at and I noticed 2 minutes after placing the order. I quickly commented informing the seller of the actual address. Seller ignored me and shipped the phone to the wrong address. I needed the phone ASAP so I had to drive 4 hours to the old address to pick the phone up. Seller refused to give any compensation for his mistake. Phone did not come as described, the scratches were much bigger and noticeable than stated. I initiated a return through swappa but I was just so exhausted with dealing with the cell phone doc that I cut my losses and sold the phone locally for a minor loss. From the sellers comments here as well, he appears to be a very rude person, just look at some of the replies he’s given people here. I wish I hadn’t purchased this phone from you. I hope you enjoy the $270 my friend, hopefully that money goes to improving your company rather than blowing it.

First things first I have to give them a huge thumbs up on their customer service! Good customer service is a difficult thing to come by nowadays! However the cell phone doctor is great with their customer service. I stopped by a little over a month ago on 22 February and bought a galaxy S7 against my better judgment as I am an iPhone user. The phone was unlocked and was originally through AT&T getting it set up was a breeze and getting it activated was no issue even though I have MetroPCS. However the phone was overall just very glitchy with often ghost type and had numerous call issues that I could not fix or work out with my carrier. So I contacted the cell phone Dr. and mentioned it to them and ask what kind of warranty their phones came with the gentleman on the phone told me they come with a 90 day warranty. I discussed the issues that I was having. And he encouraged me to bring it in so they could look at it and determine what they could do to fix it. So I took it in explaining the issue to the owner and without any hesitation he offered to fully replace the phone or he would allow me to switch to another type of device. I explained to him that I was more an iPhone user than anything and he took the time to show me the iPhones they had available in my price range given the store credit as well. While I was browsing I noticed that I had caught him in the middle of lunch, so I told him go ahead with his lunch while I browsed and if I had any questions I would let you know. He insisted that he would take care of me in person that his lunch could wait. I decided on a phone and explained that I needed to call my carrier in order to activate the new device before I turn the old device and he said no problem and allowed me to called my carrier and get the phone activated before I left the store. I cannot stress the amount of customer service that this individual provided and I will most always go there to buy man phones from here on out. Great customer service guys and I really appreciate it.

I barely never write reviews, but I trusted the high rates of this phone technician and I got very disappointed with their service. Rude for no reason, took forever to gave me a diagnostic in which they didnt tell me an specific reason why my phone was not working or of what they did to it. Their technician is a teenager!!! when I left the shop I was not certain that they did anything to really help me. Finally when I got home, I noticed they didnt close my iPhone and that some screws are missing both inside and outside. Plus I had to pay 35 dollars upfront.... never ever again

It was awesome my phone looks brand new the only bad part was it took longer than what they told us. I definitely reccomend this service if you have cracked your phone or something is wrong with it.

My experience was very good. Even though it took more than two days to fix my phone they gave me a discount for another fix that i needed on the phone due to the fact it took longer than normal. I dropped my phone on my hardwood floor and the phone stopped working. Took it to cell phone doctor and for $35 they made a good as new

HORRIBLE!!!! My htc one m8 looks like I got it out of the trash. The screen that they fixed is not on the phone all the way, the corners wobble up and down, the screen is not level with the rest of the phone like its supposed to be. You can see glue in the speakers, and some glue covers the front camera. They even bent the metal on the phone! I did call them to complain, and they told me that I can bring it back to see what they can do. Why would I bring my phone back? Just so they can mess it up some more? NO! I didnt return. I now have a phone that looks worse then before.About 2 weeks later my phone fell off my bed, which isnt that far of a drop, it had the case on and now the screen is dotty! When I use the phone its like a old TV, when youre trying to look for a channel with the antenna. Its a wobbly

I took my iPhone4s to The CellPhone Doctor in Middletown, Louisville Kentucky for repair. The person at the counter was very polite, informative and knowledgeable. After I filled out a small number of fields on the work order, he informed me that it would take 1-2 Business Days to complete the repair, I received a phone call the very next day informing me that my device was ready for pickup.Great Customer Service, punctuality and utmost professional business practices.
