We recently had new floors put in our 4,000sqft showroom. They were beyond amazing to work with! The efficiency and professionalism was impeccable. They completed the whole project in 2.5 days- removal and new installation. Thank you all!

We installed a job for Don and Luther. Upon completion of the job, they will neither answer the phone or respond to text messages. We are a small business and 3000. Dollars is a huge loss to our family. Also, for the record, the do not run background checks on the people they are sending into YOUR homes!

DO NOT USE FLOORS EXPRESS DESIGN FOR FLOORING NEEDS. We scheduled our flooring work in April. We had it scheduled to be done no later than 05/04. They did not show up until 05/06. They were to repair our subfloor in our bathroom, and hallway lay new flooring, install a toilet and vanity. They didnt show up to finish the job the next day as promised. The dumpster was not there until a week later, and they did not remove all trash before they removed the dumpster. They did not take measurements of the vanity and covered our only outlet in the bathroom. They didnt put the trim around the bathroom before they left. Our hallway has been untouched. We requested our refund for the work that has not been done on 05/22. We still have not received our money and they are not returning our calls. Our representative is hitting ignore when we call. Weve contacted a lawyer but have been told it will cost more than we would get back. We tried to go to the business but its by appointment only. No one is on site.

We went to a local flooring company called Foor and decor on Preston hwy and they told us that they use a third party for their installation. They gave us a brochure with the company’s information. We contacted the third party company called Floors express and scheduled an appointment to get an installation estimate and they set an appointment up the same day and about an hour before the appointment they sent us a pre-appointment survey to fill out and we requested a estimate on the labor cost of the job and the manager named Don Chavis called us and told us that he would not be available to send out anyone to give a free installation estimate because he only has time for (serious customers)that are ready to buy and not people just looking for an estimate. We tried to explain to him that we are serious customer but we would not move forward until we knew the cost of the labor. He stated that if we were serious about moving forward that he would reschedule for another time. We told him that we would rather find someone else to do the labor. We have his voice message and he is very condescending and rude about the free estimate. Even though the brochure clearly states free estimate consultations. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company with the attitude (If you don’t buy we don’t have time for you tactics) this is the kind of business that takes advantage of unknowing people and to force them to buy with out shopping different companies.Desired Resolution: Other (requires explanation)Desired OutcomeWe want other potential customers to be aware of this kind of business practice.
