Everyone was amazing-from the minute I pulled into the Lexus service bay. Staff are friendly and helpful and operate with a sense of urgency. It’s a well oiled machine! My salesman was the best! There was no high pressure. I was warmly welcomed by two other people before I met with the salesman I had been talking to. The “tech” man who tried to teach me about all the gadgets was very patient and helpful. The lady who finished the paperwork with me was so nice, she had lots of experience in the car business from a different company and state but makes a great addition to the Lexus team of associates. I highly recommend this dealership.

The overall experience was good. Friendly and easy process. The only thing I would complain was the loaner car I got that day was a bit dirty. There was a broken plastic piece (dont know what it was) just laying in the back seat and debris all over the seat and floor mat. Look like it never got clean out from previous used? I had to wipe the seat down to pick up my kid from school.

What an easy & comfortable experience.It was my first visit to your dealership. I liked the spacious waiting area where I enjoyed a cup of coffee. I think the total wait wash a little more than an hour.I found Camaron Rudd to be a very knowledgeable & friendly customer service rep. As it turns out, he & my son went to Trinity High School together. A small world indeed !

My experience was just OK. The main salesman that I worked with appeared very knowledgeable and overall friendly and accommodating. The sales manager was extremely pushy, impatient, and aggressive in tone and approach. Not a nice guy to work with. I found myself avoiding him when I entered the dealership. I had a check delivery to Lexus via FedEx and contacted them when delivery was confirmed. For about 5 hours the check was missing. I was called and asked for the tracking no. to “verify it was actually delivered”, to which I offered proof in 3 different ways. Very frustrating 5 hours. In the end, I was able to purchase the vehicle I desired, but the overall “Lexus Experience” was lackluster at best. This is the first and last vehicle I will purchase from them.

I contacted Lexus of Louisville in April as I saw an RX350 I wanted online. A salesperson setup and appointment for me to come in. The day of my appointment, he contacted me and advised the vehicle sold and asked if I still wanted to come in. My response was no, that was the vehicle I wanted. Saw the same on Lexus of Lexington’s site, contacted a salesman and he requested a down payment over the phone to ensure it was there at the time of my appointment the next day. Best car buying experience ever, Lexus of Lexington. Fast forward, I contacted Lexus of Louisville this week for a price on running boards which was provided and installation. I’m still waiting on a return call on installation. Guess I’ll be contacting Lexus of Lexington where I know my business is appreciated. This is unfortunate, given Lexus of Louisville is less than five months from my home.

Their service is getting worse . I just got a full service on my almost new car. They left all the engine covers dirty after they put I guess the can of oil on the top of the engine they didnt bother to at least wipe that down. And the price went up by like $50 from last time I got it done, which would be fine if the service would be any better but its not. I guess we will just find a new place to go do it next time

Its a nice dealership. They have a great customer lounge. Everyone is always friendly. Had service on my car. They dont do the best job washing my car. It would be nice if they could put more effort into that like wiping inside dash and windows,, vacuuming, etc.. Its the least they can do since I paid more than double the cost of the part for my car for the labor! Thats why 3 stars.

I had a great buying experience with Lexus of Louisville and had left a 5 star review for that. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my routine service this week. I bought a service plan with my car because I have heard how great their service is. I was sadly very disappointed with my first service appointment this week. None of the great things I heard about happened. Then when my car was done they pointed to it in the lot and handed me the keys for me to walk out in the pouring rain to it with no umbrella or coat because I dropped it off inside and assumed like every other service department I have ever gone to, I would also pick it up inside. To drive 45 minutes for this type of service I was very disappointed. I regret that I bought a service package with my car. I would not do it.

I purchased a vehicle and traded in my old one and got a great deal with my trade in and incentives but the finance manager twisted my arm relentlessly to buy prepaid maintenance and dent insurance. I repeatedly refused but once I realized I was not leaving that room without buying something more, I reluctantly took the dent insurance for $10 extra on my monthly payment. Its just money wasted as far as Im concerned.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Eric at Lexus of Louisville. I had the great fortune of getting him when I called the dealership, they had an IS 350 I wanted, and I was pursuing a really stellar deal. When I told him what I wanted, he said he would call me right back. But when he called back in under 5 minutes I thought to myself that the dealership wouldn’t make me a good deal. I was wrong, they accepted it in under 5 minutes, and I made arrangements to go pick it up. I drove over 5 hours one way for the deal, it was that good. He was honest and professional throughout the process, and gave me exactly what I asked for, no last minute sales tactics or changes. I have sent him others as well and I can confidently say that you will be extremely pleased with your experience at Lexus of Louisville, especially if you deal with Eric. Ask for him when you’re buying your next car!

Worked with Bryan on a used car purchase of a vehicle with over 100K miles and would do it again in a hearbeat. They did everything to the car Bryan said they would do. We even paid them before they were finished with it and it didnt seem like that mattered at all to them. Still made it look great and spend a lot of time on the vehicle for us. Do not let them service your car. They called us at the end of April asking to see our car because they “needed well kept used cars” so we took it in on May 3rd for a recall repair and to be appraised. They told us we would get a phone call to discuss a trade in offer later that day. That call never came. They did however call us to say the repair was successful and to come pick the car up. Still nothing about the appraisal. My husband works from home so this car literally sits in the parking lot of our apartment complex. He got in it the other day and the AC wasn’t working. We called Lexus because they had literally just worked on the car and now we have this issue that didn’t make sense. They said it was a big issue that needed addressed immediately and scheduled us to come in at 7:30 this morning. My husband was working with Brad who told him this morning “it may be a warranty repair unless a rock hit it.” I bet you can guess what happened next. They call back to explain that the overpriced warranty we bought won’t cover the repair because it was caused by a rock. The repair cost is $1900. I called to dispute this with Brad who restated that it had to be a rock that caused a leak of the refrigerant used to cool the car. This must have been an explosive leak that drained out completely somewhere else because there isn’t a drop of liquid that leaked out in our parking space. This whole situation is quite strange and feels like we’re getting played.

The service was great overall, but the cabin air filter replaced was not the correct one and made the cover of the HVAC system to fall off and the glove compartment door was wide open making it impossible to close, hurt my hand trying to figure this out, had to call my brother for assistance. Got it fixed, but it was inconveniencing.

The service was great, as always. The customer service, however, was not. The man who helped check me in was so rude and he was a terrible communicator. I was reading a book when he called me back & when I got up to go back to his office, he had already sat down in his office & I didn’t know where to go. I didn’t even know who I was supposed to go with because I was reading & he immediately walked back to his office so I didn’t even see him. He did a similar thing when my car was finished. Both times I was left confused and had to ask another person to help me. I just felt uncomfortable and like I was a burden, which I shouldn’t have felt because I was the customer. Anyway, I’ve never written a bad review but this experience was worth the effort because that is just unexceptional customer service and it makes me want to seek out a different place or request to not be helped by him the next time I make an appointment.
