Cant say enough good things about our experiences with Carpet Mart. First, our appointment with Christian at the store was informative and relaxed. We never felt pressured or rushed. He took the time to explain everything. We came home with lots of samples. Once we finally decided on the carpet, and got our estimate from Aaron, we were quickly set up for our install. Clay, Eddie and Andrew were fantastic! I hardly knew they were here. They worked quickly and efficiently over the two day install. Very professional! Everyone we dealt with at Carpet Mart met or exceeded our expectations. We had a previous dealing with a Louisville flooring company and were not happy with them. Had to replace the carpet in my basement. Jake the salesman was great and even recommend Rack 66 to breakdown and reassemble my pool table (they also did a nice job). The installers Charlie, Nick and Mike did a were awesome. You cant find the seams anywhere.

We are in the process of listing our house and needed our second story and stairs carpet replaced. After calling several other places, the best offer we had was for installation 3-4 weeks out. One visit to Carpet Mart and they quoted the same carpet and job $600-$700 cheaper than the other quotes and were at our house installing our new carpet 2 days later. We had used them once several years before and honestly dont know why we bothered getting quotes from other competitors. Carpet Mart is truly the best in terms of value, quality, professionalism, and speed of service.

Went in and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. She told me someone would be with me shortly. Another couple walked in a few minutes after me. A salesman went to them before me. The salesman that I finally got wasnt helpful at all. Pretty much just stood there and stared at me. They dont have any information about the carpets on the carpet sample so you have no idea exactly what youre getting. I get the impression Carpet Mart does not want an educated consumer. Not impressed with this store at all. Ill buy my carpet somewhere else.

Aaron and the team have done multiple jobs for mt family. They are honest, timely, and have exceptional customer service that you wont find anywhere else. Save yourself the time shopping around. They are amazing!

Very happy with our experience. Didnt even need to go to the showroom (even more important during COVID). They mailed samples of what I was interested in. Dont let the Mart on this companys name make you think its Walmart quality. Its not. We got very nice carpet for a reasonable price and it even came with a warranty in case my dog pulls it (which its built to not do - highly recommend Anderson Tuffex Only Natural II product line). The cost for work was reasonable too. Installation was a breeze and they were very nice.

I would recommend this company to anyone! We chose Carpet Mart after my parents had multiple great experiences with them and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Christian was our salesperson and Mike and Alex did the installation. All three were professional and did a fantastic job.

My husband and I visited the store in early December. Our salesperson, Milton, was extremely helpful and informative while not being pushy at all. He answered all our questions, gave us some samples and took our contact info for follow-up. He called the following week and we arranged a date to have someone take measurements. I worked from home the day Nick arrived to measure our home. Nick was super-efficient measuring each room of the house (all rooms except the kitchen and baths were being done) and said someone would be in touch regarding a final price. In the next couple of days, and after a bit of back-and-forth on the phone, we asked if it was possible to have the installation done prior to Christmas. Given the fact Christmas was rapidly approaching, I was surprised when they were able to schedule us for Dec. 20 - 21 (over two days to allow half the house to be done on one day and the rest on the next day). My husband Doug worked from home the first day and I did so on the second day and we both agreed the installers, Nick and Zane, were two nice, VERY hardworking men. They did a great job moving furniture (including a decorated Christmas tree), ripping up the old carpet and pad, and installing the new carpet. We really appreciate how easy Carpet Mart made the entire process from start to finish. My only complaint is that I have found some carpet nails (maybe 11-12 of them so far) on both our sidewalk and driveway outside, which couldve resulted in a flat tire. Aside from that, we have been extremely happy with the entire process and the final result, which is a beautiful plush carpet that feels awesome under our bare feet! Even the dogs agree!

Oh my gosh, what a pure joy its been working with the people at Carpet Mart. It started with a Jake which helped me Choose the best carpet ever. Not only is it the most beautiful Ive ever had, it was completely affordable. The entire experience was worth every penny! Then Nick, Mike, and Charlie showed up to install it in 3 bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a hallway. It was complete fun! These guys are true experts.... they value what they do, work fabulously together, and enjoy themselves so much that they naturally did an exceptional job. Even after they were done, They thoroughly cleaned up. I loved the experience and will always shout out Carpet Mart to anyone asking for new flooring.

Everything was really top-notch. We had a certain budget we were working with to carpet a newly refinished basement and the salesman, Drue, showed us just the carpets that fit the budget and the color schemes we were working with. He also suggested things about patterns based on his experience which was very helpful. The measurement and installation was done quickly and professionally. I do wish they had quicker turnaround / better availability of samples - as it turned out, we would have chosen a slightly different shade had the sample we ordered come in sooner - but that choice was totally on us - no reflection on Carpetmart. Still a 5-star experience and value!

I had carpet installed (installer was Nick) in my basement and he did a great job. A week later, that room flooded. I was able to save the carpet, but I had to pull some up in order to fix the leak. I called Bruce (manager) and he sent Nick (installer) back out to re-stretch and re-tack the carpet down at no charge. That was a class-act move by the manager, and Nick was extremely efficient and courteous each time at my house. It may not seem like it to them, but hey made an unfortunate experience more enjoyable by just being human.There is no chance I buy carpet anywhere else in the future. Nick and Bruce have won my familys business for life, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Carpet Mart has a spacious showroom with lots of natural light. Bruce helped us pick out the carpet and supplied samples of colors. A few days later, the installers (Nick and Zane) arrived on time to remove the old carpet and install the new carpet in two bedrooms with closets on the second floor. If you know the dimensions of the carpet or other types of flooring, they can help you with finding the right one for you. Our last project, we were needing 3 rugs, one area and 2 welcome sized rugs. The guy who helped us out, actually found a slightly larger rug, for less than the one we were looking at, and helped show us how we could actually get more out of it. We will continue to use Carpet Mart as our go to place in the future as well.

We got a great deal on the carpet and installation, and it looks great in our family room. Our carpet was supposed to be installed between 9 and 9:30 am but they were at our house at 8 am and this worked out perfectly. Salesman was friendly and professional. Price was great! Install team arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. Work done was perfect. Would recommend and will use Carpet Mart again when I do the rest of my house.

There was excellent communication from ordering to installation. Rich and Brian were very professional, and tidied up nicely after the work was done. Rich spent many minutes making sure our stair runner was tucked in properly at the top.

Great job with carpet install today! Trevor and his team did a great job, moved the furniture and even cleaned up everything when they finished! We were so surprised how quickly we were able to get our new carpet. Picked out carpet on Sunday and it was installed the next day! The showroom was very nice! Our salesman Milton and owner Bruce couldnt have been any nicer! Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family and will use them again in the future!

We had a few quotes out and Carpet Mart was the most knolegable, professional, and prompt of all the places we looked. I had calculated the square footage of my basment before I asked for quotes and Carpet Mart was the closest to what I had calculated. Other places felt like they were trying to gouge us. Bruce Jones did a great job on the sales side and the installers, Charlie, Nick, and Mike did an awesome job! This was the second time we used Carpet Mart and had great results both times!

Greeted immediately upon arrival by knowledgeable, professional Kimberly Grant. She was patient as I asked for clarification on her carpet buzzwords. Kimberly is efficient and made sure I left with all the materials including quote, in depth printed descriptions of carpet buzzwords and FREE sample swatches of two carpet types discussed for reference.I WAS disappointed with what I felt was an extremely low contractor discount, as I offered to provide proof on which she could base discount. Previously I have received at the very least 5% more of a discount and just recently 10% additional discount as I own and manage several single family homes and investment properties.I was also disappointed with the her prediction longevity of the product.Sadly, Kimberly though I enjoyed your expertise and turn around time of install, I believe the comprehensive price for this particular project makes Carpet Mart product pricing even with discount prohibitive.
