Recently went to have the water pump and belt replaced. One of the pulleys were damaged during the installation. They of course said they did not work on the pulleys and will not take any responsibility for it. The thing is, this was the only time anybody has touched the belt since I’ve owned the car. And the diagnostics of course will cost over $500 to repair, as well as having me need to replace 3 other things, that will all total over $1,500.So take note that this place will repair things to Honda specifications and with genuine Honda parts. But in the process, they might “diagnose” a bunch of other problems with your car, possibly damage the good parts in the process, and not take any responsibility for the damage, getting you to come back and pay them some more of your money. Please proceed with caution.
Took my husbands car in for maintenance, but found a huge gash in the passengers door paint after picking it up that was NOT there before. They insist it was there on arrival and isnt their problem. Ill be going in to look at the footage myself, but after that Im not going back. This is not something easily missed.
