Hi-Tech Flooring did a great job on the carpet on our stairs! We were so pleased with how it turned out and the transition that was installed looks great as well. Very good to work with and a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

The service was excellent and the the men that did the installation were very friendly and did a wonderful job. The price was way lower than any place I have ever dealt with. The sales team did not try to sell me the most expensive product in the store. They actually sold me a lower priced carpet and it was below my budget and looks great. If you need hardwood floors or carpet dont waste your time and money going any place else. I promise you will be happy with the quality and professional service you receive.

So happy with our new floors. From start to finish everyone we worked with at Louisville Hi-Tech was very professional and customer oriented. I couldnt believe the amazing price once we were quoted and then the quick install time and great work were icing on the cake. The staff was very helpful while I was picking out my carpet. Its the perfect color, and its very soft. The installers were right on time, very polite, and professional. My closets are unfinished, so there is exposed piping, etc. They did an amazing job installing around everything. Perfect... looks seamless! I mean, wow, I was shocked! The trim matches my hallway flooring too. It was also done in a timely manner at fair pricing. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you!

We just recently bought a couple of rooms of carpet at Louisville Hi-Tech Floor Covering. We were very satisfied with the service and the quality. The price was over $600 less than the other stores that I shopped. During the past two years we have bought some beautiful engineered hardwood flooring from Hi-Tech also. Great people to work with.

We have used this company for carpet three different times, and every time I have been a happy customer. They are easy to work with, communicate well, and do a great job installing. For the last job, we got estimates from 3 different companies. Joe Jr’s never called me back to give me my estimate after coming out to measure. Carpet Mart wanted us to pay before they even got the carpet. Hi Tech Flooring is who we went with. Chad did a great job making sure we got the exact carpet we were wanting to match the rest of our house. Not only was the job done well and in a very timely manner, but the installers also found my husband’s lost wedding ring and gave it back to us. They could have easily taken it and we would have never known. So they are trustworthy too! I would recommend them to friends, and we will use them for the next room renovation!

Hi-Tech flooring was suggested to up by a friend of ours when we bought our house, because we needed a whole house a flooring put in. We went to the shop picked out carpet for 3 bedrooms, and laminate for the rest of the house. The first 2 laminate flooring colors we like they couldn’t get so we finally settled for the third. They came out, tore up all of the exisiting flooring and started laying the new floor which was beautiful. Before the job was finished the guys laying the floor insisted that we pay them that day before 3 so they would have time to get to the bank before it closed. We did this and it was a huge mistake. After they were paid it took an additional week to get the flooring down. They would make promises on times they would be there and never show. Finally once we got the rest of the flooring laid we needed lots of quarter round laid which again took a week or maybe more to get it put down. The worst part, here we are almost 3 years later and the transitional piece from the carpet to the laminate in all of the door ways is still not down. We called until we just got tired of it and gave up. We have went ourselves and purchased the transition strips in which my husband will put down tonight. Moral of the story, don’t pay them until the job is completely done. We trusted they would get it done and it didn’t. It seems like something small but they were paid to do a job start to finish and failed on that part. A week of floor installation turned into almost a month and a half. As for the quality of the flooring we love the laminate but the carpet quality is very poor. We have had it almost 3 years and are having it replaced this weekend because it has broken down and matted down terrible. Several thousands of dollars later, we regret our choice of choosing this flooring company and would suggest you look multiple places before selecting them.Let me add, Chad the owner was extremely nice. Unfortunately his installers and not returning the phone calls ruined our experience with Hi-Tech flooring.

I had a small room installed about 2 years ago. The carpet is starting to come up already and looks terrible. The room it was installed in is hardly used too so no reason for it to be coming up. When they installed the carpet it didnt quite look right too and I thought it was the wrong color. Then I realized on their paperwork that they had crossed out the carpet that I ordered and put in a different one while my paperwork had the carpet I ordered. They acted as I didnt matter since my job wasnt a big one so since having a bad experience I went with Lowes for my other 2 rooms.

They provided good quality materials, but after coming out and measuring for wood flooring and carpet for 2 rooms they called with a price for All materials plus install of rugs. I had someone else install the wood. At the end we returned 1 pc of trim, but needed another. When it came in I was charged $69 for a 6 ft piece. They also wanted to charge me for glue needed in the install of the wood.

I love the carpet and the install. Everything looks great. Thank you for the quality service and product. I can’t wait to get hardwood from Louisville Hi-Tech.

Just recently I had my basement flooded by the massive rains that we had here in Louisville, KY. The carpet and the hardwood that we had was completely destroyed. Chad ONAn the owner tell his friend Bryan Muss Muss flooring. Bryan Muss calls my customer telling her hes going to sue her. Customer gets mad and dont want to pay me watch out very unprofessional business with terrible installers and bad ethics Lol hes on ur friends list on facebook!
