Poor customer service. They won’t even acknowledge your presence. I’ve been in the store three times this week, and each time I’ve waited a bit, and no one has even noticed on there. I realize other customers come first, but at least acknowledge that I’ve walked in the door, and that you’ll “be with me in a minute.” Not this place.
Excellent customer service! Mr. Will Steele, store manager, was an excellent help and very informative when explaining my plan and possible additions. He also, educated me on promotion and services to help me personally and for my business. Recommend this AT&T store to everyone!!!

Understaffed, not greeted upon entering, had to ask where to find phone case for iPhone11, felt ignored, when asked if I could pay, he say it’ll be a few minutes, I’m having to help them update an app. Now 15 minutes later, still waiting to pay.Unacceptable for customer service industry
I can’t say enough good things about this location. Manager Will Steele went above and beyond to help me with my business internet. Though the internet was not good at the location I was using it for, Will tried several things to get it to possibly work. I’ve been with AT&T for over 15 years. I’ve never had someone help me as much as Will did. Thanks Will for going above and beyond.

Aaron has been such a great customer service provider, that I followed him to Forest Springs when he transferred to this location. The store is great, but Aaron is what makes the experience exceptional. He has outstanding knowledge of the technology and the programs. Also, Aaron is savvy enough to think intelligently and outside the box. Makes it all so much simpler--make sure you ask for Aaron when you go in!
The most helpful reps and service. I went on a Saturday morning and even though it was a little busy, the reps were moving quickly and were able to help me with my upgrade and service issue pretty quickly.10/10, would recommend!

Weve been AT&T customers for years. Went into the store today to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday. Though we walked out with much more than we went in for...😉 Tyler and Jay were absolutely awesome! Both very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone.
Went with the intent of switching to AT&T and purchasing a new phone. We were acknowledged when we came in the store and that was the only interaction we had. There were 2 customers and 2 employees in the store when we got there. After awhile a customer left and instead of coming to help us the employee went to help the other guy who then disappeared into the back of the store. No one said anything to us. We left.
I went in to change my phone number & the first agent I spoke with was super helpful & didnt pressure me. I upgraded my PayGo plan. I was concerned about getting double charged since my payment was set to draft that day so the agent recommended I shut off autopay while he set my new number & plan up. Once that was done, I turned my autopay back on at his recommendation & my payment for my old plan was drafted as well as the payment for my new plan.I called customer service first but they couldnt even understand what had happened so they were no help. So I go back to the store the next day to speak with someone & a different agent told me only a district manager could resolve the situation & he dialed the same customer service number that couldnt help me before on my phone then hands it back to me.I have tweeted at you. I have DMd you on twitter, only to get an automated response with a link for the same customer service phone number yet again. There isnt even a way to contact anyone on the website.$45 might not seem like much to yall & thats fine. Ill take my money to Spectrum since not a single person has even tried to help me after being a customer with yall for a decade.If someone deigns to finally help me, my bill is coming due soon & Id appreciate a credit to my account for the excess $45 charge if a refund isnt possible for some godforsaken reason.From the look of the responses from ATT to other reviews here, I expect Ill be shutting off my autopay & switching to Spectrum.
Aaron is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and took care of my cell phone needs in a timely manner. A true customer service individual. Even helped me return my iPhone insurance claim. He was a HUGE help! He is an asset to your company! Truly a great experience.

Do not trust any 1 800 numbers with AT&T. My information was sold to Credence Collection Company which are foreigner scam artists and they tried to use that information to covince me to pay them.Great manager and employees. Terrible company to work with. Offers less than 1 megabyte per second download speeds when it guarantees 25megabytes per second. Worst company I have ever worked with and a complete rip off! Absolutely pathetic! Beware, zero customer service after service is active! They will dodge all customer service calls through long wait times and department run arounds!

Do not buy accessories from ATT. First theyre priced at least twice what you can buy them elsewhere. We bought a Symmetry Otterbox for an iphone 7. ATT Price $52. Online $19 (but was unaware of online price when I purchased from ATT) Bought online and went to return the one purchased at ATT. Cant. Only exchange. Purchase date to return date was 6 days, packaging untouched. Do Not Buy Accessories from ATT.

Dodged all questions about the Samsung 7 edge battery defect, didnt deny the legitimacy just refused to talk about it. Gave sarcastic answers, took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged, highly unsatisfactory service overall.
The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever dealt with in my life. The guy was rude, degrading, and wanted nothing to do with helping customers.
