Let me just say, you will find the perfect dress here. I am very indecisive when it comes to any type of shopping so I was struggling to find the one. Angela was amazing! She was very patient & helpful with me. The other staff was also very helpful. They were a huge part in helping me make my final decision. I also loved that you had privacy when trying on dresses. You dont have tons of other people standing around looking at you why you are coming out to show the bridal party, etc like you do at most bridal shops. I really enjoyed that. Thanks again ladies! You all are amazing!

This is such a lovely Bridal shop. Angela was a great consultant; very patient, helpful and sweet. She didn’t push me to buy something that I wouldn’t like or couldn’t afford. It was an overall wonderful experience and the other staff was super friendly. ❤️❤️

I went to Regiss about a month ago and bought my dress! The experience was AMAZING!! Ms. Brenda-Rae was an AWESOME consultant! She was very sweet, attentive, and had a great attitude the entire time! She wasnt worried about whether I bought a dress that day or not and didnt try to push just any dress on me, she was only concerned about whether I found the one and if I hadnt, then it was okay! Fortunately, I did find the one and it was so beautiful. But unfortunately, my fiancé and I split a few weeks later. Even when I came back up to the shop and asked for a refund, she said it was final sale, but she and the other consultants that were there offered kind words and support for my situation. Whenever I truly find the one (future husband), I will be back!!

I loved my dress I picked out months ago. Staff was nice and helpful at the time. I wanted to make it aware than even if you spend $1500 with them on a dress, they will still charge you $150 to measure your bridal party! I think that’s outrageous! Especially when I’ve already paid a nice amount of money to them. Also, this is not a great place to take your bridal party to shop for attire. They had very few choices my girls could look at. All of the bridesmaids dresses were very plain and overpriced. I would’ve loved to get my measurements of my bridal party for my own notes since I am planning my wedding myself. But I’m not giving them any more money than they already were paid! I brought 7 girls in to spend money with them, we would’ve had a better experience somewhere else. Love my dress though & can’t wait til wear it. That’s the only reason for my 2 stars.

I had an incredible experience at Regiss! Brenda took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. She made the experience even more special because it is so evident that she loves what she does. She was very mindful of my budget and did not pressure me in any way. From just a quick description of the styles I liked, Brenda brought several dresses to me that I absolutely fell in love with...one ending up being MY DRESS! These ladies are incredible and I would highly recommend them to anyone :)

I loved the experience. The ladies working there were super professional. They have a great variety of quinceañera dresses that was what we were looking for. But they offer prom dresses and wedding dresses etc. You name it theyve got it. Overall highly recommended.

So much variety, everyone was incredibly kind and patient despite the fact I was having a hard time finding a gown I even wanted to come out in. Im highly picky unfortunately for my consultant and party. They do have a wide selection and I was definitely given alot of assistance dressing and such. I am angry. I am mad. I am hurt. I am the mother of the bride. Regis has lost my dress. They have no clue where it is. The bridal parties dresses arrived a month later than what we were told. My dress never showed up. One of the bridesmaids dresses was the wrong one. Its been an emotional roller coaster and I have endured a lot of unnecessary stress. Yes they refunded the bridal parties money for all the mistakes including mine. I am a plus size mother and they have no idea how hard it has been to find something as a replacement. I will NEVER buy another thing from them nor recommend my family and friends. They have ruined whats suppose to be the happiest day of a mothers life to see their child get married. My dress was special. My daughter liked it and shes a hard one to get her to like anything. So thanks regis for ruining my day.

Horrible service after sales were done. Originally told our bridesmaid dresses would be in the beginning of January, called beginning of January and was told they would be in real, real soon. Still not in the end of January, called again could not give us a date. The wedding is Feb 15. We were even told that they put our dresses on a rush order and would be in in plenty of time before the wedding!! I have still not received a call my dress is in and its now a week before the wedding. I will not even have time to get dressed altered. They have lied to me and have not returned previous phone calls. I do not recommend them at all. If you do order, atleast lie about your wedding date!!! On top of all that, I was even told that they would not talk to me because they had already talked to the bride. I am a customer, I paid for that dress, I should be able to discuss issues weather Im the bride or not.

The minute I walked in I knew I was going to find the wedding dress on my dreams. The service was out standing and they had an amazing selection of gowns for me to try on. I ordered me dress and also my bridemades dresses which also had a great selection to chose from at a great price. I was super existed because my bridesmaids dresses came in earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Regiss to any bride that is looking for a gown they have an amazing selection and awesome service.

My daughter bought her dress for formal here. They have great selection,beautifull dresses,a bit pricey. We had to go to different shop to get alterations done,would be nice if they would do it. Everyone nice and friendly.

I can not stress this enough - Christian was beyond amazing. She KNOWS what shes doing. Every dress she pulled for me was better than the last, she even had me falling in love with dresses I never thought Id like. I found THE dress there today and I owe it all to her and her hard work.

When I first walked in the workers were attentive and asking what I was looking for. What displeased me was that they asked my size in front of everybody in the store. It doesn’t matter how big or small I am, it’s very rude to do and they almost acted like my size was a problem?! I am average sized by the way. Their selection of dresses for my size was horrible. There was maybe 30 max and they were very average dresses. I left within a matter of minutes. The salesperson that came to “help” us was very pushy. She followed us around the whole time and just made me feel uncomfortable.

I had the best experience looking for my wedding dress. My consultant was the best !!!!!!!! Her name is Mickhel. I believe I am spelling her name incorrectly, and I do apologize. She gave me 10⭐️ Service. Her energy was absolutely amazing. Even though she works on commission, she did not push me into dresses that were above my price range. She paid attention to the things that I liked in each dress and she ended up finding me the perfect dress and it was $900 below my price range. I highly recommend this place as well as her!!!! She deserves a raise!!!!!

I purchased a prom dress, shoes and earrings in February 2020... However we all know of the coronavirus and how MOST proms were cancelled.. I think it’s bad business that Regis wouldn’t honor returns when these children didn’t have a prom. They have to go a full year and I’m not so sure it will fit her next year for prom... Highly upset with this company!!

I had the best experience here. I could not believe all the selection of dresses, especially in bigger sizes. I visited 4 stores and by far, Regiss had the best selection and service. I wish I had come here first, I could have saved my family and I a lot of time. Love my dress.

I went there to look for my daughter a wedding dress and was met the wonderful staff there. They were so helpful and we were able to find the dress of my daughters dreams and when just before her wedding we found the dress was to small and was not able to be altered we went back and they were wonderful they found the dress and a larger size and had it to us in just days. I am so impressed with their thoughtfulness and help and will tell everyone about the wonderful service we received. Thank all of the staff members for the help they provided.

Went here one year ago with my daughter,she purchased a wedding dress an it wasnt cheap but what she wanted after searching several different places,we were waited on an treated great, paid for dress which was a lot an was told dress would be in by NOV. 2019The wedding was MAY 16, 2020.Did not happen, Called several times, which they were suppose to call us an did not,Feb. 2020 the dress came in but the sleeves an couple other parts had not,Long story short all plans went out the window due to covid19, but my daughter still got to marrie her soul mate an she put together a wedden in less than 48 hours including borrowing a dress because she never got the one we paid for a year ago.Now she had a beautiful wedding but some one is going to pay back the dress now that is SAD

I, as the bride, had an horrible and embarrassing experience here!!! When we first arrived the young lady took us over to the wedding dresses and stood there. We had no idea what we were supposed to do. So when I asked if we should pick a few dresses out she said yeah. Nothing else. There was no explanation, no introduction, no help beside sizes. After picking out three we were taken to our area where I could change. After undressing she handed me a dress and I told her I was ready. She didnt not help me zip the dress, my own mother had to zip it. This was the whole time! My mom and future MIL had to help me with zipping and fixing the trains! When she would help she would only use one clip, as if she was scared to use more then one, and it would still be ill fitting! I spent most if the time holding the dresses up on my bust! I felt so exposed to everyone in the shop, it was embarrassing! She would walk off with out telling us and never engaged us into conversation. I also asked about looking at white or ivory prom dresses and was shot down, told they arent wedding attire! If I wanted to be married in a rainbow prom dress then I have every right to!I did not feel like a bride there and do not recomend!

Can’t believe they won’t allow me to return my completely new and UNUSED prom dress, since my senior prom was canceled. So upset that they can’t even make an exception for this crazy time!!!

I got all my bridesmaids, suits and bridal gown from Regiss. They were so terrific. I had maids and groomsmen all over the state. We had to use all of their stores to get everyone measured. It went great. They even took care of a ring bearer who was in another state.

The prom dress my niece purchased is being redesigned by a seamstress. The dress was sold with the no refund no exchange which would be fine if the dress had been wearable. It was sold to small with them telling my niece that a corset would make the dress fit. If this dress needed a corset I would assume the designer would have had one to begin with. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Would not recommend to ANYONE looking for prom dresses. They prey on the emotions of young girls wanting to look beautiful. They lie to their customers and pressure these young ladies into either buying or putting down outrageous prices on already overpriced dresses. According to their sales rep they sell out of every dress in the entire store every day and they have lines out the door every morning so if you find a dress you like you have to put down a $150+ non refundable down payment that doesnt even count towards the price of the dress.0/10 would not even consider walking in the door again. Wish i could give 0/5 stars.

Some say the most important day for anyone besides having kids is finding your wedding dress. Not only was the perfect dress here but our consultant Mickele created an experience for us. She made us feel like she was family. A professional side of the family tree and not just someone helping us find and try on dresses.We tried several places and the prices were comparable.

We placed an order for a dress, 9 months before our event. They said it would come in 6 months, after 7 months of waiting we continuously called asking for an ETA and they could never get us one. Just until recently they claimed we were “too excited” and that we don’t have to call them even though the dress stil hasn’t arrived. We’ve had to reschedule our photoshoot that was planned 2 months away from the event. Disappointing.

I went in looking for a wedding dress. This is something very important to me, but didnt seem to be to the worker I had helping me. She was very uninterested in anything I was doing and seemed irritated that I was even there. I left shortly after and let them know that I was not happy with the service at all. I. Wouldnt suggest going here, I felt degraded by the staff and they didnt offer any assistance. Wanted me to pick out just one dress and try it on then have to redress just to look at more... Not a great experience.

Today me & three of my bridesmaids were in the Louisville are. Just for the day. We picked this shop to visit because it was listed first on Google. That was a mistake. One of my bridesmaids walked in and immediately walked out saying This woman is rude!. I then walked inside and found an older woman behind the desk on the phone. After waiting patiently for her phone call to end I asked if she had any available appointments to try on wedding dresses & bridesmaids gowns. She then rudely proceeded to tell me she didnt & that she was booked up & then threw her had up mid conversation to answer her phone. So I politely decided to walk out. She then stopped me and asked me if I had a wedding date set. I told her no that I was waiting to hear back from the wedding venue to book a for sure date and before I could finish she told me that I couldnt try dresses on without a date. Which is completely ludacris considering any woman could walk in on any random day and buy a gown if they wish to. Whether they are engaged or not. So I proceeded to again walk out. As I was turning away she said I could call and book a day. Yeah right! I am a paying customer trying to find a dress for my wedding day. You are rude to both me and my bridesmaids without so much as a polite greeting at the door way!? You my friend have lost not only my business but ALL of my bridesmaids & family. I recommend instead of going here to go a few short minutes away to the Bridal Suite where they have a wonderful selection of dresses & I instead bought my $2000 dress only an hour after this rediculous incident.

They have a great selection and the staff were pretty great there. At least as far as my appointment was concerned. However I was pretty aure I had found the one and I was tols that it was orderable. So I figured Id wait until my sister could see it since I figured I had time to do that. I returned 2 weeks later, setting up an appointment to try on this dress. Everything was fine. Then an hour and a half the manager called me to inform me that they no longer had the dress. Long story short. The dress was from 2013. It had been discontinued for a long time. So now I need to start all over because no one told me that that dress was not orderable.Tl:Dr - double check that your dress is preferable before you try it on unless youre ready to buy that day. And triple check that they know whats on with your dress.

Planning my wedding was a nightmare... why? because everything associated with my and my wedding partys dress was either messed up or wrong. multiple things, one after the other. I dont even know where to begin! I found my dress at another boutique but decided to look here, well my dress I wanted was cheaper here by a hundred dollars... so I went for it. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses here also. My girls were measured, I was told I would be called when they were in around mid to late July. One of my girls was in England so it was essential we get them sent to her in time just in case alterations were needed... the last day of July, I called instead, just to check in and get an ETA for the dresses. They had been in for over a month, Regiss claims they called and left a message... but I had no missed call or voicemails from them, ever. Even if I had, why would they not try to call back after not hearing back from me? /So, my mother goes and picks up the order, assuming they had their crap together, got all the way home, for me to find that my sash to my dress and my English Bridesmaids dress was missing from the bunch... Then when we got the bridesmaid dress, it had a rip in it. Then my pregnant bridesmaid ordered a 12, they gave her a 10.... then my size 2 bridesmaid was given a 6, my size 14 bridesmaid was given a 12 and my dress, my beautiful beautiful $1500 dress had multiple... MULTIPLE RIPS in it. Yes, you heard me, my brand new wedding dress had holes in it. How you say?? It was never explained to me. I was assured by the owner, Rhonda, that she would go and see my dress at my alterations lady and see what she could do about pricing. She never did. Rhonda also said she would fix the two dresses that were too small for my girls by putting in a corset, well yes she did that. the dress that needed to be taken in... she said she would take in for us... the day we got it back.. it was safety pinned not taken in just plain safety pinned... I could have done that myself... so my bridesmaid needed an emergency appointment with my seamstress that very night to get it fixed. We agreed that the dresses would be picked up two days before the wedding... three days before the wedding we cant get a hold of Rhonda to set up a time... shes out of time... with our dresses... and is claiming we agreed on the day before the wedding... AS IF. Like I would trust for her to have things correctly done the day before the wedding? No! and thank goodness we put our foot down and said NO you will give us our dresses 2 days before. because look what happened! Safety pins are what happened! Unorganized, untrustworthy, unprofessional, sketchy.. I could go on and on. I was never reimbursed for holes being in my brand new dress, never compensated for any of the time I spent running back and forth between there due to all the mess ups. This place is just bad news. My gown was perfect in the end.. only thanks to my wonderful alterations lady.. but the money I saved on the dress by buying with Regiss... ended up costing me a whole lot more money, time, stress and patience. How utterly disappointing we are with this business. We had come to them many times in the past and never expected to be treated this way. Steer clear if you know whats good for you.
