There has not been a single time that I dropped my iphone and cracked the screen and Max or the owner did not take care of it! They would get my screen replaced within two days, offer me a loaner phone or even find me a new phone all together! They are super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to what they do.

The guys are awesome. I took my phone for repair I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.The guys were extremely nice and took great care of me. I defiantly recommend this place. Best cell phone shop in Louisville !!!

Horrible rude employee service do not spend your money with this company. Cussed at me and my sister while in the presence of my nieces and nephews and also broke the phone which all it needed was a camera repair. HORRIBLE SERVICE VERY DISRESPECTFUL

Do NOT RECOMMEND! Took an iPhone to have the back camera replaced, other then that the phone was in perfect working order. The technician did something and then the phone wouldnt come back on. He kept it overnight and said the mother board was bad. He was surprised I wanted it back, and said he wasnt responsible for the phone no longer working. I sold it for 60 on Letgo for parts. Thirty minutes later the lady messaged me that it was the screen broken and she replaced it. She sent me a pic of my phone now working and needed the password to reset it!

This is twice Ive taken a phone there first had a price of 70.00 when I got there it was 120.00 . Gave them a second chance had to replace a screen told me 100.00 and thats what is was but they reset his phone in doing so the phone went from a 4 digit pin to a 6 digit pin had to go to the Apple Store in the mall and they fixed it because the unprofessional people that are at this store talk to me like I was a thug on the street I do not recommend this place to anyone go to a real professional place of business not these people they took advantage of me twice. Wow what a fool lol

Do not spend your money here, especially if you need repair work done. My wifes phone had a broken screen so I took it in there Super Bowl Sunday. He said no problem Ill call you when its ready. Never got a call so I stopped back by before they closed and he said he had to order the screen and it could take a few days. He never disclosed this up front. The next day my wife found another store that could repair it the same day but he refused to give her phone back. In fact he said sue me, you wont win. There is nothing you can do. He charged us $45 just to physically get her broken phone back into our possession. He said he would call once the screen arrived to complete the repair. Friday I called because no one ever called and the screen was in. Took it back and was told it would be ready by noon on Sunday. A full week after this process started. When I went by yesterday at 2pm the phone was not ready or physically in the building. I was told come back Monday, one more day was needed. The same guy claimed the technician was off on Sundays and promised one more day or he would refund every dollar. So here we are a day later, no phone, no refund, in fact he just said I will never give your phone back. Sue me, you will lose. The cops were called and he changed his tune. But still no phone until tomorrow (supposedly). Bottom line dont spend your money here or trust them with your phone.

Stay away from here, I took my iPhone 7 in for a broken screen and they fixed the screen but said my touch chip on my motherboard doesnt work, so I took my phone to another place and they put there new screen on there and said it works just fine, so I took my phone back so they will fix it and they where trying to lie to me saying that they never put that screen on and refuse to fix what they did I even had the receipt. They are cons, just stay away from them

I just left here not too long ago I ONLY DEAL WITH THIS GUY! Everywhere else high wait time, high priced, and poor customer service. I probably break my phone twice a month so understand if they have bad service id be the first to know #OnMyWayToday lol

Max always takes care of me and all the people i send his way and theyre always open it doesnt matter if its a sunday or christmas or a storm you can count on max to be open, and to be helpful!! thanks guys keep up the good work!!

Went to this establishment and purchased a phone the phone had an internal problem call back and he told me to bring the phone back not only did he swap my phone out for a more expensive phone but he also refunded some of my money for gas because I live in a different city will not be doing any of my business anywhere else

The young man stole parts out of my replacement iPhone screen. I called him out, and then he told me to take it to court, and then called the police to escort me out.
