Wow I love this place!! This is my second time bringing my 2007 Cadillac SRX to them. First time was last year when no one in town could fix it when the key wouldnt come out of the ignition but they did at Best Buy and no problems since. Now this time I took it in and Chad let me know it had so much going on it really would be more problems getting it fixed. We bought a minivan from them 2 years ago and havent had any problems with it. Thank you so much Chad for your honesty! You have a #forever customer!!

These people are honest as can be and appreciate your business. I stopped by with a car issue in the middle of the day and they told me they may or may not be able to look at it in the time I had, and that it would be best to come in the next day. When I arrived the next morning, fifteen minutes before they opened, someone came outside to greet me and my car was in the air quickly. They found my problem (a rock rattling around causing scary noises) and didnt charge a thing. Its weird to say that I look forward to going there for a bigger issue, but I have confidence theyll do a good job and charge fairly!

The staff at Best Buy Motors were great. The where honest and did a great job of picking the perfected for me at the right price. The car didnt have a spare rim & tire initially but Edgar was on it and order my spare rim & tire at no extra cost to me. They have a friendly staff and the service was excellent. They even have a service center were I can take my car for maintenance when needed. I liked my experience so much that I recommended a family member who ended up buying a Car from here as Well! I purchased a 2006 BMW 330I from Best Buy Motors in Aug 2014. The attention I received from Edgar while visiting the lot was exceptional. He was extremely informative on the condition of the car by immediately producing the carfax history report without delay. He even went further as to help explain the different things to look out for when researching this specific vehicle and gave me best suggestions on the year/model to pursue based on his extensive experience. More than that he showed me some other comparable examples form other lots with availability to help me understand the pricing structure of the car in the current market. I never felt like I was actually being sold a car. Rather I felt like I had someone on my team who knew what they were talking about and had my best interests in mind.Once I was confident in my decision it was time to pay for the vehicle. At this point in my life I had never had auto credit and my credit score was questionable. Edgar worked extremely hard shopping for lenders on my behalf. He ended up getting me approved from a credit union which was awesome. However, I ended up finding a different lender to use throughout my own research. This was THE WORST experience Ive ever had dealing with an auto shop. I was reccommended by a family friend to take my car here to check on a rattling noise in my car, they had my car for 3 days going on four, kept lieing to me telling me they will call with updates and never did as I needed transportation. When I came in to personally check on the whereabouts of my car the manager acted offended that I wanted to know what was going on with my car and after 3 days of having it on the 4th day he still didnt have an answer for me. Another employee proceeds to shout and be rude because he saw his manager couldnt answer the concerns I had about my car so he shouted just take the car and be done!! make sure he can drive it so he can go somewhere else. Took my car to THOMAS POUND AUTOMOTIVE and they had my car fixed in an hour and a half and havent had an issue since..bottom line is this place is BOGUS!! And will have you car leaving worse than when it came in. save yourself the trouble. #Sketchy
