Eric was wonderful during the entire process. They had to deal with a difficult insurance company through the entire two month claim. They kept me updated and informed. Service was great and I would gladly recommend them!

Needed some work done on my new car and my warranty company had me go to one of their preferred collision shops. That shop couldnt get me in until Sept 7th and were going to keep my car for 2 days to have it fixed. I decided to contact Caliber as I have had great service in the past. Eric got me in quick and they had everything fixed within a day.

Worst place EVER to work PERIODPay is never correct, for the long hour you have to put in.Management & upper management are THE WORST!! They will figure out ways to screw you out of pay.NEED to invest money in the employee’s unstead of trying to buy up the market.

Very nice explained every detail of the replacement parts an every step they took of the repair and treated me like a person instead of a check highly recommend any that needs service I got my kia done in 5 days and look like it came off the factory line never could tell there was ever any damage come to them you wont leave disappointed
