What a beautiful service department shop they have. It is clean, bright, cool and extremely well ventilated. My service advisor was friendly, very courteous and professional and took care of my issue right away. The waiting room was well lit, large and has plenty of comfortable seating. The restrooms were amazing - beautiful, clean and large enough to accommodate a lot of people at once. What a great experience! Well done Honda World!
We recently bought a vehicle at Honda World and it was an easy and fast progress. We ended up having issues with our 2021 CR-V and immediately scheduled service with them. Once we discussed the issues with customer service with Honda World we were notified that we would have to pay out of pocket to fix the issues of our NEW vehicle.Meanwhile we continued to go to our scheduled service, having to leave the vehicle there for a day or so to be told they DID NOT have the parts to fix our car after communicating with them about the issues months ahead of time since they were booked. Ridiculous, I’d suggest a different auto dealership 👍

The service advisors at Honda World have always been great. On my recent visit for routine checkup and oil change, Seth was friendly and knowledgeable in his recommendations. Being the first time going to Louisville Honda World Service Center I was not sure how the process worked but Ms. Ann Mack welcomed my wife and I as soon as we arrived and she walked us through the process step by step from beginning to end. She is truly an outstanding customer service representative of Honda World Service Center. I cannot imagine anyone could do a better job. She is very knowledgeable of the types of services required for our Honda Fit and at what intervals. She ensured we left with our car fully up to date on all services and was safe to drive on the road for the long term. We had water leak that created a wet carpet on the front passenger side. Honda World fixed the leak and they went the extra step to pull up the carpet up and dry the carpet with fans in their shop before returning the car. Good job guys.
I was given a MUCH lower price for service than at a competing dealership. The advisor was very informative and my vehicle was ready about an hour ahead of time. Well definitely go there for service again.

Terrible experience with the Used Car lot @ Honda World Louisville “THE BIG LOT”. Do not recommend!! Not honest on several occasions. Waited almost 3 wks for this vehicle to be in “elite” condition. For $34,000 paints don’t match on sliding door and chips, scuffs, and dents still at least 5 places. Honesty is not their policy. I could go on and on.... be careful!!! I’m not usually one to post reviews but want to warn others.
Rodney was great to work with, very up front and helped us get into the vehicle we really wanted. Then Richard in the business office was so friendly and easy to work with. Made it easy to do business with. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not a 5 is we didnt get floor mats with our vehicle and was told they just threw them away. So we had to fill up with gas, buy floor mats and get some scratches fixed that I feel like should have been offered. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and everyone was very nice. Would highly recommend checking them out.

I recently bought a car from Carvana which had a broken engine cover. I took it to Honda World for a quick fix expecting to pay in a certain range. The mechanic came back to me and informed me that it just needed a couple screws and it would be no charge. I had my oil changed at Honda World on 2 July 2021. They have a very professional staff. I was able to schedule an oil change ahead of time, which makes it nice so I don’t have to wait too long. Kathy (service tech) was very polite. She made recommendations on other services for my vehicle. I like that they have a record of cars maintenance and can give me recommendations… (based off the age and mileage of my vehicle) for the next recommended maintenance. This dealership is where I purchased my Honda Civic from, and I prefer to let Honda mechanics work on my vehicle.

My 2009 gold Honda odyssey is phenomenal and Josh treat it as if it was his own child. Everyone at Honda went out of their way to show me kindness and compassion during a difficult time. I am not a car person and I plan on driving this Honda over 1,000,000 miles.

I have purchased a lot of cars in the past 50 years, Im over 68 years old, but this was by far hands down the best experience I have ever had anywhere. Our Salesman Dayton, went above and beyond to get the deal I wanted. The finance man, John, was not only good to work with he truly looks out for the customer. I already had my own financing and left there with a better deal than what I went in with. We were able to take the Honda in earlier than the appointment time. That was not a problem. Seth was very polite & explained everything we needed to know. Kept us up to date as to what was going on & when it was done & ready to pickup. Was able to pickup when we could get there. Seth let us know what all had been done with the car. Even had it washed. Everything went as planned.

Took our 2017 Accord to HondaWorld for their Express Service. The doors opened exactly at 7:00 am (all 5 doors). I was met by Jose Barrios within 5 minutes of pulling in (there was one car ahead of me). He checked out my car, I shared why I was there, he consulted the computer, projected a cost (which is exactly what it turned out in the final analysis), and I went into the comfy Customer Lounge for about 90 minutes while my car was worked on. After I paid, I was directed to my car and found it in a very clean state and ready to go. Excellent experience all the way around and I highly recommend the service folks there as being professional, courteous and skilled.
Bought 2 Honda’s here and always go back for service. Great place to take my CRV for service. Kathy Hawkins is a service rep I had last time and she is great to work with. I’m very impressed with how professional Kathy is. She answered all my questions and the estimate she gave me for how long it would take to service my car was right on. I always wait for my car in the nice lounge they have right off the service area. I have a great, hassle-free experience year after year. I appreciate Kathy and the great organization that they have at Honda World.
We was shopping for a vehicle. We called ahead to make sure that we did not waste our time and gas traveling to Honda World if they didn’t have what we were looking for. I had Hope to double check with a manager as to what was on the lot and available. She told me they had 6 CR-Vs on the lot, one of which was the color we were shopping for. So we traveled over a hour to get that and the older salesman that was told to help us informs us that the girls upstairs don’t know what they are talking about, that there is not a red available and that the base model is available for test drive but it would be the 2nd week of October before they had anything available. We felt like it was just a sorry for your luck, oh well we wasted your time and gas. This was the first time we had been to Honda World and I will not be returning. There are other dealerships that will love to have my business. I recommend anyone answering the phones should be trained to, “know what they are talking about!”
My second oil change/tire rotation (3-yr pkg that came with vehicle purchase). I had a 7:40 appt. with Express service; I was there over 2.5 hours. The advisor did give me a free balancing on my next visit, due to the wait, which I am grateful for, but there is no reason to keep someone waiting so long for simple services. No reason given for the long wait either.

Honda Worlds service department was thorough and efficient. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival the staff were friendly. Information for vehicle maintenance was given to me in a terms that I understood. There were things needed to be done other than the oil change I was given the option to have those done that day. I chose not to have one of the suggested services. There was no pressure to have it done and I was told that it would be noted for the next time. Thank you for the great service.

What I appreciated more than then anything was the fact that Honda World didn’t push me to purchase and when I decided to purchase, it was quick and straightforward. No one played games or went back and forth on the value of my trade in. One thing to keep in mind that the price online is lower than if you were to purchase in person. Not sure why, other than dealing with a person. Either way I enjoyed the experience and would recommend Honda World and their staff.

Appointment was at 9:40, wife got an email at 11:09 that the vehicle was ready, rep did not come and get me in the waiting room, only knew the vehicle was ready after wife called me—11:30, I was there almost 2 hours. Frustrating that the dealer does not seem to care about your wait times, especially with the cost of a new vehicle and the cost of the service. Waiting room was nice and clean, shop was clean. Vehicle was run through the quick wash which was nice. Edited: cost of service inline with full synthetic oil change at other dealers.

Bought a new 2020 Honda Accord last year. Fairly good experience. Having problems with the collision mitigation system braking on interstate for no reason... 4 times total. Service Advisor did not return 3 texts I sent about the issue. Last week on vacation, got a nail in sidewall tire. Called for 3 hours to see if the tire was covered under warranty. No service advisor would answer or return my call. Finally someone nice called back and said the tire was one month out of warranty. Oh well. Service department seems well organized, and very busy.. Had to wait a bit long for a oil change. Most employees seem eager to help. Will try to call for a oil change appointment tomorrow.

2016 Pilot with 80k miles has now had to have transmission flushed twice due to surging under moderate acceleration that gets worse over time. At 50k miles, the flush was performed for free since this was considered out of the ordinary. 30k miles later the surging returned and I’m charged $450 for the flush and told it needs to be done every 25k miles. Told this happens on V6 Hondas. Seems like Honda is applying a bandaid to a chronic design problem and charging customers for their latent defect. I thought I would be a Honda customer for life. Pretty sure Toyota doesn’t require $450 transmission flushes every 25k miles.

Very disappointed as the part I need to repair the car apparently is on back order. I have six lights on my dashboard and they can’t clear them out.I can’t trade the car in because I can’t get it fixed.This is my only car and I need something. They don’t have loaners. So what am I to do???!

Came in with an oil leak. They found and fixed it quickly. Good professional and courteous people.
My car had 40% oil life, yet was a quart low on oil after around 5,000 miles. I called to see what might be wrong. They made an appointment for me. On arrival, they sent me to a service consultant who told me that was normal and I have to check my oil between maintenance schedules. I recall being told you can go 10,000 miles between oil changes. The service consultant told me he changes his oil every 5,000 miles.So I asked to get my oil changed. They advised tire rotation and balance as well. It turns out my appointment was just to talk to the service consultant. My car was not on their schedule. I thought I had consulted when I called the first time. Why do they make you come in just to consult. So, over 2 hours and $228. later I was good to go.Maintenance on a relatively new car, 23,000 miles, is very high, especially when the oil should be changed twice as often as they originally said.

Spoke about warranty work on defective seat fabric, hatchback interior handle, and the drivers side seat control. I was informed that they would look at the the side seat control and hatchback handle, fair enough. They informed me that they could do nothing about the seat fabric since they do not do that type of work. They suggested I go to a company that is not affiliated with Honda. Also gave me the customer service number for corporate Honda. Called corporate Honda and I was disconnected twice. I was in the market for another vehicle and was going to lease a Civic. This will not happen due to this experience. This has been the worst new car and customer service I have ever had. I switched from 4 Chrysler mini vans because the durability and longevity was at question. They at least met their warranty. Thought I was upgrading in quality. Definitely upgraded in price. Exceedingly disappointed.

Very pleased with our experience! With inventory at an all time low, Semsa told us the Pilot we wanted would be delivered in about two weeks. She gave us a price quote which we accepted and we put down $500 to hold the vehicle. Went to pick up and everyone was as promised. No BS.

Got good deal and It came loaded with all the required options.The only concern is about the financing they arranged as they didnt work out for the finance company that i wanted to go with where i would have got loan for low APR. But they have told that they i can refinance to other company later in few months

Josh was great. From Atlanta but had to get My car fixed quickly and it feels just as good as new with my wiring harness replaced after a rodent ripped it apart. Entire facility had good customer service. Everyone was nice and smiled at me. Great experience. Would recommend.

I used to love this place when it was Swope. Since then, it’s just gone downhill. I’ve had trouble with my Honda Fit stalling out and losing power (a safety issue!). No mechanic in town could figure it out and recommended Honda.The vehicle was there for 4 weeks and they spent the time guessing as to what the problem was because they “couldn’t get a code.” Or couldn’t recreate the problem. Despite my saying there are entire Honda Fit message boards dedicated to this common problem. They basically just gave up, tried a fix they could’ve tried 3 weeks ago, and told me the car was ready. But weren’t sure it was fixed. It was obvious they were just sick of trying to diagnose the problem. If Honda can’t, who can? At one point I was told to just take it back and see if I could make it lose power again - which, again, is a major safety issue. Mike Kavanaugh was pleasant enough and kept me updated but my experience overall was bad. The other workers there are rude and it’s like you are inconveniencing them. When I picked the car up, for example, the cashier never acknowledged me until she told me to insert my credit card. No explanation of charges or amount owed. Then when I got my car, the weatherstrip on the top was laying on top of the car, as if it had been pulled off at some point.And don’t even start me on trying to buy a car. I considered this given the challenges with my car. I asked salesman Zach if they could help me find what I wanted since it was specific. He said no, not in this market. Wouldn’t even entertain it. I guess because cars are selling so well that making a sell isn’t a priority anymore? I moved on to CarMax.The whole experience was terrible. There are better options around town.

After spending $115 for an oil change and tire rotation I would expect to get a free car wash like any other dealership ive ever serviced my vehicles at. I asked about setting up an appointment for a couple other things and was told it would be about $300 just for diagnostics on top of repairs....never heard of such a thing. not impressed. Being a new customer of the dealership I wish they would have been alot more welcoming.
