After the front headlight started to contain moisture, I called the service department and stated the fix should be under the Journey’s manufacture warranty. I was asked a few questions and then given an appointment. A new headlight was installed quickly while I waited. Great service!!!

I drove from Georgia to Kentucky to get my first work van from Dave Evans. He was honest and let me know everything about the vehicle before I took a 7 hour drive. Once I arrived it was a perfect experience. Dave Evans was very nice and had service done on the vehicle before I purchased it. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and we were in and out with no problems. I would definitely take a 7 hour drive again to purchase from a honest salesman that just wont try and sell you any vehicle to make commission. (I apologize for being long, I didnt know what to shorten. Though I probably should, Im reluctant to use names here. I can supply that and more details.)Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car and Ive bought several. I drove over 5 hours to get the car I wanted. Notice here that I did not have a problem with the car. Promises were made but never delivered and I had a cpl questions. I tried for over a year to resolve this and finally gave up. I know, I should have gotten these in writing.1. Salesman would not return my calls. Promised 2nd key, etc.. and to answer my questions.2. Couldnt get the docs to register my car. Had to call one of the owners after two months. Then he stopped taking/returning my calls or texts. Let me check and Ill get back to you3. At least 3 sales managers (I lost count) would not return my calls. Seems like a pattern.Let me check and Ill get back to you4. Even though I already had a loan and paid them in cash, they hard pulled a credit report . That really affected my score since I just had one pulled few days before for my loan.Check some of the other reviews. Any negative review either has no response or a canned reply. When we first got our explorer here, the Salesman Dave Evans assured us this was a perfect car. New tires, new brakes, literally told us HE would be losing money on it selling it to us at such a great price! Fast forward two months later after buying. Weve had to replace all 4 tires, we had to replace all 4 brakes and two of the calipers, and also had to have to AC recharged. Some perfect car! I called the manager directly several times to discuss the issues and basically let them know how disappointed we were because weve had to drop over $2100 in what we were told was a perfect car. Dave lies and the general manager cant even call a disgruntled customer back. Buyer beware. They sure arr friendly before you buy from them, though! Never using this place again. Thanks again, Dave, for the AWESOME sell! I sure hope you didnt lose too much money on that deal!

Ok, so I started my inquiry online through the website, then Luther reached out to me answered any questions I had, after getting preapproved I put a deposit down and few days later I drove 3 1/2 hours to finalize the purchase. Well I ended up arriving at 6:50pm their time lol whenever they close at 7. Whenever I pulled in I noticed the car was already pulled up to the front so I parked beside of it a gentleman asked if he could help us with anything and after explaining he went and found Luther and let him know we was there. Even at coming 10 minutes till close everyone was patient, humble, and had a very positive energy. Usually when I walk inside a dealership I have a nervous feeling but not this one. No one was making us feel rushed or made us feel like a bother. I actually had a sense of comfort. After 6 weeks of looking around being told No, we cant you have to have 800-1000 down they said Yes we can your approved with 0 down for exactly what I was looking for to begin with. 6 Speed M/T, and its a 2016 ? Wow. I was finally able to get my first car at 21 and be able to actually start building my credit. Also acknowledging the trip we was making, Luther had let me know he had the gas tank filled up ready for me. Beyond Satisfactory ☝️💫 After telling my experience I would definitely recommend going to them. They all seem like they actually enjoy their job and give off a welcoming atmosphere. Im glad I took the risk of driving all the way there. I know where Ill go next time Im looking... to KY lmfao but Ill for sure leave earlier next time. Thank you all for making my 1st car buying experience enjoyable

I was very satisfied with the service department. I had hit some road debris a punctured my transmission pan and damaged the cross member. We had to wait almost 3 weeks for the parts but they fixed it within a few hours. They then went above and beyond by cleaning my car inside and out.Very satisfied with their service

IF YOURE SELLING YOUR USED VEHICLE TO THESE GUYS THEN I WOULD THINK TWICE. Got a Kelley blue book true value price and these guys were the first to call. Said they would honor the price and alot of time even offer more.... All lies! Took my vehicle there, they never even looked at it then offered $4000 UNDER the true market price. Stating the used vehicle bubble was ABOUT to burst, thats why they were offering less.. You better believe I left as fast as I can! Good thing I had another dealership lined up just in case. Arrived at next dealership, they inspected my vehicle and gave me the Kelley Blue book true value price that was agreed upon.

The sales force I dealt ( Richard n Fred) with seemed to care about the process with my purchase even though I bought a used vehicle a 2009 dodge ram truck I requested some issues that needed addressing and they all were taken care of including supplying me with a loaner car while they were being fixed. Hopefully the truck will be as good as I was treated big 👍

Probably THE worst customer service I have ever seen. My wife call the service department to see if her vehicle was ready after dropping it off at 8:30am. At 3pm She was told it was ready. It wasnt until after we arrived they actually pulled the vehicle back to be work on 👀. Then we was told it would be ready in about an hour👀. The customer service manager Dave Price, had no clue to what was going. This was a very disappointing experience. Not to mention this was our 3rd trip down because they didnt even bother to test drive to vehicle to make sure the issue had been fixed.

I certainly would give 5 stars & would give 10 if I could. The dealership took care of me immediately when I was broke down & 250 miles from home. My front brakes on my 3500 Dodge Ram failed and I was towing a 39 ft fifth wheel & was not safe to drive further. After my truck was towed to the Louisville Dodge Jeep dealership, Marisa, in the service dept. assured me they would get my truck repaired and & get me on the road as quickly as possible and did just that. Tom who was the service technician did an excellent job on the extensive repair that was needed. I could not have been happier with the good customer service I was given!

I did get a good deal on my vehicle so that part was good. They did however ignore my request on who to use to secure my loan. And tried several shady tactics along the buying process. Then after purchasing the vehicle I got a text saying they could repossess my car because I have not completed a survey yet. This is by far some of the worst scare tactics I have ever seen.

I went in just for an oil change. And the next day after that oil change my check engine light came on and now I have to take to a mechanic to see what your dealership did to my car. I take very good care of my vehicle and my check engine light has never come on until this dealership touched it. I will never go back again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Bought a used truck off lot that they had marked at 92k miles. Odometer actually read 97k. No lights on dash ever came on. Test drive route is basically through a neighborhood that top speed limit is 45 so cant test highway speeds. After I did decide to purchase truck the process was very long. Well over 4 hours. Wouldnt let us leave to go eat kept telling us we were next. While waiting they said they were going to take truck around back to clean and detail. That was a lie. Truck was still dirty and bed full of debris. Had to ask them to actually clean it out. Then came the extra fees. 300 to window tint that was never put on and 300 to paint protection on a used vehicle that already had some scratches. Wasnt allowed to opt out of either. After all of that drove the truck 2 days before check engine light came on. Code read misfire. Called the dealership and warranty wont cover spark plugs I have to pay out of pocket. Fine whatever I can change spark plugs. Still not fixed had to take to mechanic. Turns out truck has bad valve needs complete repair. Call dealership nobody cared at all. Got passed around from service department to sales to financial back to service. All to find out that I need to call warranty company and take care of it all myself. Not a single person I talked to gave the slightest concern they just sold me a truck that I got to drive 2 days before having to send to a mechanic for weeks to be repaired. These people are nothing but crooked sales people willing to sell you a lemon with no regards to their customer. Maybe I just have bad luck but someone could have atleast tried to help me get the issue resolved instead of acting like I was just SOL for buying a vehicle from them. All they want is your money and a signature and after that your just another sucker. Maybe who ever reads this might have better luck but this was my experience. I hope everything with warranty goes OK and my truck gets fixed. No thanks to anyone that works at dealership. I hope I never have to talk or go back to that place again. Total waste of time and money.

One of the staff stole the change I had in my glove box, I didn’t realize it until a week after the service, I believe it was the young service writer lady there who stole it. Be very careful leaving money or belongings while these guys working on your car.And as for the service, they were suppose to do oil change and full vehicle inspection and my car had ran out of wiper fluid and they never checked or refilled it and that’s like one of the first thing they could have done at least, I am very disappointed in their service paid all that money for nothing.

This company lies to get you in the door, and then proceeds to harass you after they waste your time.I had a $5k upside down car loan relative to the KBB instant offer before I went in to make a trade. I already had an offer $3k over what the KBB instant offer was from Honda across the street. I delayed that sale based on their sales agent Keri telling me they could beat Hondas offer, and that they were paying crazy prices for vehicles. She even stated she thought they could make it so I didnt have to pay anything to get out of the loan even though I wasnt buying another vehicle. She mentioned that they would be there until 8 PM, so I told her I would come in that day.I arrived at 6 PM, and was told their appraisal agent was gone, and I had to make an appointment to come back the next day. When I came back, they appraised the vehicle to be exactly what the KBB instant offer was. I told them I delayed selling it across the street because Keri said I they could beat the offer and make it so I wouldnt have to pay anything to get out of the loan. they refused to even match the offer, so I left and went across the street and closed the sale.Since that time, Ive been contacted by phone and email numerous times asking me if I was interested in selling the vehicle I tried to sell them. Each time, Ive told them I already sold the vehicle and that I was not in the market. If youre in the market to sell a vehicle, skip the incompetence at Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and go across the street to Honda instead. They wont harass you and pretend they never screwed up like this place will.

Awful experience with this dealership. My car has been in their possession for about 3 months and counting. It needed engine work to be done, they called me after a month and half or two after having it to pick it up.. only for me to bring it back the same day because it was running the same ontop of my drive shaft all of sudden going bad. They only fixed the drive shaft after 3 weeks of having it that time for me to get it and the car still running bad with oil sitting around the plugs and bolts missing. They never call thru the whole process of them having my car but maybe twice to get my car. I had to consistently pop up on them to get updates on my car. My personal experience left me with a sour taste and still waiting on my car but having to rent cars for months. I would not recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for service.

I had a scheduled drop off 2 weeks out and when I got there they didnt have a loaner per my request.Then they found a vehicle for me to drive but wanted to charge a $55 day rental. This is with the purchase of a 2021 Dodge Ram with Extended Warranty. Thanks to Take for taking care of my issues back to 5 stars for responding to and fixing the issues.

It would be an understatement to say that this has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I have been a Jeep owner for years and recently came back on the market due to a car accident. I contacted this dealership on July 8th, 2021 and started working with Daniel Ballenger who helped me place an order for a new Jeep Wrangler on July 12th. After placing my order and deposit, I never heard back from Daniel. I continued to call to check on the status of my Jeep, but Daniel claimed that the Jeep system was down, so the order of my Jeep was not actually placed until July 22nd. I was advised that a new Jeep takes 6 weeks to build, so delivery would be around the end of August, beginning of September. I continued to follow up with Daniel to check on the status as I am traveling to Kentucky from North Carolina. On August 23rd I called to check on the status of my Jeep delivery and was told that my jeep was on a truck and “HOT TAGGED” for delivery to the dealership on August 25-26th and that I was safe to book a flight to pick up my vehicle. On the morning of August 26th, 2 hours before my flight from NC to KY, I received a text from Nick Craig stating that Daniel was no longer employed with the dealership and that my order had been delayed. Since this information was received last minute, I was not able to get my flight & hotel refunded, so Nick Craig said he would handle it if I sent him my receipts. On September 2nd my Jeep was ordered for a second time. The communication has left much to be desired. No one has EVER reached out to me to give me an update. I have called and left messages for both the GM and the Vice President, Nathan Stahl, but no one has ever called me back. Since none of my phone calls have been returned, I have gone as far as sending an email with my information and timeline to Nathan Stahl, but that too has gone ignored. It is now October and I still have no idea when my car will be ready. This has been the most unprofessional and unpleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would not recommend anyone to work with Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Louisville.-Dmitri P.

My 07 300C AWD has been in this shop over 30 days. Ive recieved horrible customer service, they lied to me, disobeyed me and caused my warranty company to refuse to pay for anything, they dont answer my calls, and so far they have literally done the opposite of fix my car. After 33 days or so my car is more screwed up than when I originally took the car in to get fixed and they said they dont even know whats wrong with it. They also told me theres no paperwork on my car. If I could give zero stars or a negative star rating, i would. Ill change this review if they fix my car properly in a timely manner.

Let me start with this. A bunch of years ago I took my car to a well known dealer, while I was sitting waiting a mechanic came in from the service area and said he was done with the car he was working on and it was only a fuse that had blown and should he clock the repair out. He was told to put it in the basket because enough time hadnt run off on the repair and he would clock it out later. So its been more than 35 years since I had been to a dealer.But my visit to Louisville Chrysler Dodge was unbelievable their service was from a time when you could put trust in what people said. They were honest and kept me in the loop on the status of my repair and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. They have a new customer for life. 👍

I had an amazing experience at Louisville CDRJ on Dixie Hwy. I worked with Austin Carr. He was absolutely incredible. Best cars salesman ever! He had plaques showing that he had won employee of the month, for like a year....and now I see why. Super easy to work with, no games, no pressure, just honest and helpful. Took my truck in for a minor repair. I have a bumper to bumper warranty with $100 dollars deductible. As soon as I told them about the warranty the first thing that was said was Im not sure if I can get a hold of them today. Then I was told that they change $180 for the Diagnostic and didnt know if it was covered in my warranty. I asked could they check. I was told they wouldnt know until after the work is done. Whole attitude changed once I told them about the warranty

On July 2nd, I dropped off my truck for service. Tasha helped me, and initially I thought it would be a good experience. However, I did not receive my truck back until nearly the end of the month. Everytime I called on the due date, it would be pushed back another week. It required me calling on those days, otherwise, I wouldnt have been notified that my truck was not ready. Additionally, this required me to spend much more money on a rental car than necessary. When I FINALLY received my truck, the drivers side rearview mirror had been struck by one of the workers at Louisville CDJR. I was already late for work and took the truck anyway, but I was assured that it would be fixed at no cost. A trip back to the dealership and the service department was unable to fix it. A new mirror was ordered and I was told it was the wrong one. Now its mid-Sept and I am at a new duty station. After multiple calls and promises that I would receive a new mirror this dealership has shown that customer care, military members, and doing the right thing is NOT a priority.

I have never had a car salesman say exactly what we can qualify for what he will make sure we qualify for and actually come through with his promises. I was shocked he was able to make this happen and stayed pretty close to my budget (u know theres always extras lol) Eric was incredible, it wasnt like buying a car, it was like hanging out at families house and chillin. Loved every thing about this place. The truck we have had for a week now and no problems at all...! Highly recommend even if you think you dont qualify try them out. They work miracles.

My family and I were heading from Ohio to Florida for some time at the beach. When we got to Louisville, we started having engine issues. Luckily, the closest dealership was Louisville CDJR. We limped to the dealership before opening hours. About thirty minutes before they opened, Service Director Tate Place, found us waiting at the gate. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I know he didn’t have to help us or get our paperwork moving so quickly, but he did and we couldn’t be more grateful. They got our van in quickly, resolved the issue, and had us back in the road in two hours. Thank you Tate and your team for the excellent service. Five star service for sure!

I dont know if its just me or what, but I can not stand the service department here. They never call to say what is wrong with my car, I always have to call them first. Usually they will say they will call back and let me know, then dont do that. Just a really lax and cavalier attitude about cars in the shop. Take their time, dont keep me updated, never done when they say it will be, etc...and expensive!

After months of looking for the right used car, I finally found it here. I had seen so many cars that had looked promising from their internet profile, but always had some outstanding issue in person. This was the first time that the description had been truly accurate and that I was standing in front of a great vehicle at a good price.Nick Scofield helped me out. He was incredibly knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking at and went above and beyond. I had an hour drive to come look at the car and wanted some specific information about it before making the trek, so I called Nick and he went out and drove the car around town just to get all of my questions answered.Overall, they provided a great product with great service. When I arrived, they told me it was already sold but they could sell me a newer model of the same car for the same price. Submitted online inquiry to buy a car from Evansville, IN. Was in contact with dealership and then didnt hear back for an entire 2 days, after I had been calling, texting, and emailing about this car. I applied for financing and then heard nothing. They checked my credit EIGHT TIMES! I called the dealership 4 times, asking to speak with someone, and then no one ever called me back or was always unavailable. Fast forward to the day I came to get the car finally, I drive to Louisville from 2 hrs away. The dealership tacks on $600.00 in optional charges for paint protection and window tint, without telling you that they are. They just add it in to your loan. The paint correction, didnt need or want, was also told by the financing manager that it was free. Tinting - the tint is scratched to heck, and peeling off of my cars window already. It was already done when I got there so I couldnt opt out. Also, salesman failed to mention that my gas cap had an aftermarket lock on it. Didnt provide me the key. He said he filled my gas tank that day but I find that hard to believe, seeing that the gas cap needed a key. No one mentioned, no one gave me the key. When I got to the dealership, was greeted by a bunch of salesman that just stare at you when you walk in. Walked in with a check in hand to buy this car in full, insurance already on the vehicle, yet it took 3 hours to drive it home. Was a pretty unpleasant experience.

I came in for oil change and tire rotation plus check the backup camera. The camera which was replaced last year under warranty was working that morning. When I was ready to leave it wasnt working again.. I went back in and they look at it and told me I needed a new camera. I decline as if it doesnt work longer then a year who wants to replace it. I am sorry I traded my jeep Patrick in because I wanted the backup camera and I am glad I didnt trade this car in because I wanted a couple more options.

I lost one of my keys to my new truck so I had them order another one. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get the key in. Marissa ordered it through parts and they told her it would be the next day. It wasnt!! When I went back up, the key was still not in. Marissa and Tasha helped me and made sure it was in the next day and it was. VEEERRRY displeased with the service but the 2 girls are fantastic.

I took my Jeep Wrangler to have my manual transmission checked. Was told that they could not recreate the issue. Left 4 messages to rhe service manager, which none was returned. Took back and left it for 10 days. I told them to drive it home and around. Called and was told a number of techd drove it 25 miles but could not recreate the issue. When I picked it up was told they drove it 15 miles. I asked if it wad driven home. She asked the service manager who said he knew nothing about it, but never came out to discuss. I will never purchase a vehicle from them or get service work done.

Heather my service writer went out of her way to help with my problem. She took the time to contact my aftermarket warranty and get my repairs covered. Franchi drove me home and brought me back when my Challenger was fixed. He also drove my car so the pressure sensor would read. Louisville CDJR. Are lucky to have such good employees. I live in Ferncreek and they are further away then other dealers. And I have been choosing them for maintenance on my Ram. No shop is perfect but if it’s not right They do all they can to make it correct. That’s all I ask. Polite and friendly.

I bought a car here last week and had a pretty good experience and love the car. I gave 3 stars because when I returned to have the windows tinted and was alone waiting for a ride, the man who sold me the car said some inappropriate things to me that made me extremely uncomfortable. He also gave me a hug which was not welcome and also very inappropriate, especially during a pandemic. This behavior is very unprofessional and I would not recommend going there alone.

We had an appointment for a service on a coolant issue we thought was part of our warranty AND a flush and fill. We seen the service tech 2x in 5 hours. We had to chase people down to find out an update on why it was taking so long. When questioned and expressed my discontent the service technician who was handling our appointment got very snotty with me. I said we’ve seen you for the first time in 4.5 hours. (She apparently had talked to my husband a few hours prior stating they didn’t find a leak). Our appointment was at 0930 and we didn’t get our truck back til 1300 (1pm). So much for having an appointment for a flush and fill and a warranty issue. Very very dissatisfied with customer service! We don’t plan to ever buy another vehicle from this location. Customer service used to be great. Now they can’t even let you know your going to spend yourentire day off at the location waiting for a simple task.

I scheduled my service days in advance. the fuel filters needed changed but the oil was still 1000 miles out. I decided to get them both done, why make 2 trips?I dropped the truck off Friday afternoon for the early Saturday morning appointment. Saturday afternoon I get a call saying that the oil change was done but they didnt have anyone there that knew how to change the fuel filters. Seriously. So now itll be done Monday.Monday comes, after days of begging for rides and missing appointments, I get off work in the late afternoon and Uber to get my truck. You guessed it. Its not done. And I wait another hour or so to get it.How was it not the first truck in and out on Monday after being there since Friday.Heres the best part, when I go to pay the bill I. Told that they have taken $100 of the bill for the inconvenience. but the bill is $40 more than I was quoted before the discount. how is the discounted bill more than the quote? Service for a diesel 3500 is about $500Update. 4 days later still not done. They wont get any more of my money. Over 4 days for a $500.00 service just because the service writer doesnt pay attention to what shes doing.......I scheduled a service appointment for my truck days in advance. They blatantly lied and said they completed a service for me, had me pay and the service was either not done or they just didn’t know what they were doing. As soon as I left I took my car to another dealership and the problem was fixed within the hour. So I paid for the same thing twice. I’m highly disappointed.

I purchased a 2006 Dodge ram diesel truck online and had shipped to az. When I received it both front blinkers and left headlight didnt work, short somewhere in the automatic running boards which the sales rep told me they had to jump it, and a small leak in the drivers side back brake line. If they check out the vehicle like they say they did how do you sell a vehicle for 25000 and not be street legal or safe

I would like to write a review for Marisa in the Service Department here. She has went above and beyond to try to assist me in getting a warranty repair fixed. I had purchased a used 2016 Jeep and when I bought the vehicle the sky roof was broken and not working as it should and my salesman assured me to just use the warranty to get this part fixed once that kicked in, but failed to tell me the process of trying to get something fixed with the warranty company, which has been a complete nightmare. BUT Marisa has called me every step of the way, keeping me updated in this process, gave me a courtesy car to drive so I was not out a vehicle because it took the dang warranty company three freaking days to even take the time to come out and look at my Jeep. She then personally called them the next business day, first thing in the morning to get an update on the approval of my repair as she knew this whole process has been extremely stressful and just a pain the butt for me. This repair will then take another two days to actually fix once the part comes in (which takes another five days) and has already assured me she would once again get me a courtesy car to drive during the two day repair since my job requires me to drive around the State and I need a vehicle to do my job. If it had not been for Marisa during this very frustrating time I probably would have never purchased another vehicle from this dealership (bought my last three here), she again has gone above and beyond for her customer and she is a true Gem at this location. I will continue to get repairs done at this location as long as Marisa is working in the service department.

Dropped my truck off Tuesday. They said it would get diagnosed Wednesday. They called Wednesday to tell me they can order the parts and have it fixed Thursday. Great! No problem.. They call saying the parts havent come in and it will be Friday before its fixed.. They call Friday saying they need more hardware to fix my service truck. It will be order Friday and Fixed Saturday. Saturday they call and tell me they received a bad part. They will not have my vehicle fixed till Tuesday....This whole time I have had to outfit a rental truck to work out of costing me 1000 dollars to rent a truck 1500 in parts to work out of the rental and now they delaying it even further. Mind you Im 9 hours from my home and they have now had my work truck tied up for an entire week and havent fixed a single thing. I now have to drive 9 hours to go home and 9 hours back to pick up my truck. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my ex girlfriend.

This place is a joke they said twice today I could get a $80 car from their sale I test drove one transmission was out the other wouldnt even start. That was after coming from etown twice in the same day. They said they didnt have more than two of those cars on their website a customer was taking a picture with a $80 at 1 pmtoday they lied to me and my wife. The owner FRED PAYNE is a crook and a lier. Dont ever go there.
