Went to an interview with them a while ago for a parts driver position. They wanted to hire me but I was told the only thing that would be in the way was that a part of my hair was purple. A small part that easily could have been covered with a hat or dyed black to match the rest of my hair. Its 2021 and I cant get a job that only pays $10 an hour because a piece of my hair...is purple... at a store where everyone looks like they havent showered in a week. Isnt that some kind of discrimination?
I arrived to pick up my online order. They said it would be ready in 30 mins. I arrived 2 hours after ordering. Store was empty except one customer at the front desk and another waiting line. I saw multiple employees walking through the back. Not one of them moved to help the waiting customers. I waited almost 40 minutes. The guy waiting in front of me left saying he couldnt take this s***. When I finally was helped, they didnt even have my order ready. I then had to wait another 10 minutes while the employee fumbled around looking for my two wiper blades. I will avoid this store like the plague moving forward. If they are this inept with such a small order such as window blades, I cant imagine trusting them for something more expensive.
No one ever answer the phone. So Orileys has became my automotive spot.
Great people work here. They are extremely helpful when you need to know something about a part you have purchased. Lots of places have cashiers that know absolutely nothing about the industry.... These guys arent like that. They are truly parts specialists and are eager to help you. Great place!
Its like any other short staffed.and prices are a little bit higher than the other parts chain stores.
They do not respect the time that they say is 10:30 and they are supposed to open at 10:00
The parts I needed was cheaper then anywhere else.

Luckily NAPA had MIKE, assist. Manager working at this location on Taylor Blvd. Others seemed confused and not very friendly. I asked for them to hold an item and when I arrived, they didnt have it and running around looking for it. I dont recall they even apologized for their mistake. I give Mike a 5 star but the other employees I give a 2. All the employees need smile and better attitude.
Like there parts.My only gripe is to get a warranty part exchanged you have to hang on to your reciept the rest of your life.The other 2 parts places around keep your name. In computer with a list of everything you ever bought.No reciept needed.
Great knowledgeable staff. A couple times they did not have what I needed in stock. They ordered what I needed from another store. I came back later that day and got the part I needed.
I went in for some fuel injecter cleanerI found it and then went to the counter to pay for it. The gentleman was very polite and respectful. He asked if I needed anything else and I said no not today. He rang up my item and I paid him. We both said have a good day and I left. The store was clean and orderly and I was able to find what I was needing. Yes, I will return.
Great prices and the guy working found me the same item I was about to purchase for less $ always a plus when visiting a business
If you go at the right time never have a problem. Sometimes the Paint doesnt match if you Paint cars. They need Paint chips.
My only complaint about napa is they wood leave you on hold for 30min

I was looking for a gas cap, brake pads and a headlight for my explorer. New to the area I called the Napa it is a little over a mile from my home, the gentleman I talked to on the phone was friendly, and informative, when I arrived the two gentlemen working there were so nice I WOULD and WILL be back for ANY and ALL my parts or questions.

The store asst manager Brad, made taking back a bad Napa battery such a pain that I will never purchase parts from Napa again. Three guys in the store and it was like watching a bad circus act. The manager scurried to the back, the guy who waited on me first acted like he had no clue how to run the register, then Brad came over and said since I didnt have a receipt I couldnt return battery for a new one. When I told him my mechanic purchased it from the Shelbyville store he told me I had to return it at that store. After an hour (come to find out Brad knew my mechanic) Brad finally called the Shelbyville store to get the actual purchase date and gave me my replacement battery. THAT IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU NAPA ON TAYLOR BLVD.

I arrived at 4:55 on sat 5th of August, the time on the door said closes at 5:00. All I needed was a set of brakes pads. Napa has down hill fast, they the wrong pads on friday. I will be taking my business somewhere else
