We couldn’t have been happier with the runner and service. The installation team were so polite and kind. They took the time to make sure the runner was lined up because of the curve of stairs was not simple. We are very happy and would hands down use them again.

Terrible experience. The job was left unfinished. Broke dishwasher door. Damaged molding all through home. Huge mess in driveway and basement. Came back to finish and left another mess but still not complete. Would absolutely not recommend!

Chad and John were very helpful and professional. They guided us to what we described and gave us their time and expertise without hovering.Once we made a decision they had someone come by to measure. This was quick, efficient and most importantly accurate.We scheduled our install date. We had ordered a large room of carpet, an area rug and a stair runner in different patterns. The installation team showed up on time. They were very professional and did an amazing job with the install. Seams were undetectable, the stair runner was contoured like we requested with no loose spaces. Ive been to plenty of carpet stores and this one was one of the best Ive visited. They were very knowledgeable and happy to help. Their selection is very good and they dont use cheap material. Happy to be getting my carpet from here. Havnt had the install done yet but I expect it to be a good experience.

We had 3 rooms carpeted with furniture that needed to be dismantled, moved and reassembled to allow for painting prior to the installation. Their installation and customer service was outstanding! We are extremely happy with everything and could not have asked for a better experience!

Im in the remodeling industry myself, and I have to say this company is fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to make us happy. They stepped up and helped us out where our contactor dropped the ball. This was not their fault but they wanted to take care of us. This is true customer service and frankly, more than we deserved.
