My husband and I were in this AT&T store this morning to have his phone (which would not turn on) looked at. The associate that helped us offed no help at all. Her only solution was that we buy a new phone (this one was less than a year old) or go to Best Buy to have them look at it. We left and went to the AT&T store at the Paddock Shop where the associate was VERY helpful. He examined the phone, determined that there was a problem with the battery and gave us the number for the Warranty Department since THE PHONE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY - something the 1st associate could have found out if she had only tried. I guess she was only interested in a commission from a sale.

I was acknowledged when I walked in the store.I was advised of the wait time; when it was my turn I received excellent service. Thank you Micah!!😊

The manager was training new employees and taking our order at the same time. He quickly walked through the plan and gave us the best deal. He was fast friendly and efficient and we are getting new phones on the 28th..

I had a fantastic experience. Brian was very helpful. He researched questions I had about my account and made sure I was getting the most for the money. He also helped implement changes and upgrades, and he took time to explain everything clearly. Because I carry 5 family members on my plan, his expertise and positive attitude made a big difference. Thank you!

It took an hour and they did not solve the problem. They sent me to a corporate store for some unknown reason.

Logan Moutardier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all specials available for my plan. I was able to upgrade my phone and also get my son a new phone. I will definitely refer everyone I know to him!

Ian worked with my partner and I in an overview of what would suit us in combining our plans and upgrading our respective phones. He was very friendly while sharing what options would be best for our specific needs while still providing alternatives to consider. We didnt make any changes on this visit only because of other factors, but we have resolved to return to this location to work with Ian or one of his team members because we were impressed by his approachability, patience, and candor.

Horrible customer service. As a small business owner, I went in looking to sign up for a business cell phone account for my partners and I. The sales guy was maybe 18-20 but acted more like 16. He showed carelessness with the way he handled my application. He ended up porting over my number without confirming whether I wanted to go ahead with switching service to AT and T, which I decided I didn’t. However, I did not want to lose my number or have to pay an activation fee just to get my old service turned back on with my previous provider due to HIS incompetence‼️ I explained how he messed up and he refused to take ownership of his mistake. Not only was he careless but he was extremely rude. Since then I’ve had constant problems with viewing my account info online either on business premier portal or personal. This company is extremely unorganized and offers very very poor customer service. Verizon and T-Mobile are the way to go.

Great store!!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store itself was exceptional very clean. Eryn really stood out she’s a great leader and asset to this place. Great job! When in doubt GO TO THIS STORE!

Hands down the best AT&T store in Louisville. They remember you, they greet you at the door. The guys there get you in and out as quickly as possible. They always offer to go one step beyond. Aaron and George are so unbelievably helpful. Its not even worth it to call or order online when you can walk in this store and get first class customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Holiday Manor ATT store. Jeff spent all the time I needed to understand the problems I was having with my phone. The Best part was that he discovered we are eligible for a 25% monthly discount from my husband’s employer! We have been eligible for years and didn’t even know it.We have 11 phone lines and several lost and broken devices so it was nice to have someone so patient help me. Turned out they also had a 2 for the price of one special on the iPhone 8. Tracey was great too. They all work together really well. It’s a beautiful store with really great people.No one likes phone problems, so it’s nice to have knowledgeable, good natured people to work with.

Went in yesterday to help my sister get a new phone. The staff (Sean) was very professional and informative with us during this process and made sure this whole process went as smooth as possible. Definitely the ATT store we will use going forward. Thanks again Sean for the great service!!

The staff at this location are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Aaron, in particular, has helped me to not only choose a new phone, but to patiently guide me through the learning process. And again today, when at my wits end with a technical problem, Aaron was there to not only pinpoint the problem, but to actually fix it! Wow, well deserved 5 star rating! Aaron helped port over two phones, and one hotspot from Verizon. The team at this location understands technical trouble-shooting and they exceed in customer service. Aaron took the time and explained how I could save money with a family plan. It wasnt just a few hundred dollars, it was thousands in savings. So happy!

If I could score them negative I would. The store manager sold me a defective Samsung watch simply because he didnt go through the setup process correctly and has informed me that I have to go through Samsung to get my watch fixed all due to the fact that he didnt follow the proper setup at his store the day I bought therefor he didnt know it didnt work properly. At&t is a damn joke!

My Husband and I bought 2 I phones from this store the people were helpful! Yesterday I bought a I phone cover for my phone ! I went to return it within 24 hours because I found it difficult to get on and off! Sean sold me the cover and did not tell me I could not return it! When I returned it today the manager was not helpful and did not want to resolve the problem! Very disappointed!
