I came in with the issue of my computer not being able to charge. 1st, you quoted me $40 and charged $75. My boyfriend picked up my computer. Because he inaccurately assumed you knew what you were doing, he didnt check it before leaving. I opened it at work to discover the mouse was unresponsive. After taking it elsewhere and having to spend an extra $100, we discovered you put in the ribbons upside down in the keyboard, you didnt mount the charging anchor and you left screws and part of my SD card holder unattached. Prior to going somewhere else I tried to call and ask for an appt., to see if you could take a quick look. Never got a call back. We also stopped by your store twice, at posted business times and you were out. I have to have my computer for work. I will never be back, and Ill certainly never recommend you. You owe me a refund. I see there are numerous unsatisfied customer. Im going on every review I can and giving you a terrible score. Hopefully I can save someone else from the bad experience. If you cant provide better service or an actual skill set you need to close your doors for good.

Great Service!Went to see Eric for the second time this year and was very pleased. The first visit was for a bad charging port, which he replaced within an hour. I didnt write a review the first time because I got distracted with other things.Anyway, returned there today and owner seemed to remember me, which was nice. I called beforehand and he said to come in any time. My ear speaker (the one you hold up to your ear) was not working and the only way I could talk was on speakerphone. He took my Iphone 5 it apart, did some doctoring, tightened a few screws and within minutes had it working again. I was happy with his approach because if he was unscrupulous, he could have told me to drop it off and charged me for a new ear speaker.When I asked him what the damage was he said, no charge! I fully expected to pay him for his work so this was a very nice surprise--perhaps because it was simple or because I was a return customer. Who knows. In any case, Im glad to recommend The Cell Phone & Computer Hospital to anyone and everyone.Highly recommended!David H

Great service and a great price. I called four places that said get a new phone when I had water damage to my iPhone and I called them to see if I could at least get it backed up and get any of my stuff off of it and he said, $40 if I can fix it and nothing if I cant, but I have a 90% success rate with water damaged phones. And he fixed it. There was a problem with the screen and there was an additional $20 to replace it, which I thought was more than reasonable and then a problem with the microphone and he fixed it two weeks later with no extra charge. Ive recommended him to friends since and hes done a good job on their phones and computers also.

Please do not waste your time and money entering this sorry establishment. They will lie and tell you whatever they need to in order to get business. I wasted two weeks of my time waiting for a screen repair only to be told its unfixable and now the phone will not even power up. STAY AWAY!!!

Some guy named Eric was no help at all. Originally told me he could fix my galaxy S3 charging port no problem. Then later said only the S4 has a replaceable charging port. Didnt seem interested in helping me at all. Nothing got resolved.

Super friendly and knowledgeable guy! Walked right in and had him preform a cpu hard drive swap that I had been trying to figure out how to get done for years... He popped down right on the floor in front of me and went right to it and did a fantastic job in just a few minutes. Explained the process and what my next steps would be to integrate into my system. Worked perfectly. Charged me $20 and I couldnt have been happier! Cheers!

I had a super bad experience with this store, and I dont know how to express how upset Im.I came to the store on Saturday 3/16 around 4 PM to replace my cracked phone screen for my HTC M9. A lady told me is going to take her about an hour to fix it. I showed up a little before 6, but they were already closed. So I decided to show up the next day at 11 which is the opening time that posted on the door!I called their number and somebody called me back minutes later and told me hes gonna come soon to the store to give me my phone and he doesnt have much time because he needs to go to his son soccers match.He showed up at 11:45 and never apologized for being late. The guy gave me my phone back and it was disassemble into so many parts. Apparently the lady didnt know how do it and he asked me to take it somewhere else because he has to leave for his son sport event. I told him I need my phone so bad since Im about to leave to travel to Nashville and if you still you wanna give it back to me without fixing at least I need you to put it back together just like the way I gave it to in the first place. Then, he decided to replace the screen so fast. He put it back together, but I couldnt even start my phone because the power button wont work.When I asked him politely to fix that or at least turn it on, he kicked me out of his store and asked me to take it somewhere else. I have to mention that the guy never apologized for everything and he was rude and he made feel that is my fault to bring my phone to fix it on his store.Anyway, I took the phone to a different store later and apparently they broke the volume buttons, the power button and SD card tray. I had to spend money to fix the buttons and I wasnt able to fix the SD card anywhere else.

So basically I had used my Galaxy 2 in the rain, carefully shielding it from water. But when I plugged in the charger water ran down my fingers and shorted it out. It literally smoked when I plugged in the charger.Erik fixed it for $35 and its back good as new.

This place is and will always be the best. Great service and great prices they were the cheapest around here.

Eric let me know what was wrong with my laptop, and because it was such a small fix, I took it home and got the replacement part myself. He could have told me anything was wrong with it at any price and Id have believed him, but he was honest and for that reason Ill keep coming back.

Horrible place, bad attention and a lot of mess .... I was waiting for about a month to fix my ipad and then it was not the money we had agreed because the employee was wrong in the price ..... never said sorry. ... not recommended!!!!

I came in for a screen replacement they fixed it at a low cost and under 10 minutes they are fast and cheap also bought a Brand new iPhone from them still under apple warranty and was $180 cheaper then the Apple Store if you need a phone or tablet or computer this is the place to go or to get ur device fixed they have it all and are quick and great

I thought I was going to have to leave my phone in the shop for a few days, to my surprise 😲 it got fix in less than 30 minutes! Wow thank you!!!

IPhone 6 screen didnt fit and barely responds to touch. Charged $130 and wont return my phone calls - may as well have stolen my money. Just go to apple

Stay Away!! Brought phone in for repair of cracked screen on my Moto X pure-after prepayment of $140 for repair was made, phone was returned to me with black background instead of the original white I had on it, missing buttons(said it was too difficult to replace buttons with screen repair!!), back of phone was coming apart(she glued it while I was standing there..glue never held) AND the screen was cracked!!! She offered to order another screen...WHAT A JOKE!! STAY AWAY!!!
