Everywhere I have been dont have enough employees. Eventually they will take all these lazy ....s off unemployment and they will have to go back to work. I always praise the workers because without them we couldnt get what we need.

Stopped by this store today off popular level rd and bought a new battery. Unfortunately they didn’t have the one in stock I needed and had to run to the one on hikes lane to complete the purchase. Ok.. I thought when you bought a new 200$ battery at auto zone from auto zone the kind people would install it. Nope,I got that my battery was in a peculiar place and it would take 45 min or a longer time to mess with it,basically saying that he didn’t have the time and just left me to figure out where to go and get the battery installed. So the kind person I am just left and went back to the store I originally went to and talked to the same guy I first talked to. This associate once again no questions asked,was really HAPPY to help,said he would go out and install it. He knew how far back my battery was and told me he would help way before he sold me a battery. Keep up the great work at this location and the workers that actually want to help out there customers. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Hopefully that guy gets fired at the other store,ain’t doing nothing but drawing a paycheck. That was just Pathetic customer service.

These people are always very nice, very friendly and very helpful people. Very rarely do I find a better price elsewhere when shopping for parts but when I patron other auto parts stores I dont get the service I do here. Thanks Autozone for the people you hire.

Clueless employees but they have what you need nonetheless. Gave me the drivers side caliper when I needed the passenger. Gave me battery terminal protectant when I asked for threadlock. No one can seem to agree if they rent tools or not, lol. Just a mess. But theyre nice and I was happy to see a woman behind the counter too.

Very helpful staff this Sunday 6/27/21, sadly did not get any of their names but I came in for some new wiper blades for an 07 Honda Civic and a 15 Dodge cCharger and accidentally bought the wrong type of blade for the civic and the exchange was super easy.Not only that they went above and beyond helping a woman who’s car battery died on her today cleaning some of the corrosion that kept them from easily replacing it.

We went here to get a refrigerant for our car because the AC went out and it was HOT. My girlfriend walked in, someone helped her find it, she paid for it and asked the guy working if he could help her find the spot to put it, his words were I just got back in from helping someone and I dont feel like doing it. I ended up going inside and asking the SAME person if he could help me find the spot to put it, he had absolutely no problem coming out to help me. Definitely will not be going back to this location. I should mention that we are an interracial couple and the treatment was ridiculous.

When me and my boyfriend went to autozone to get his battery changed as soon as they had opened, Thank you to Brad Hooper we had a great experience. Brad had a great attitude, was courageous to help, had a smile on his face, and even tried to offer us jobs. He demonstrated great work and great customer service. Would greatly recommend !

First and foremost they did have the part that I needed. I went to another store on Preston and they did not have the part I needed but they did direct me to this location. Good service. Decent speed.

He told me to go to another store that was not auto zone!!!! I have never felt felt so disrespected in my whole life picture of damage picture before acsdent and after wards which I am paying out of pocket since the truck driver got away without me finding out his info if ur thinking of going to this store dont u will regret it!!! Josh and I have become a bit acquainted... I have been in several times in the last week. I jokingly said today I have to put him on my Christmas list. LOL, HE IS VERY PATIENT WITH ME, BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS... IF I WERE UPPER MANAGEMENT WITH YOUR COMPANY, I WOULD PROMOTE HIM. HE IS WONDERFUL. I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT MANY GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH YOUR COMPANY. Other people lack the people skills. 99.9 percent sure his name is Josh. Great job man!

I went to AutoZone on Wednesday afternoon to grab a turn signal lightbulb for my car. What should’ve more or less been an easy fix turned out to be a bit more complex, and thanks to an amazing associate named Press, who went above and beyond to find a solution, I drove away safe and happy. The guy deserves an award. Or a raise. Or both. Definitely both. Thank you!

Staff was extremely friendly and Jeff was very helpful and finding the correct battery for me and installing it. They all made it super easy.

A well organized store with friendly and helpful staff. I drove in with a blown radiator. Over the course of four or five hours I got it fixed in the parking lot. They let me borrow their tools and lent a hand when needed. By the end of the day, I was back on the road.

The young man who is the manager was nice and polite put the bulbs in I needed as my husband is on disability and big o wanted 21dollars for the same bulbs and he checked and one of the bulbs for the front they (big o) said I needed I didnt even need .so I spent about 7dollars and got great service. I just cant believe big o. So if you are female and dont want to be taken advantage of I suggest you go to auto zone excellent service and honest. thank you again auto zone you have restored my faith in humanity.

First off, I love AutoZone and always have, but Kelvin (the main manager) killed this store for me. He lies about the application of products just because of a deal, knows nothing about cars other than to get the sale even if you don’t need it and it reflects poorly on the company and as long as Kelvin works at this store my business will be found elsewhere.

I need help figuring out conversion of metric to standard, The guy working here Seem like it was my problem not his but I didnt know the next drill bit size bigger in standard versus metric and Because it wasnt a engine for a registered type vehicle car and only a moped I was annoyance to him

More helpful than most good selection of part but small number of tools

The staff is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. i’ve called this location for prices, advice, and with questions and they never were rude or trying to get rid of me. i’ve been in the store and they were always helpful with the overall well being of my car versus other places where it feels like they are just telling you certain things to get you to buy something from them.

A guy in Auto uniform walks by me at the counter 4 times. He finally ask do you need some help, Im standing at the counter in Hikes Point Auto Zone so yes, I needed some help. He ask a Foreign employee if he would help me, he did. He was nice and got me a new clicker case.

Ryan helped us and he was very knowledgeable. We were able to fix my daughters car and be on our way in less than 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend

This is the worst service in town went in to have a battery replaced they say free replacement, wanted to charge for core . change battery my self and return core, will go to advance auto next time

The guy who waited on us was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He actually came out to the parking lot and repaired a small boo-boo right there on the spot. He eased my mind greatly.

Great place but not alot of knowledgeable people who work here. Younger people dont know much, but there are a few older guys and even a lady who is pretty helpful. We only go there when those guys are there.

My boyfriend and I stopped in so he could pick up few things. An average weekend stop for us. The store was neat and clean. Most of the staff was really helpful. Unfortunately there was one female employee who was just plain rude. She was so busy talking with her coworker (not about work) that when you asked her something she got annoyed... like we were interrupting her personal time with a buddy at the local pub. We are really easy going people and for me to write this takes alot. Im just not going to spend my money with places where customer service representatives cant cant show common courtesy!!! Its more and more nowadays. They act like theyre doing us a favor by helping us (I swear I thought she was going to roll her eyes) We go to AutoZone alot, but might try a new store next time. Sorry for the review, but I have to let you know the reason for going elsewhere with my business. You cant fix what you are unaware of. Thanks.

Of all these other AutoZones Ive been to I believe this one is the best very service orientated, the staff is very well-educated on Auto Parts no matter what kind of car you have or SUV.Each and every time Ive been to that AutoZone my problems were no longer a problem. And yes, prices are reasonable.

Awesome place

All auto parts stores are the same. This one is orange. Their lifetime warranty parts dont last very long and its usually not worth the trouble to buy a cheap water pump if you have to replace it every 2 years.

Way cheaper to get fluids from Walmart. Would expect it to be competitive on oil, radiator fluid,air filters,oil filters, on and on. They are a big time car place. They usually have what you need but you will pay for it.

The gentleman was quite abrupt and rude over the phone when asking a battery-related problem. I guess he was more focused on the fact he was working on a holiday. I think Ill go a short trip down the road to their competitor; it will be worth the extra bit of gas.

Courteous very helpful knowledge

All I know is, when I call and ask an employee to check if they have an 02 sensor in stock for my car and I then have to proceed to explain to them what an 02 sensor is, its not a good sign. That is a extremely common part to request and a huge part of cars.
