Do not waste your time at any other Verizon store. My rep, Adam P, is an angel sent directly from the Verizon heavens. After visiting two other Verizon stores who told me they couldnt help me and then calling the multiple Verizon numbers they gave me, I stopped by this store as a last ditch effort. Not only was Adam extremely kind, he was also very knowledgeable and fixed the issue I was having with moving my phone to a different account. This was probably the best customer service experience Ive had in a really long time. There are easily 3 other Verizon stores in closer proximity to me but I will be making the drive out to this location for all of my Verizon needs from now on.

This store is awesome! I had a great experience with transferring some friends lines over to my account. Customer service couldnt resolve my issue and the rep at this store was able to fix the issues within 10 minutes. The experience was a breeze and overall was a great experience.

This store was great. They helped my Mom get all of her content from her old phone to her new phone. Best buy and corporate were not near as kind as the representatives at this store. Come here for all your Verizon needs! I highly recommend.

You can definitely tell that Verizon chooses their employees carefully. Every time I visit a Verizon store (especially this location) I’m immediately greeted and acknowledged which is unfortunately a dying custom for most retail. My first experience at the Verizon store Hurstbourne at Stonybrook. John was extremely helpful. My phone was off line and within minutes figured it out, fixed it and showed me how to fix it in the future. As a bonus he helped Joe with a new phone case and put it all together. My husbands phone has been having some battery issues among other things. The phone is a few years old so I understand that might be time for a new one. This store was welcoming and polite and was able to pull up our account tell us about some promotions with trading in a phone even though its old and beaten up. Were glad we have multiple options.

We have used Verizon for years and have been pleased. We were very thrilled to get the trade in deal for the iPhone 12 mini. The rep was very proficient and it was a seamless transfer.

I arrived to this location right before they closed fearing that my issue with my bill would not be resolved in time. However I was pleased to encounter a helpful representative not only not mind that I arrived right before his shift ended, but he was able to clearly explain the issue I had with my bill and help me understand what the problem was. In addition I was able to leave the store informed about the Verizon app and how to navigate it as well. I will most definitely be visiting this location in the future again whenever I have any future issues or when it’s time for me to upgrade to a new phone. I hardly ever write reviews, but this experience left me feeling the need to rave about the exceptional customer service that I had received. I would also like to point out that the store was kept very neat and tidy!

Keith help me get my new phone and I am so pleased with it. I live almost walking distance of the of the Verizon office s Hes going to give me his card and give me all the support I need later down the road should I need it. I did an upgrade of course Im getting a whole lot better apps and everything to use then I had ever had before and I even went with the auto pay which Im pleased with the savings and the idea of not having to go into the Verizon office and paying physically so thats a benefit to me too. I am quite pleased and Im looking forward to continuing with Verizon.

I was happy with everything that I got and I love my new phone. It is very much like my old one that I had for 6 years but it was running out of memory. And so the new phone is so much better and I love the new screen. The rep person was very nice and made everything easier. They even have deals with broken phones that can be traded in for credit.

I had a great first time experience with Verizon. Came in to switch my carrier from Sprint/TMobile to Verizon because my signal was horrible with Sprint. Gladly the nice team here at the Taylorsville Rd. helped me switch and get in and out in no time. They gave me detail answers to all my questions and were very nice and patience. I felt like they sincerely cared about my issue and needs and were able to resolve them. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Definitely Recommended!

Tyler Bassett helped my husband and I immensely. I brought in a phone that needed a nano card and be unlocked and he made sure everything got transferred over. He helped my husband find a new phone after the one he wanted was not to be found in the tri-state area as well as not being available online. Great customer service to us and all customers were acknowledged as they came in, which was not my experience at another location previously.

Battery died on my old phone, they were able to get me another one. What was great, I was in and out right away. Everyone was great!

We came into the store because the reps are always ready to explain everything to us they walk us through everything to help us get information on to the new phone. I made a big mistake going to cricket one time. It would drop calls all the time. I switch to Verizon 3 month ago. It has been awesome. I dont have any problems at all with their service. The problem I had was that my old gmail was hacked by Nigerian spam emails. Keith was more than helpful, patient, well dressed. He got me into a new motorola phone and restored all my numbers and people. The store was clean and following Covid protocols. Im glad I stopped by to get into a new device. My wife broke her phone and we were considering our options: get hers repaired, or switch from AT&T to Verizon. We were greeted by Jason as we came to the store, who was following all the COVID guidelines you would expect, and by the end of our conversation that night, Jason had put together multiple packages with options that made switching the clear choice.I was impressed with the professionalism, the willingness to go the extra mile, and honestly the ease with our switch was executed. We love our Note 20s! The whole experience was painless and enjoyable. Next time we have need, we wont hesitate to come back!

My mom gets nervous with technology and wanted something simple. Natalie was very patient and found the perfect phone for my mom. She took the time to customize it so it would be very easy for my mom to use and helped her feel comfortable. In addition, she also reviewed my account to make sure my family was on the best plan. Very pleased with my experience here at the Verizon store at Stoneybrook. I came in with a Samsung phone that Ive had for about two-and-a-half years. The phone had been good and Ive been on Verizon since I first started with cell phones. But the camera would not work and Keiths was very helpful trying to find a solution and determine if it was a hardware problem or something with software. He left me his name and number and I came told him I would think about what I wanted to do and what other phones were available.About two weeks later I contact Keith and told him I was ready to make some changes and we set an appointment today for Friday and this was even his day off but he agreed me to meet me at the Stony Brook store which was closest to my home. I have purchased another phone we were able to transfer over all the stuff even though the old one was giving us problems because of the camera. If I have any other questions I will contact Keith. And everyone was clean and safe and in masks. Thanks for everything.

After that, he went above and beyond for the accessories.I received a follow-up call from him yesterday, just checking to make sure everything was going ok with the phone and that we are still happy with it. That is the first time that we have ever had someone so interested in our satisfaction.I highly recommend the store at Stony Brook and even more highly recommend asking for Devon when you go in. The other Verizon store did not have the phone I needed, so I came to this one. Aj was very helpful and attentive, the store was clean. He knew exactly what I needed. He got on there and it got another app and I went through the phone customer service and talked with someone and took the time out to help me out. He get my phone service going again.
