Ian was wonderful to work with. We knew we wanted a CPO Q60 in blue and it was hard to find. We drove from VA to purchase the one they had and Ian made it very easy and fast. We were able to work everything out ahead of time, he had the paperwork ready to go and in 30 minutes we had given them our trade-in and were driving away in our beautiful car! Bought a 2015 Chevy traverse three months ago from them. After buying for eighteen grand my steering pump is going out, front breaks and rotors are warn almost eighty percent. There’s a service light for airbag that is electrical and will be $600. I am a disabled woman and thought I was buying a descent used vehicle that has turned into a nightmare. Feel very taken advantage of. Unless your buying a car for $70,000 I would stay away from them.

Great service. Appt details and paperwork for courtesy car were ready at arrival. Texts were used to notify of work invoice and car checkup details. Able to approve work and pay by text app. Very secure. Return courtesy car and pickup repaired car was literally 3-4 minutes.GREAT PROCESS IF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE & TEXT CAPABILITIES.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 5pm. When I showed up I told the guy and he said “yeah I don’t know how you got that appointment at 5, but we will get you in.” After waiting for a while, the same guy comes to tell me they can’t get my lug nuts off of one tire so they aren’t going to rotate the tires. I asked what I needed to do and he said well we don’t have time today to work on that so you have to come back. I feel as though I was rushed out and I am disappointed that only one of the 2 services I requested was fulfilled.

I’ve never had more email spam than after visiting this location about everything Infiniti. I had come from getting my oil changed and new brake pads and the tech said my oil was bad and I needed new brakes. The receipts were on the passenger seat. Will not be going back and the $95 fee was worth it to know they will lie to your face and waste your time.

While driving through KY back to TN I encountered some trouble with a blown out tire. After an awful experience getting tow service to Louisville, I dropped my vehicle off at Louisville Infiniti after hours and was encountered by a service manager, Erin, who assured me they would be able to help out the next day. I arrived the next morning as the service department opened and found another service manager, Miguel, in the process of checking in my vehicle. The tire I needed was in stock, my vehicle was repaired, and I was back on the road in no time. The service department at Louisville Infiniti is a model for what all dealerships should strive to be. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought a used SUV from Louisville Infiniti online and had it delivered to us in NC. Despite a rigorous FaceTime test drive and very thorough Carfax report, the truck arrived with a problem that neither the dealership or I had noticed. The leadership team was courteous, prompt and communicative during the discovery process as we diagnosed the problem and they ultimately agreed to put the truck right if I was willing to bring it back to them, which I did. This was our first time buying online and my wife and I were worried about what we would do if a problem was found. It certainly isn’t ideal to have to drive a truck 8 hours for a service visit that lasts three days, and it certainly isn’t typical for used cars to have a problem that requires the kind of maintenance this did to fix, but I couldn’t have been mode impressed with how their entire team handled the situation from start to finish. Car dealers frequently get a bad reputation, but Louisville Infiniti is the exception to that perception. I would buy from them again without reservation. They were great to work with. Thanks to everyone there.

I took my FX37 for scheduled maintenance a month ago and told the service advisor to also check for a sunroof leak since the headliner was damp. No leak was found by their techs. Last week, I went to work and returned to find a waterfall streaming inside my car. Infiniti scheduled me the next day and provided a loaner vehicle. While driving to the dealership, the check engine light came on.Luckily I had an extended warranty which covered $2800 of the $3552 repair bill. The sunroof was clogged which required no parts but the water intrusion damaged an electrical module. I dont feel like the initial leak complaint was taken seriously. I was not given an option to clear the sunroof drains, I might have paid to have them checked. Anyhow, my vehicle was repaired sooner than promised but it still has some door lock issues.

I recently went to look for a new car here, upon arriving we were greeted by a salesman named Keith. We began looking around and found the car we wanted to test drive got quoted a price and took it for a drive. We loved the car got back and started the buying process just to find out that the price was over $5,000 more than what he told us to begin with. That’s not even the best part he ran my credit and came back to tell me that my interest rate would be 17% !!!!!!! I may be a young female but I’m not gullible enough to let someone stick me with a interest rate that is way out of reason. The process took a couple hours and was a total waste of time, with the conclusion of them telling me their lenders were iffy on giving me a loan because the only thing on my credit history are student loans. After all was said and done we left because there was absolutely no way I was going to pay 17% in interest on top of them telling me I would have a $700 monthly car payment. The next day up until a week later Keith contacted me saying he was “trying to look out for my best interest and not trying to just make money off me”. Suggesting I lease a car and trying to make it sound better by saying I could get a brand new 2021 off the showroom floor. After telling him I was not interested in leasing and wanted to buy he tried to convince me otherwise. Nothing he suggested was in my best interest and definitely not a 17% interest rate nor a $700 a month car payment. Considering I have 2 kids and a car is not the only thing I’m paying for. I then went on a search for another car finding the same year car with less than 15,000 miles that was a lot cheaper !!!! Oh and not to mention I got a loan through a major credit lender at a 3.75% interest rate paying $360 a month on my car payment !!!! Then to top it all off they reported to my credit that they denied my loan because I didn’t buy a car from them LOL what jokes. Do not do business here they will rip you off to make a little bit of money, don’t walk away run away !!!!

Such a bummer!! I cant say that most are any different, but still. They take every advantage of my son, a first time car buyer. The car is nice, and really appears to be in excellent condition. But it is so much more stressful and time consuming than necessary. Id prefer a dental cleaning. I really like the salesman, but the manager was just difficult. Its a used car. Why push the financing so hard? We dont want it. They show a price, but then comes on almost $1,000 of below the line fees. Just tell people the price.

Purchased my new 2020 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport last year and was pleased with the overall service and initially loved my vehicle. I started having issues with tire pressure changes that caused a ride that felt like anything but luxury. I always had it serviced at Infiniti Louisville and just took it in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I have less than 16000 miles on my Infiniti which I purchased new here and was informed that I needed four new tires with no further explanation. This seems ridiculous and after researching it, this seems to be an issue with the Dunlop tires they put on these vehicles. If the dealer knows they are defective, I believe they should be willing to work with their customers that purchase a luxury vehicle product. I will never own another Infiniti period based on my experience today.

I have been part of the Infiniti of Louisville family since 2016. I call them family because they have seen my sons growing up and I have seen their little ones grow!The service department is superb! The employees are up on my services and never try to “sell” me something I don’t need. The maintenance plans are well priced and offer so much! Everyone knows me as soon as I drive in and value me as a VIP! The technicians who work on the vehicles are knowledgeable, honest and get the job done in a timely manner because they value my time. I have never had any problems with the two vehicles I have purchased at IOL and maybe that is because purchase to present, it is the only place I completely trust!If you decide to wait in the lounge, which I almost always do because it gives me a much needed “break”! I refer to it as a lounge because that is what it feels like! From comfortable seating that is spread out, a work station with free wifi, complimentary cold/hot beverages and nice prepackaged bites, you might not ever want to use a loaner vehicle again! During the wait, the service department sends frequent updates via text message to keep me informed on the status. I particularly love this because you are notified that your vehicle is almost ready. This gives me time to gather my belongings and inform my sitter that I will be picking my sons up soon so she can get their belongings together. Using text notifications is time efficient for the customer as well as the service department as a whole. Once the job is complete, everything that took place is reviewed and a copy provided to the customer. You are then escorted to your vehicle which has been washed and given the opportunity to look it over before departing. The service department follows up within approximately twenty-four hours later to ensure that there have been no further issues.Between traveling for work and shuttling my boys around in my QX80, I feel confident and safe! I am confident in the manufacturing of my vehicle, the service department and the technicians because our lives are constantly in their hands.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle when I dropped it off. When I returned to pay and pick up my vehicle, they advised me that I had four missing bolts and lug nuts. Two on two different tires. They broke them when rotating tires and blamed me and made me pay to have two hubs replaced. A service went from $80 to $1300 . I felt I was literally being robbed and strong armed. I will never support infinity again.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV with 30, 000 miles from Louisville Infiniti after having visited several other dealerships for over 3 weeks in search of a pre-owned vehicle. The experience here was very professional and hassle-free, unlike the one I had at the local Nissan dealership who bombarded me with phone calls and texts from 6 different sales people in one day, and tried to sell me a clean carfax Rogue that had been wrecked in 3 different areas.That said, we pleasantly negotiated an agreeable price with my salesperson Natalie, had the car checked out by my trusted mechanic Henry at Toyobrothers, and concluded our purchase within an hour on the following day. Whats most convincing is that this dealership offered me a limited lifetime powertrain warranty on a used vehicle, 3 years (instead of 1) protection on exterior/interior finishes, and free brake pads for as long as I own the car. My mechanic suggested to have the battery replaced and Louisville Infiniti took care of it at no extra charge. They also adjusted a small noise coming the steering shaft. They washed my car before returning it to me. Professionalism, exceptional service, and peace of mind.This is my first time purchasing here and I will definitely come back for my future purchases. I highly recommend coming here if you want an extraordinary experience.

Had to take the car 2 times for the same problem. 2 tow charges because of mis diagnosis. I had ordered touch up paint. Was told it was available and we could pick it up Was charged for it but never given to us. UnNow well have to make another trip for it. When I got a call the estimate was 210$. Final bill was much higher. Record all the calls you make to this placeIf only we had a choice in Louisville.That was 2 months ago. Today had to take the car in for a tire that seemed to be loosing air. Tires were brought new 2 months back. My daughter was told You caught a nail.. The tire needs to be replaced and there is no spare tire (That was incorrect). At the end of the shift the donut tire was placed and as we we were coming back home the check engine light came on. The car has less than 45k miles on it. 10 miles before the multipoint inspection came with no codes but a suggestion to change the brake pads and Rotors.Be very wary of this place. I was planning on buying a Red Sport but will not consider it anymore. AWD Genesis G90 will be my new toy

Anna took extremely good care of us from start to finish as we experienced an unfortunate problem with our Q50 Infinity. We had our Q50 towed from Evansville, Indiana to Louisville KY., on Monday. Shane in towing helped us get our car towed to Louisville(Shane was wonderful just like Anna). Anna took it from there... she notified us when our car arrived at Louisville’s Infinity Dealership later that day. Anna informed us that she would take care of all details, including a Tuesday morning inspection of our car. Anna called meTuesday morning and said that numerous parts had to be ordered and that the parts may not arrive till Friday sometime. She said she would remain in contact with us until our car was repaired. Anna called Wednesday with good news! Our parts arrived earlier than expected, and our car would be ready Thursday morning. Anna greeted us on Thursday, gave us a complete rundown of the repairs and happily led us out to the parking lot where our beautiful Q50 was waiting for us....it was washed, cleaned inside and looking great. I am very very impressed with Infiniti’s outstanding customer service.... Thanks for employees who helped us...Shane initially and Anna took care of everything after the tow. Infinity is a superior car and I love it, but kudos to the unsung employees like Shane and Anna who exemplified professionalism and were there for my wife and me throughout the process. Infinity should be very thankful for these folks who are essential and who complement the outstanding name of INFINITY Thank you Shane and Anna!!!!!!!!
