I ordered an air filter an air intake which was simple, however it took almost one month for me to receive the parts when I had been told to expect 1-2 weeks, and it was only after calling customer service on the third week that I heard anything from GM Parts letting me know what was going on. Furthermore the air intake attachment was delivered damaged, but after everything it took to get it, I didnt want to even try and return it.

Good place to find the parts that you need, but the delay between purchasing the products and when they are actually shipped are horrible. it took 7 days from the time of purchase to actually receive a tracking number and a notification that they were shipped. also they do not send a confirmation email with your purchase. I would definitely recommend using PayPal for your purchase so you have some kind of record of purchase.

It was good service the only downfall was it took them 4 days to ship the item but it arrived right on time once I received tracking number

The GM Parts used my vin # to verify the parts needed for my vehicle. At present, I am very please that I am purchasing and receiving the correct part to repair my Chevy S-10 which has been my reliable vehicle for 18 years.

This took way too long to get. I purchased 2 small items 3 weeks ago and I still havent received the products yet... I would not recommend this website to anyone!

I received a completely different part than what I ordered. I expected to receive the part in the image I viewed. I dont have the time or energy to return the part and argue. Ill just call the money a loss.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and it said it takes 4 business days.....still dont have it and the last transit info was on March 16, 2021 and it said it was in transit. They could not confirm a date of when it would arrive. Still waiting!!!

Horrible experience. On November 25 I ordered a set of lights with the warranty and everything for roughly $477. When I got off the phone with the sales people I called my son and told him what I bought he told me to return them because he just bought me the same exact lights for my birthday. So no more than 20 minutes later I called back to return the order and stop it they told me that it is already gone to the warehouse for processing. They told me that I would get an email within the next day or two confirming the stop and shipment in order. After three days I never got an email and I called back and they said to me that they were in the process of tracking down the shipment to stop it. Again I was told I would get an email I never got an email. Two days later I called again and each time somebody would talk to me they would say not to worry sir not to worry sir and everything would be fine. Yesterday I got an email from my bank showing a withdrawal of the amount for the lights for $177 and change. I was furious I wouldn’t and called them and was told that the lights had already gotten delivered while they had not gotten delivered. I was then told they would be delivered today. And I won’t write up and down the ladder trying to find out why this happened. Nobody could tell me anything but the lady onAt this point in time was the one who apparently was able to take care of processing the return. She emailed me a return authorization form and not 20 minutes late if that package came via FedEx. I put the form on to the package and brought it to FedEx to return. I am not happy this is done

These guys have a great selection and good prices, but they also have the slowest shipping. It took them a week just to get my order shipped out quick is piss poor. I talked with a very nice gentleman from Kentucky that explained they could expedite the order and shop it overnight, but what really happened was my parts arrived 2 weeks after I ordered them. I suggest you go anywhere else to get your parts including a dealer if you need them in a timely fashion. When your car is broke a timely fashion is worth the few extra dollars you would save from these guys. So, the answer is no I will not be using this company again.

If you dont know what its called, its hard to search for. So, thank you for the diagrams. The part arrived, it was the correct part, it went right on. I am very satisfied. DO Not Use This supplier, the catalog of parts in my case is incorrect claiming the part shipped is a direct fit for my vehicles pass door window, there is no way this part fits this vehicle. I sent them a request via e mail as well as 3 messages to cancel this order, it was shipped the next day even with an email pending. I have not received a return call or e mail, i know of another similar problem a friend had. It would appear at this point to return the part freight collect, once I receive a delivery receipt from the shipper cancel the charges to my card. What a shame these unscrupulous people are using the GM name in this way. If I could give them a worse review I would.

My experience with Wholesale GM part Online is rally bad, I order a rear window wiper for my car, received the package with the wrong part when I e-mailed them their answer: the part is discontinue and do not have a replacement part in order to ship it back a fee of $9.50 plus 50% of the cost for restocking fee. This is hiway robbery.

Fast delivery and OEM parts at a good price

The window seal I bought for over $100 was wadded up in a box that was too small and it caused kinks in the part. I tried to expedite the order and was told we dont expedite I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. They only responded to e-mails.

Not happy at all the ad said wrench, Jack and miscellaneous wrench didnt say sold separate. So I ended up with a wrench for $60.00 sure I can send it back and pay shipping fee restocking fee so Im still out money I think it should be made right but that wont happen Ive been had

I cannot say I am thrilled, ordered the part that the diagram they had on the site said I needed to fix the seat in my Saturn upon getting into doing the work today I found they sent me the correct part for the wrong seat, and due to the orientation of the part I cannot fix my driver seat. A Saturday wasted because the incorrect part was sent.

Part automatically charged my paypal without confirmation. I called a bunch of times and left messages with no response. They never answer. Horrible customer service. When i finally did get a call back i was told its too late they shipped it and now i will be pentalized for returning it. All i was trying to do was see how far out it would be to ship and instead i got charged 200$. Fix your website or stop scamming people!!! Im sure i wasnt the first to have this happen.

Parts were as expected, arrived promptly and were well packaged. I ordered a Bumper/Fascia Energy Absorber and Bumper support. I was willing to spent a little more than the copycat versions elsewhere because I want parts that fit my Buick and are safety certified. Yes, some of the parts you can get online for a 1/4 of the price are not safety certified and insurance companies know this and force body repair shops to look for cheaper alternatives. Not so with GEICO so I read. Since I do the work myself and the accident was caused by a drunk driver (in a restaurant parking lot) I was able to spare myself the ordeal of going to a garage and not knowing what was going to be put on my car. Would order again at this site.

I paid Wholesale GM Parts online extra over my local dealers price because they advertize shipping within one to two business days. It was over seven business days before they shipped the parts and over two weeks before I recieved my parts. If you need your part within a reasonable time. Do not buy from Wholesale GM Parts Online. The parts were 5 valve guide seals for a 496 engine.

This is the website for GM parts! Auto part stores were no help and neither were the junk yards when looking for a fender body support piece for a 99 Saturn SL2. Once I figured out what the part was called (I did that by searching fender assembly for Saturn SL2) then I Googled the part name and up comes Wholesale GM Parts online. The purchase couldnt have been easier - the part was priced affordably - shipping was a little higher than most online shopping experiences, but it was well worth the time and effort it saved. Emailed notices came as the part was packed and shipped - arrived earlier than expected. It was the exact part we needed to fix our teenagers fender bender ourselves.
