I dropped my car off to them on a wed, they called sat saying it was ready so I picked it up on monday and I was charged $123 and the only part they changed was a gas cap 😡I went back to the store the next day to have them explain my bill because I was confused why I was charged $95 for labor and $13.95 for a gas cap and my car is still surging/running high when Im at idleBryan tells me they drove my car and it wasnt surging or doing anything, he acted like the parts they cleaned was part of the labor I was billed for.Long story short my car still surges and they dont take any responsibility for not fixing the problem the first time.They just threw parts at my car like most mechanics do.NEVER GET WORK DONE HERE AGAIN

This is the worst place to have car service, paid 1k to have something fixed, brought it back and they said it would take a week for them to look at a problem they actually caused? Business is really going to hell and the place is showing its age and lack of care. Cmon guys. Seriously.

Brought in for a noise in the wheel well. Was told it was the tie rods and a bad tire. Replaced the rods to the tune of 330 dollars. I told them Id buy tires elsewhere as I thought they were overpriced. Put a new tire on the side they recommended and guess what? Same noise. They sold me work that wasnt necessary and still didnt fix the issue. Now we are 500 bucks in and have the same issue. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Well just eat this and continue our search for a reputable mechanic.

Assured Auto care has always taken good care of me. Fair priced and friendly staff keep me coming back. I price checked tires all over town and they were cheaper. I had a flat and the road hazard replaced the tire for free.Awesome shop.

The folks here do quality work you can trust for a fair price. Its difficult to go to repair shops and trust what youre being told. I know that when I work with these guys though, theyre giving it to me straight. I called on a Saturday and they got my Subaru in on Monday and the work completed, for less than what another place quoted me. I will be back! I really appreciate yall. Thanks!

Excellent place to stop in and check out the auto. Close to several shops and stores in the area, reasonable price items for the road and easy access to the store. Plenty of parking and plenty of space. Employees are nice and friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Come on in, check it out.

This team does a great job. My car was sputtering and the transmission was slipping really bad. I was using a local trustworthy mechanic who worked independently. With the economy doing better the guy didnt want to work on the car because he has a full time job. I was afraid to take it to a garage because I thought they would just tell me to replace the transmission, and other things I might not need. This is based on a bad experience in the past by a competitor. Turns out the honest folks at Assured found I need a new Pig Tail on the Mass Air Flow Sensor. An animal had chewed through the wires and messed up the unit. I was so relieved it wasnt the transmission, and was very happy for the honesty. I got the car back and it works like new. I have a trustworthy place to now take my car. Oh and, they do not take forever to change the oil and do something to the car. The workmanship was top notch, and in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you

Took my BMW there. The identified the problem but recommended me to a specialist as there may be other issues to be corrected. Further the owner allowed me to keep my car onsite for over a week until I was able to move it. Nothing beats honesty! Great-to the point service and right priced

Horrible workmanship....I went to get a new starter motor in my car as the old one was about to die, the new motor was incorrectly installed and after a couple of cranks, the motor wouldnt power down even when the ignition was turned off...the starter motor kept running and I had to scramble to disconnect the battery to avoid the motor from catching fire....I ended up taking my car to a different shop and had to pay for a new starter motor as the motor installed at assured auto was burnt. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My iq dropped when I went in there

My mom went to get our family SUV tires rotated and an oil change done there. After the service was completed, my mom picked up the vehicle there and drove the car to the post office which was a few blocks away. But as she was driving she heard a huge rattling coming from the rear and the entire vehicle was shaking.Afraid for she knew that the car wasnt running properly (worried she would get in an accident), she turned the car around into a vacant parking lot and slowly drove back with her emergency lights on to head back to Assured Auto. The rattling continued until she made it back there. When she got there, she noticed the rear left tire was slanted outwards and obviously not alligned properly. She went in to talk to the front desk attendant and she voiced that the car had not been driving well since she picked it up.The attendant acted indifferent, cold, and unapolegetic. While the car was parked, a worker put a jack at the rear of the car to see what was wrong. Immediately when the car was up, the left rear tire fell off by itself (therefore, was not attached to the vehicle). It was obvious that they did not check to make sure that all tires were tightened before giving the car back to her.This is very dangerous and could of caused a major disaster on the road! Aside from that, they never told us what was wrong, they just attached the tire that was loose and said everything was fine now. They took the car out for a test drive around the block to make sure it was running okay. But they should have done this in the first place before my mom came to pick it up the car. In addition, my mom only received an apology from the front desk attendant after she mentioned that she didnt get an apology from them.After this incidence, our family is wary to get any car service from Assured Auto, especially how life theatening this was. We trusted them to give us the utmost service on our vehicle but did not receive it. I am very concerned about their negligible work, especially since my mothers life was at stake.

They said they can fix our car so we got it towed there and when they looked at it and they said they cant fix it. Dnt lie to someone and tell someone that you can fix the car then dont do it. We was going to come to you for the tires also but now you just lost our business. If i can rate you a zero i would but i have to rate you 1 star
