They were recommended by Jimmys flooring who did an awesome job. Their Product was reasonably priced and seems to be high quality. My only issue was that the project had to be pushed back because they did not get the product in when they said they would. Not a big deal though because it was only a couple days and I was not on a tight schedule.The bigger issue was that he couldnt finish the job because I found out they still didnt have had a transition piece in. When I called to tell them to forget about that piece (I had purchased another for $6) they said I had to pay because it was shipped to them now. Then I find out it was $85 for a single length of transition. I had to move out of state the next week so I didnt have time to deal with fighting so I paid.They were helpful and reasonably priced (if you ignore the way overpriced transition) but I will not use them again or recommend to others.product promised: 5/7/2018product arrived: 5/9/2018install finished: 5/15/2018transition arrived: 5/16/2018

I ordered all new carpet for my new house as well as flooring for our basement we were finishing. The staff is very helpful and made great recommendations! We worked with Mercedes and she ensured that we understood all the different pieces of making decisions related to flooring, pros and cons. Did not feel like I was just trying to be sold, she helped tailor what I bought to my needs to get the most out of my budget. She has great design experience and we so helpful in choosing things that work well together and help create a vision. She helped me plan and order in time to make sure my project stayed on schedule. They have created a COVID safe environment as well so it was comfortable and safe to go in and look at materials. Could not have been happier!

Purchase all the flooring for our new home October 2019. Very happy with all the wood flooring and tile we purchased. Excellent customer service. One box of wood flooring was damaged during shipping and Pro Source took care of the problem and had a new box delivered. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again.

I purchased 3 rooms of carpet and carpet that was bound for a rug and all of it turned out great. Im bad with colors but Dell has a real eye for that and she helped me get just the right color and pattern. Go see her shell get it right for you and save you some money too!
