This place is a one stop shop! I went with my sister about a month ago to shop for the perfect dress for her upcoming 50th birthday celebration. This was the 5th or 6th shop that we stopped in and we were throughly impressed! The store manager Jane was so helpful and took her time with us even though she was the only employee in a store full of shoppers. Jane was very respectful and helped get my sister laced up and she felt like a princess. Needless to say she said yes to the dress! We did order up a size and it took about 2 weeks to come in. After the dress arrived and Jane steamed the wrinkles out she called my sister to come and pick it up. When we arrived to pick up the dress Jane helped my sister try the dress on to make sure it was the perfect fit. We even purchased a pair of comfortable but stylish heels to match the dress ( my sister has back issues), in addition to a petticoat and a beautiful crown! Whether youre looking for the perfect dress for a wedding, prom or birthday celebration you will not be disappointed stopping here. They also have plus sizes or may be able to order your size if not in stock.

Bridal selection was VERY small, but I was forewarned that on from an employee when I called. Customer service was nice and store was neat and organized. The associate working was able to help me find my size without me even trying a dress on first.... AMAZING.

My daughter fell in love with a dress from this boutique so we decided to purchase it. We were allowed to put 1/2 down ($200) and pay the other 1/2 when it was closer to prom. Welp of course the pandemic happened. The prom was canceled and this boutique closed for awhile until it was safe for them to reopen. Once reopened we revisited them to explain what happened and to see if we can use the previous funds on a new prom dress and was told no. They explained they were not allowed to hold after so long and we lost the money on the other dress. It was a pandemic which was an odd situation all on its own and out of our control. Not to mentioned it was a pandemic and at that time EVERYTHING was closed and there was no prom. They very least that could have happened is to allow us to use our unused funds on another dress, but no.....Very Very Disappointed.

Did not buy anything on my visit but wow!If you need an evening grown or prom dress this is your castle.

Im only going to give them 3 stars because the dresses are beautiful and the store was very clean. I went in there with my mother to look at dresses for my birthday party and was not even acknowledged by the salespeople. We were the only two people in the store and a man said hi then walked away. I wasnt dressed like a bum but I wasnt dressed like I was rich either, I just had on a sweatshirt and some leggings. I was very interested in their dresses but the prices are outrageous and the customer service didnt make me even think of buying a dress there despite their prices. I hope they can improve on that.
