I have been a loyal customer at the Fern a creek location, and have always had superior service. Mike and his team have always treated me with respect, and I consider them to be a true friend. I always feel their prices are very fair, and I never have to wait long for the service to be completed. I have taken my wife’s and daughter’s cars here numerous times also. I want to start out by saying the gentleman to trust at Fern Creek Goodyear is Eric. Hes a good guy! I pulled up and needed help. One of the mechanics said I should take to dealership without lookimg at vehicle. I knew at that point he did not want to work on my vehicle. Eric spoke up and stated he would get it worked on the next day. I got up the next day. I sat in the parking lot in my car and never saw it my vehicle move. I called and someone stated they will get to it. I went home and got my son. We sat in car for 1 hour. Car still in same spot. My son and I saw a mechanic get in my car and move it to another parking spot. I received a call 20 minutes later stating mechanic pulled it in garage and said he could not work on it. He never pulled in garaage. Now this was poor customer service. I will never deal with Good Year in Fern Creek again. If anyone do, please ask for Eric. He was honest and very helpful.

Made an appointment on line to have a tire repair at Goodyear Auto Service at 6810 Bardstown Rd in Louisville, KY for 4/25/21 @ 1:00 pm. Had to drive across town to get there. When I arrived was told that they could not get to me today they were too busy. When I said I have an appointment he states they do not take appointments on Sundays and he does not honor on line appointments. He said he saw my appointment but I should have called the store. He could have at least called me to let me know this before driving across town. Will never visit this store or buy from Goodyear in the future. Why have on line appointments if they stores are not going to honor them?

Mike and his staff are very professional, proficient and always perform to the highest standards. Whenever I have an issue with my car, Mike is the person I go see. Highly recommend.

We called and got a price on 4 new tires with an excellent price, road Hazard warranty, and a $50 mail in rebate. After tires where put home, tire monitoring system came on, no road hazard warranty and we got our $25 mail in rebate. We called in and asked about our $50 mail in rebate, the service said you get it if you use your Goodyear credit card. That was never explained. They tell you everything up front with a good price and hope you develop amnesia. I would look elsewhere before you buy tires here.

A great honest place. I had them check my breaks and a couple of other things before they put my new tires on. After checking they told me everything was fine and there was no need to replace anything. They easily could have sold me something I didnt need but didnt. Thats why my family and I will continue to do business there.

The service was good and efficient. They were also very honest and did not try to sell me parts or service that I did not need. They also assisted me as far as finding the safety recall on the issues my vehicle was having. I would definitely go back here again.

Made an appointment online and they were able to take the car back as soon as I got there. Had to have the rear rotors and pads replaced. Only took two hours and the price was great. Will definitely go back for any other services I need.

Wow this shop is amazing. These guys, especially Brian are truly above and beyond the call of duty. They are honest and upfront and dont try to hard sell you. They even told me that my brakes were good (just dust) and that my alignment was good. Other shops in the area try to tell me I needed that stuff. Thanks guys for your integrity and honest.

We were traveling from Ohio to Texas when our air conditioning stopped working. The service we received here was exceptional. Theyre hospitality was greatly appreciated. The staff went above & beyond to repair the AC as soon as possible and make us feel at home. They treated every customer with respect and courtesy. And the cost of repair was reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about these guys been having problems with power steering fluid ok but it felt like something was catching & tugging when trying to steer have had several people look at well it was serpentine belt THANKS Goodyear you have honest mechanics who arent trying to gouge us 😀😃😃😃😃😃😃

Thought my car needed an alignment but it did not. I explained the problem pulling to the right. They cross rotated the front tires and the issue seems to be corrected. And they did not charge me. Very honest shop.

Once again, needed work on my car. Took it to Goodyear @ Cedar Springs. Mike and his staff are THE BEST!!! Took my car in expecting the work to be completed for me to pick up next day. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to do it same day. KUDOSto everyone at that location!!!!

I went here to replace some belts the other day and got great service! They told me what needed to be done, had great customer service, and I got out of there in nearly an hour. The prices were about what I expected with what needed to be done to my car. They even had free coffee in the waiting area, so thats another plus in my book!

Did not want to work with my vehicle and tried to get me out of their sight as quickly as possible before knowing my vehicle issues. Highly recommend you not got to this location.

In the past weve had a wonderful experience with this Goodyear location. However, we made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation - the tires werent rotated and the wall of the back tire has a gash in it. We could have had a blow out just driving to our home. When we called to resolve this issue, we were told that they did notice the gash and said it was safe to drive. We were not informed of it. To resolve the issue we were informed they could price a tire for us. Even though this is the closest location to our home, we will go out of our way to another Goodyear.

Ive gone here for a few years now and Ive always gotten great service. Ive been to a few other shops around town including the Goodyear on 3016 bardstown road but Ive never had as good as an experience as Ive had here. Ive had everything from oil changes to wheel baring repairs here. Not only has the price of service/parts been cheaper than anywhere else but theyve always been quick, reliable and honest. As long as I live in Louisville Ill always come here.

Went in there thinking my brakes where having problems they where able to get me right in checked and quickly found out it was the bearing, I had to sit and wait, but guys there where super friendly got me taken care of quickly and I will definitely use them again if I have any issues.

The diagnostic machine didnt pick up a problem with my 94 stang and being the trusting people they are they didnt try to tell me a bunch of lies like other places Ive been to just to get money out of you. This is exactly why I bring my stang to them because over the years mike and the guys have always been up front and honest. Love you guys!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service! I am always leery of taking my car to a place alone. I am always wondering if they are going to take advantage of me, because I am a woman. Well the staff at this Goodyear location has always made me feel comfortable, at ease and not so quick to give them the side eye. I say this, not because they have a good sales pitch, but because they let me know what I need, always offer to show me their findings, and let me ask as many questions as I see fit. One day, I needed air in my tire, the guy looked at me and said you have a nail in your tire and its causing you to leak air. I quickly went into my side eye mode, but to my surprise, he offered to fix it at NO CHARGE and he offered me water while I waited. No more side eye for this place, every time I have been here since that day, they have been knowledgeable and helpful.

Came here because my tire had a leak. They patched it for free even tho I never bought my tires ther . I will definitely be bringing my business here from now on.

I was recently on a trip and going through Louisville, KY. My car was having some pretty bad vibrations on the highway. I had just had an alignment & wheels balanced before I left.Come to find out everything was very off about my alignment, these guys were great in correcting the problem quickly! Also telling me about other things that could be future issues, and offering solutions.I went to this good year because of the reviews I read, and they were spot on. I also received a discount on the alignment and everything was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Even though they were extremely busy.

Mike and Powers are both top notch guys that shoot you straight about your car. Of all the Goodyears in Louisville this is the only one I will go to simply because of them. Couldnt ask for better service from this shop!

I hate to give this rating because they did great work for me in the past but after my last brake job they told me of a problem connected to my bad brakes and said to bring it back if I continued to have problems and they would fix it. I did and now they refuse to take care of it and gave me a bunch of lame excuses. I thought this place was pretty squared away but now It looks like I need to find a new mechanic.

Awesome people here. The manager was very helpful and kept me up to date to when my tires came in. I pulled up and had 4 new tires, installed, in about an hour. I still love Goodyear tires and the people who work there.

Wow. Just left there. Not only were these guys the only ones who could diagnose correctly what was wrong with my car, they fixed it within an hour and gave it back to me for $19.99 total cost. (Another place connected my battery incorrectly. It is located under the passenger seat so it was a tough problem to find unless you put in a little effort.). They clearly could have charged me more, but he said he wouldnt. - I could not recommend this place more! - It is so nice to see service like this at a time when other companies seem to care less.

The worst customer service. Made an appointment 4-5 days in advance. Asked if the car would be done by 4, they said no problem. I drop the car off at 8am. Slow service just to drop it off. But it was busy. I get to the store at 415p had to be dropped after work. Car has not been touched. Waited till 7pm when they close to get the car. Asked if I could get a discount for what happened and they said no, there was no way to discount more. My problem is they accepted others during the day and let my car sit. Then I had to wait 3 hours!! That’s why I called ahead to avoid the wait! Terrible service and planning.

My mom brought her car into this place because only one thing was wrong with it. They messed up her engine and charged her 750 dollars for nothing. Now she cant drive it anymore wouldnt recommend going here.

Had 4 new tires put on, great service

I thought I was getting the royal treatment about a year ago when I purchased my tires. I got a good deal on some good tires. Excelent service and everything. When I picked up my truck tires looked great. Untill the next day I realized 3 lug nuts were missing. I went up there and informed them and they just shrugged their sholder like they were missing before I brought my truck in. They werent missing at all. I got replacement lugs from walmart. 3 months later I went in for a free flat repair and they forgot to put one of the lugs back on again. I just took my truck in yesterday for my free balance and rotation and they may have added air and balanced them but they never rotated them. I clean and detail my truck once a week and every wheel I have has a distinct ding or mark in them. I know exactly where they were when I took my truck in and they are in the same exact spot. All that tells me is the tires were never rotated. Not happy with this location anymore. And theyve lost my business as far as new tires go from here on out. Sad to bc they are literally a walk across the street from my house.

I just moved here 6 months ago and back home I always had a trusted mechanic since I was 16 years old. I came here once before for an oil change and just the other day I blew out my tire (denting the rim badly and all). I called to see if I could get an appointment as theyre typically very busy. I only had three hours of my day to do it and they said theyd squeeze me in as soon as I could bring it by. I realized on the way over I needed an oil change as well and asked for it to be done altogether. An hour and a half later they called me up, fully expecting to have bought an entirely new tire, my total was only for the oil change. They said they manually fixed my rim, patched my tire and switched the wheel to another well that has less pressure applied (all taking an hour to do) for free. They do an honest and great job and dont try to just rip you off. I heavily suggest this place.

Was in KY on business trip when car broke down. Sat on side of road for 3 hours unable to get a tow truck to respond. Contacted local Gooduear store and they arranged to get car towed to site, within the hour. Once there they quickly took car in and repared it. They had me back on road heading for home quickly. Very pleasent and friendly staff and eagee to assist. They really helped turn a bad day around and did excellant job with car repair.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! They have cost me alot of time and money trying to fix their mistakes. After coming in numerous amount of times and having unecessary repairs done they said I Needed my fuel pump replaced. My car stalled on me 3 times. They told me it was because I let my car run out of gas when it turned out that I had a GAS LEAK from the fuel pump not being properly installed. It wasnt until I took my car to another shop I found out the problem and my car is now running just fine. And the manager Mike had some negative things to say about me (yes I know what you said) also when Ive been nothing but nice and patient with them EVERYTIME I dealt with them.I thought these were good honest people BUT THEY ARE NOT. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYBODY. Yall dont even deserve one star.
