Exactly what you want when dress shopping!! Kirsten was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. The shop was beautiful and clean with a great selection of stunning gowns. You get a personalized experience with the shop owner who really takes her time getting to know you and what you want. She even took time to check back in on me after our appointment. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Will be sending all my friends!

I’ll be honest- I was not super excited to go dress shopping, but Kirsten made my experience the BEST! She took the time to get to know me before my appointment, helped me stay within my budget, and found me the most beautiful dresses to try on. She was very personable during the whole visit and being engaged herself, we had so much fun talking through different ideas for our weddings. The shop itself is super cute and had a lot of great options from a lot of different designers. I never felt overwhelmed because Kirsten knew what I was looking for and knew what would look best for my body type. I’m not your typical “off-the-rack” size but I had a ton of options. Highly recommend Fabulous Frocks!

What a wonderful experience. The OWNER of the store personally helps you with finding your dream dress. The entire experience is luxurious. We come in to be greeted by her. We go to the personalized room with a gorgeous couch, dressing room and mirror. She sat us down and talked about what we wanted in a dress. The style, she asked about the asthetic Of our wedding day. She made sure she understood our price point and let me know most dresses were under $2000. I looked around the store and she made suggestions. In and out in under an hour. Found my dream dress at a great price and overall really happy with the experience. I’m glad to be able to support a local shop. When we made the purchase, I was provided with coupons, referral cards and seamstress referrals in a booklet. She explained everything on the form I signed stating that dress purchases are final. She was wonderful and I’m so excited to see her grow!

Fabulous Frocks was such a great experience! Kristen really took the time to get to know me and put alot of effort into my appointment! Although I wasnt ready to say yes to my dress (it was my first time trying on dresses and I tend to be indecisive ) I recommend Fabulous Frocks to any bride in their dress shopping journey. The boutique is BEAUTIFUL and very clean too!

Words cannot even begin to express how perfect this boutique is. It was my first stop on my dress hunt and I immediately felt comfortable and at home with Kirsten. She was so fun, personable and genuine. I found what at the time I thought was an amazing dress and then decided to still go to my other appointment I had right after. The other place was an immediate let down. I didnt feel welcome there, didnt connect with the employees at all and, most importantly, thought all their dresses looked the same. I realized right away that I just wanted to go back to Fabulous Frocks. I called Kirsten and she told me that she was hoping Id call, that shed put my dress aside and she would see me soon. The second I tried it back on, I knew it was the one. She never pushed me to go outside of my budget and truly just wanted to make sure I had an amazing experience and found the perfect dress. She successfully did all of that. I work in the wedding business and work with vendors all of the time- you will never find anyone as sweet and amazing to work with as Kirsten! Im still on cloud nine from the best wedding dress shopping experience I could have ever imagined.

I had an incredible experience shopping at Fabulous Frocks Louisville! I went with my mom for a shorter, first-time appointment planning to just get a feel for the type and style of dress I would want in the future. I ended up falling in love with the perfect dress after Kirsten spent extra time with us. The fitting rooms were spacious and welcoming. I never felt tense, stressed, or pressured to make a purchase. Would recommend to anyone, whether its your first stop or your 30th!

The girl who helped me, Kirsten, was so so friendly and willing to help me find the perfect dress! She was very knowledgeable, organized, and thoughtful throughout our visit and I felt so confident she was solely there to help ME find the perfect dress!

I called in a frantic because my original dress that I ordered from another shop was still not in and I need a dress fast. Fabulous Frocks told me to come on in and they would take care of me that day. The staff was spectacular and the shop itself was beautiful with huge rooms to try on in that make you feel like royalty. I found my dress and love it way more than the original I had ordered! I recommend this to any bride!

Kirsten was amazing! She was so helpful and thoughtful and kind. My dress was ready to pick up during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she arranged a contact-less curbside pick up to ensure I still got my dress. On top of that, she offered to facetime me should I have any questions about my dress and the alterations.My appointment itself was amazing and so personal. Only two brides are allowed in the store at a time, and I got a full suite to myself and my party. Would recommend 100x over! Seriously amazing.

BUT, the best part of my entire experience (besides finding MY DRESS!) was Kirsten. I cannot tell you enough about how perfect my shopping experience went at Fabulous Frocks! Kirsten was so punctual and quick when it came to setting up the appointment. When I got there, she had already pulled a couple dresses that were similar to inspiration pictures I had sent. Gorgeous, but not the one. She was very attentive to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, and I never felt any pressure or rush to make a decision. She engaged my three-person group, which was awesome. The rooms are private and cozy, and the prices are pretty impressive. She helped me envision what all my alterations and changes would look like at the end. When I found THE dress, it turns out that Kirsten and her helpful boyfriend wanted to see me in that dress but didn’t want to say anything until I had a chance to browse the dresses myself. They knew me better than I knew myself and what I was wanting. Everything was easy and fun. I’m so thankful for their help, and I love that I’m now a #FabFrocksBride.

I walked in this fabulous store with my daughter for fun! These gowns are gorgeous and I had a blast chatting with the owners.My daughter wanted to just look at wedding gowns. It’s like your walking into a little slice of perfect. The ambience and gown selection are fashion forward with a classic twist. One day we will come back to actually buy a gown when my lil miss sunshine ties the knot!

Been here twice with my aunt to try on and just look around and Kristen has been so amazing and wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone great prices, very modern and ladies back relaxing atmosphere! I love it and the experience I had! Thanks to Kristen!

Kirsten was amazing at helping me find my dream dress. Before my appointment, she emailed me pictures of dresses she thought I might like and had them ready for me when I got to my appointment. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. She even let me try on dresses more than once until I felt ready to say “yes.” The rooms were so cute and private for me to try on dresses for my friends and family. The prices are reasonable and worth it! I would 100% recommend getting your wedding dress from Fabulous Frocks!
