Went there to get a flat repaired. These guys went above & beyond to help me out. I was a walk-in, and they took care of me to the fullest extent. I was under the impression that I only had one flat. While they were replacing my flat, they realized there was another nail in my back passenger tire as well, and fixed that one without question. After they finished up, I headed home, and I still heard clicking in one of my tired. I pulled over, and realized there was yet ANOTHER nail in a 3rd tirs. I turned around and went back to get the 3rd wheel repaired. They took me right back in and got me taken care of. Third time’s a charm. And it was ALL FREE. Thanks for all the help and excellent customer service! Very impressed.

The only place I will buy tires from due to their customer service, nationwide coverage, and outstanding warranty. They treat their customers right. Their staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You can buy a tire anywhere, but I have not found better service anywhere else.

I had a flat tire, put the spare on and dropped the tire off only make an appointment 3 hours later. They got me in and out very quickly and did not charge me. I plan to come back here from now on. Plus there is a good little restaurant next door which is an upgraded waiting Room.

Great experience! Sales associate was knowledgeable, helpful and HONEST. Called this morning and they had an appointment within 2 hours. Took less than an hour to have 4 new tires put on! Price shopped and they were less than their competitors. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

My wife and I were driving home back to Chicago when my tire pressure monitor told me I was losing pressure which turned out to be from a screw stuck in the tire. Luckily, I was in the area and made it to this Discount Tire an hour before it closed. Allen helped me get patched up and on my way in about 1 hour. 8-17-2020: This past weekend I got two new tires put on the back of my expedite van in Detroit. Last night I brought a 1,700 pound load of freight down to Louisville, KY. My ride was hair raising like crazy! It felt like I was hydroplaning on dry pavement because I was being tossed all over the road. Took my van into another Discount Tire here. They found that my front tires were over inflated and my back tires were under inflated! They quickly corrected it and got me back on the road!!! Thanks guys!!!! It worked awesome!!!!

I was not impressed with my treatment at Discount Tire in Middletown. I pulled up initially and was ignored by the service techs. I got out of my car and went in and got serviced. My car was not ready as promised. Not a good vibe. I would NOT buy anything or recommend anyone there.

We bought two sets of tires here about 15 months ago. Price was very fair, and the service then and since (for tire pressure checks and rotations) has been great. The Michelin Defender LTX are wonderful tires for my wife’s 2011 Odyssey van and my 2009 Acura MDX suv. Have road tripped them both 1000’s of miles and they are smooth and quiet and are also great around town whether wet or dry. I took the Acura to the Rocky Mountains and these tires inspire great confidence even through a foot of fresh snow. And quiet on the highway (less than 68db). Plus the 18” version of these tires have 12/32 of tread when new, so they are going to last a long time. Much better for a heavy van and SUV than the “regular” Defenders IMO, since those are built for lighter cars, while the LTX version is for heavier ones like a loaded down minivan (well north of 5500 pounds when loaded with 6 people, 2 dogs, and tons of luggage). Don’t be turned off by the LTX version for your minivan or luxury SUV. They look cool too, are built for a heavy vehicle, and are still super smooth.I have about 15k miles so far on the Acura MDX’s tires. Just drove it 2500 miles round trip with the LTX tires to the Colorado mountains and back through all types of weather: dry and smooth interstate as well as blinding snow a foot deep. They were super smooth and quiet crossing Kansas on the interstate, and never slipped in the Colorado ice, slush, and snow. Could not be more pleased. And the guys at the Middletown store were great and fast getting them installed. They were the ones who recommended this version of tire over the regular Defender, since I would not have thought about an LTX tire since one normally thinks about a pickup for an LTX tire. The tires have stayed 100% balanced (as all Michelin tires do!) and wear evenly. The guys at the Middletown store were right in recommending them for both of our vehicles. Kudos to Michelin for engineering a great tire for all the family vans and SUVs out there.The shop is clean and the service is fast and professional. Setting up appointments for rotations is super easy. What more could you want?

Great place to take your vehicle. Super knowledgeable staff and extremely quick service. They are able to get a hold of any tires or wheels you need and will beat any price out there (including online). They also service tire pressure sensors and can reset your light for free. They also offer free rotations and free flat repairs.

Tried to get my tires rotated and balanced. The guy offered $40 to do the job and then said he couldnt do one tire because the tread was too worn down...but would be happy to sell me a new tire. What a racket. I took it to Big O Tires down the street who did the job for $35 and didnt give me any grief about my tread. When I decide to buy four new tires from my vehicle, Ill be sure to go to Big O.

The guys at this store are awesome! They are always quick to attend to customers, highly knowledgeable, and treat vehicles with the care and respect I give our cars when doing my own mechanical work. I was impressed to learn they inflate and torque the wheels to spec every time (better than most dealerships and certainly better than your average tire shop). The garage is clean and waiting room comfortable, and the work is performed efficiently and on schedule to get you back on the road quickly. I also have found Discount Tires prices to be as competitive or more competitive than Tire Rack, plus they do free balancing and have fixed a couple punctures we have had at no charge. Long story short, they turn what can often be a frustrating experience into an opportunity to demonstrate great customer service. In this day and age, that is something to admire. Keep up the great work!

I had a low tire sensor alert. I pulled in the Discount Tire lot at 5:55 pm. (they close at 6:00). When the mechanics saw me they literally hung on the bay doors to close them more quickly so they wouldnt have to deal with another customer. My family has four cars, guess where Im not buying tires in the future? I went down the street to Tire Discounters. They topped off the air in all four tires. No charge. Nice guys.

Today was my first experience at Discount Tire in Middletown. I was highly impressed with the people who work here. I dont believe Ive ever been treated this great getting tires. So...first of all i never made it out of the van before an employee walked out to greet me and help me. Noah was very knowledgeable and made today a fantastic experience. My tire shop FOREVER! They replaced one tire when another big name around town said I had to replace all four - and that was more than a year ago. Tires are doing great - and just drove in last week to have a nail in the tire removed and get the tire plugged. They gave me a time to be back while I ran a quick errand, and when I got back they fixed it FOR FREE in no time flat. (Get the pun?) Clean, Quick, Courteous, and HONEST!

This is the only place to buy tires!!The employees are always polite, professional, and so fast. The follow-up care is free and no matter when I have stopped in, the service is the same. When my check tire light came on, I stopped by not realizing it was closing time. They checked all the tires and never mentioned they were closed.This companys service approach should be the gold standard other companies emulate.

My tire has a nail in it and your store was rated 4.6 stars.I called and the gentleman said no wait to fix it.When I got there, 15 min later, there was in fact a wait.Was not a problem.However, they told me after the service that there was only one type of plug and it was to far in the tread to fix.Showed me a tire that would replace it but it was not on stock.My husband took the tire to his mechanic.Funny enough, he fixed it!And in putting the tire back on, the rim has several deep scratches in it.I am asking g for a new Tim and I would suggest that you DO NOT do business at the company!

Awesome group. I was a little concerned about their being able to replace the tires on my older Porsche at first, but they quickly put those concerns to rest. Definitely a good shop to have seemingly difficult to replaced tires changed out.

Great customer service! Great prices! Fast install! I got to the shop 30 minutes early for my appointment and they greeted me in the parking lot when I got out of my car. They immediately pull my car in and started on my car. I met the guy inside and he confirmed the tires that I wanted and 45 minutes later I was back on the road with 4 brand new tires. They even put tire shine on them!

These guys and gals are champs. Absolute top notch servIce. I had a mileage warranty claim from some tires Id bought on the website, and needed to get them swapped out. I was greeted before I even made it to the door, and he had the inspection and paperwork done in about three minutes. And I was even offered a bottle of water or a cup of coffee.The install crew was fast, clean, and definitely knew what they were doing. Checked the spare tire, cleaned the hubs and rotors, and cleaned the new tires again once they were on.Everybody was polite, professional, and knew the answers to all my questions. And from the time I stepped out of the car to the time I drove away on fresh tires was LESS THAN 45 MINUTES!Absolutely recommend these folks!
