Holy cow fast! My iPhone 8 plus had a cracked glass. Made an appointment online for 4PM. They close at 6PM. The tech promised to do her best to get it fixed that same day. She called 35 minutes later, youre all set. Wow. Great customer service. Hanna was very kind and professional. Recommend this store.

The guy that worked in there on this day was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me decide on what I needed and rung me up with ease. Fast service and he knew his stuff. I really like this place. He was very kind, and the store was very clean. I will go back for more things at a later date!

After taking my phone for a unexpected swim i found out about CPR and called and talked to Kyle who was very helpful about my concerns of losing my personal info that couldnt be replaced . I had pictures and texts of my deceased youngest son and really wanted to recover as much as possible before replacing my phone . Kyle told me of my options and i purchased a device and he was able to take care of everything at the store including downloading my pictures and texts and did not lose hardly anything ! i definitely recommend CPR for your data recovery and phone needs

I called thinking I needed a new battery. The battery was not in stock, and they said they couldnt order a new battery without confirming the battery was the problem, and I needed to stop in. I did stop in the next day and they had ordered the battery based on our conversation. They confirmed I did need a new battery, and a couple of hours later I had a phone with a new battery. I am very happy with the service.

Kyle was very much upfront about the issues with replacing the battery. All ended well. Everything was handled professionally. I would definitely visit him again if I need repairs.

Kyle is an absolute one Man Show rockstar! He knows his stuff! He was very efficient while at the same time acknowledging each customer as they entered. If he gets phone calls while helping customers he tells them he has customers and will call them back. Hes a man of his word, very helpful and very honest! He changed my battery out for my Samsung Note 9 and admitted to cracking the back of the screen in the process. Although my phone case would cover the cosmetic defect, he gave me options for replacing it which included ordering the original one. They used OEM parts, were accurate in time to make repairs, and, because they didnt have an exact S9 screen guard they cut another guard to fit and put it on free! I dropped my phone and needed an emergency repair. I called CPR, and even over the phone they knew pretty well what the problem was and (if that was indeed the issue) that it could be fixed. After bringing it into the store they verified what the issue was and that it would be ready the next day. The repair was turned around very quickly and my phone is now in perfect working order. They are very friendly and knowledgable, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a phone repair.

CPR cell phone repair told me what it would cost and what they thought the problem was. After having my computer for about a month, I called and asked what the status was. They said they had to ship it off somewhere else to fix it. Another month went by and I was starting to worry they were ripping me off. I called them and they said due to COVID, it was taking longer than expected. Finally after 3 months, they called me and said it was ready to pick up. They had to do more work than they initially thought, replace the screen, and re work some components. I was worried the original price was long gone. They replaced my screen for free and kept their word on the originally agreed upon price.If you are looking for a honest, fair electronic repair shop, look no further. They will not up sale you. CPR staff was extremely helpful! I had a battery issue and a cracked screen protector. They replaced the battery and Invisible Shield Glass. They shared with me that if the phone still ran out of battery life quickly that there may be a bigger issue with the phone. It was the case so the next day they refunded my battery cost, showed me some of there refurbished phones, answered all my questions I had with the refurbished phones. I decided to buy a phone from them. They bought my old phone and put an Invisible Shield Glass on my new phone for no additional cost as I had just put a new one on my old phone the day before. The staff are well trained and have patience with their customers! I am extremely pleased with the service I received and the phone I purchased!

I took my iPad to CPR because it wouldn’t hold a charge. They were very quick to diagnose the issue and discuss my options. They even suggested, instead of repairing the iPad, to use that money to buy another more current iPad. They didn’t charge me for their diagnosis.

I took my son’s iPad in to check if his battery port was dirty or it needed a new one plus we needed some help on the iCloud settings. Joel was great. He was very knowledgeable and helped us out with the iCloud settings. He was also very honest about the repair. I would definitely go back for any work needed to a phone or iPad.

Originally was going to the Cellphone Doctor, but they were closed. Saw CPR was nearby & called to get more info (since I had never heard of the company). The person that answered the phone was very professional & educated me on how he was going to repair my sons phone. Dropped it off right before they closed yesterday & picked it up today. Even practiced cleanliness, he came to the door sprayed the phone off & took it. Will definitely use them again (hopefully I don’t have to though lol) !

I came in with a Samsung Galaxy 9 that I ran over. I had an otterbox on it, so it wasnt completely damaged but it showed no display and had a cracked screen. It seemed to be functioning although it was black. I brought it in at noon and the screen was replaced by 3pm the same day. Awesome.

After Verizon and Apple told me my iphone couldn’t be fixed, CPR proved them both wrong for an incredibly reasonable price and within an hour! Don’t give up on your mobile devices till at least giving CPR a chance to evaluate!
