I was in such a bind and this location helped me when two others wouldn’t. I was driving from Nashville to Cincinnati and my tire was losing about a pound per 15 minutes. Few years back I had bought four 50000 miles tires from them, I drove for over 60000 miles with them, they also did the four wheel alignment which never went out of whack. Couple of weeks ago I replaced and bought 4 more same tires with free alignment, I was in and out in 2 hrs! They are the best!

Professional. Helpful.Had a low tire and a broken valve stem. They spent 30 minutes fixing it and told me there was no charge but I could donate to Wounded Warrior if I wanted. I did, so they worked to support veterans in need.

Was going out of town early Sunday morning. Realized my tire was low on air Saturday at 3:45 pm. Went to Tire Discounters on Westport Road at 3:55. They close at 4:00. Logan came out and checked the tire and found piece of metal in sidewall. He and a member of the team stayed until 4:30 to get me on my way safely. That’s customer service!!!

The manager and all the guys at my TD are great! They are fast and fair. Always respectful and thorough. I always trust the work they do and the answers they give me. Always enjoy the service that Tire Discounters gives. The only issue that I had was when I got my car back there was oil/dirt on my door armrest.

The technicians found the source of the slow leak on my right front tire and patched it quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and helpful. they also offered alternative suggestions for a permanent fix.

Ive never been fed so much BS about why my 50k mile tires were splitting in half after just 20k miles of use!! I use to buy all my tires here. Ive learned my lesson. Since I cant give less than 1 star......

2 times in 1 week they have saved the day for me! I had an emergency situation right before they were closing & they fit me in & took care of it! While i was waiting i was able to schedule an oil change. When i showed up for my oil change they were very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable able some other repairs that I will need in the near future. This is my new go to repair shop!

Let me preface this review by saying I can count on one hand how many reviews Ive done in my lifetime, and this being the first negative one. Ive taken my cars to Tire Discounters for a number of years - purchased tires, oil changes, and brakes - and have found them to be reputable and an overall good value. However, earlier this week I took my sons car in for an oil change. Evidently, the tech didnt secure the engine splash guard properly, and later that evening it partially fell off to where it was dragging on the road (and damaged the splashguard). Ok, we all make mistakes. I took it back in and they secured the splashguard (hopefully correctly this time). The same day I brought this car back in, I had my other sons car in for new tires and brakes. Apparently on the way home from the service center, one of his hubcaps came off - lost. If you cant do the small things right (secure the splash guard, put a hubcap back on securely), why should I trust youll do the important stuff right?

They’ve got great prices on tires, however any follow up work needs an appointment a week in advance. Flat repairs? Give it up. You’ll sit all day.

They went above and beyond to help us get back on the road the same day. This is my third good experience at this location. I will be back next time we need tires!

Bought my all my tires here 5 months ago. I was having some issues with my tire sensors. They made sure all my tires were at the right and same level. Also reset and corrected my sensors, rotated my tires and did charge me a thing. Thank you so much.

I had my car serviced today, when I dropped my car off I handed my keys to the sales clerk. When I returned to pick up my car I was told my keys were on the dashboard when I approached my car the keys were in the ignition and they would not come out. THEY WERE STUCK! I went back in to talk to the manager and he couldnt get them out either. This store caused severe damage to my cars ignition and gear column and they still havent reached out to me. Very unprofessional how they left my keys in the ignition instead of owning up to the fact that they damaged my car. I would not recommend anyone to come here for services. The District Manager has brushed me off and I havent heard from him at all.

I had a pretty good experience at this location. The manager Andrew and Michael were both very helpful and helped me get the best value tires for my car and the customer service was great. We had a small issue but they handled it very well and I am very pleased with the product and service. Would recommend and will continue doing business there!

The last time I was at this location for service I was charged $510.00 for a new battery and installation on my 2015 Nissan Rogue. When I asked why it was so expensive I was told that it was a special battery that cost $450.00 plus $60 for installation. When I went back to my dealership for my next oil change I asked what kind of special battery my car took and when I explained what had happened at Tire Discounters they told my that I had been “ripped off” and that it was a standard $125.00 battery that had been put in. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this business again.

I had a great experience here! Came in barely before they closed because I found something metal stuck in my tire. They were going to patch it but couldn’t and I just ended up getting all new tires. They were so great even though they had to stay over an hour to do it all. So great to get new tires and not have to worry about safety anymore!

I will let who read this decide how my experience at Tire Discounters went.I arrived at 1 p.m. only car on the lot, garage was empty. 2 tires, oil change and wiper refills. I left at 2:35.I my book thats pretty sad, but I will let those who read this decide if they can invest that much of their day for what should have been a pretty short visit.

Yesterday we discovered a nail in my tire around 3pm. We immediately headed to the Tire Discounters closest to us. We arrived at 3:15p and the employee working was short and rude telling us there was no way they would have time -- and just left us with no options. My husband called the next close tire discounters and thats when we spoke to Matt the Manager. We explained what happen and he said -- if you all have the time, we have a few cars in front of you, we can make the time. From the moment we arrived he made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Trust me this is not how we planned our Saturday afternoon to play out but Matt made sure we were valued. He was honest, realistic and hopefully about the tire. I could not recommend this location to enough people. Not all Tire Discounters are the same -- Matt and his team make this location an excellent experience for all.

Good guys, were able to work a leaky tire in at 6PM. Came out of work to a nearly flat tire, pumped it up and got to the store. Patched me up for a fair price and I was on my way. Really appreciate the last minute ability to fix what was a minor problem to them but a major problem to me. Thank you!

Ended up with a flat tire in an unexpected incident. Contacted Tire Discounters and talked with Matt. Needless to say, Matt said they could have a new tire put on in a pinch. Clean building and very helpful staff. I came in on 1.11.19 for a tire replacement.I called every tire shop in the area and they had the best prices of tire + installation. I did not have to make an appointment and was seen immediately with a very short wait time for the installation. I would recommend this shop over any of the other places in Louisville.

Tire Discounters has been and continues to be very customer focused. I had a choice to get this set of tires replaced at the dealer during a routine maintenance visit, but I decided to go to Tire Discounters instead. I am very happy that I did. In going with Tire Discounters I got a better price and I know that they will service the tires if there is a need to do so.

I am on my sons account so please disregard the peenuzle name. We had our tires aligned at another place and we are traveling to Florida from ohio and our truck started to shake really bad on the highway. I looked up tire discounters by me and another place couldnt get us in and we called this one next. They got us in right away despite having a full schedule. They knew we were traveling so they wanted to fix it for us right away so we could get going. They also noticed our big bag of chocolate in the front seat and brought it in for so it wouldnt melt. Needless to say they saved us! I cant say enough, I would definitely recommend. I wish this place was closer to home.

Ever.For those menial services you have to do couple times a year, this is by far the best one I have yet experienced in my life.The welcoming, accepting spirit with which Matthew Sparks served me, prompted my reconsideration and switch my yearly car services to this location.This place has a kids corner, WiFi, free hot coffee with nice seats to sit and watch TV or either in high chair secluded with a work laptop or book.It looks clean, neat and wit the smell of new.I would like to point out that it was to my surprise that later I found online that Matthew is the general manager. He attended me with the same eager smile and enthusiasm a new employee has on their first day.Keep that spirit going Matt, congratulations for a great customer satisfaction!

I had a fantastic experience at this TD branch! Only one of the branches had the kind of tires I needed to match my front wheels and the staffer (I think his name was Len) offered to drive out and pick them up and bring them back. We ended up not doing this but their willingness to drive across town to pick them up was incredibly thoughtful. I came in the next morning instead (which worked better for me) and they took great care of me. The wait will always be long, but they were pretty packed and I think this is just how changing tires goes. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this TD! The free alignment is fantastic too!Edit: I visited in mid February. Cant remember the exact date.

I recently purchased a set of tires,perrelli s that I saved all summer to purchase. Well worth the wait, got a quote in early spring, only 3 dollars more last week. The service was excellent. I would like to say thanks to the new manager at the store I am a single mother that does not have a lot of money . I wish I knowed his name . He took very good care of me and sold me tires at a budget that I could deal with . Then he asked what company I worked for and I replied back to him and he said even better you qualify for some good deals . This was even better because I got four tires that came with all kinds of free stuff !!!! I dropped off my car at 11:50 for a noon appointment that was able to get on the spot as a walk in. Went to lunch, came back at 12:40 and my car was still in the spot I parked it. No one seemed to know my car was even there it seemed. All for just a simple oil change. Told them to just give me my keys because nothing had been done by 12:40 for a noon appointment.

Two times in a row Ive had issues with my car after service. First time had a oil change done on my car and the hood wasnt shut all the way and on the highway it pop up it freak me at first but luckily it stay down. Second time after spending $500 on service I asked twice to balanced my tires only. Instead they rotated them and then get an attitude from service writer. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I walked in around 4:30pm on Wednesday night with no appointment. I had gotten a flat Tuesday and needed to get my tires replaced. Within 5 minutes, the gentleman had all of the information he needed and got my car pulled in the shop. It was ready to go by 6:30pm!I requested the two new tires purchased be put on the front (both rears were replaced) and they did it no complaints.Great, friendly, quick service, and I will definitely be back!

Everyone from the management tools saws person was always very kind with me and very helpful and all my needs and all my questions no matter how crazy and how silly they were they were very respectful so what I was trying to say even when it didnt make sense they gave me a good deal on two tires and an alignment and the young lady Sam was very helpful especially with her manager and I cannot remember his name but hes really nice they go out of their way to try to help the customers no matter how crazy they are and 40 East in business even though I look like I did not belong in that area they still help me out

I had new tires put on my car back in September and had a great experience. I purchased the package where they will rotate your tires for free. Due to an upcoming road trip I decided it was time to go ahead and get them rotated, I was busy at work and trying to multi task so I got on the online chat to make an appointment to drop off my car ( I work one block away) and pick it up after work. The online chat refused to guarantee my car would be done after work and said I had to call the store. I was annoyed as I wanted to be able to get this taken care of. Before I could even stop and call the store called me and left a VM on my phone to call them. I called back and Frankie answered I explained what I needed and he offered to walk over get my car get my tires rotated and bring it back to me!!!! WOW - I was impressed and so thankful as it would save me time. Within 5 minutes he was at my office got my keys and then had my car back in a few hours. He was so sweet and polite ! I hope Tire Discounters gives him a raise !!! Talk about amazing customer service !!! Thank you Frankie :) I would definitely recommend them as they go above and beyond !
