Every time I walk in there, Im reminded of how much its changed since then and think about the great people who I worked with. The selection is still awesome, and the service isnt half bad either.

On October 22 I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase except for the wifi mesh extender. So I purchased what Tasha suggested and its working perfectly. I am not giving a rating of 5 starsbecause my Arlo pro 3 floodlight camera ($199 on sale) and essential camera ($99 on sale) were originally scheduled for delivery/install on October 27 (at time of purchase); however, both were rescheduled to December 24.I was informed of this on October 23!I cancelled my order on October 25, not a happy customer.

Bought my first and only laptop here back in 2015 and it lasted me all the way up until this year. Also had bought a external hard drive from there. Was just back in town recently stranded and without a phone and they were nice enough to let me use their phone when they were closing. I actually had to sleep behind their building for a night which was a bummer but I managed. They have a nice quality selection of stuff! Great place to shop!

The salesperson really gave us knowledge about computer and gaming system however I wanted to get a Best Buy card and in order to get one you have to pay a yearly fee and Im not willing to do that but I wasnt told that to after I did the application that there was a fee attached to it so I didnt get the computer very frustrated about that

I had a nice person help me pick out a monitor. Went home discovered it was cracked. The exchange was super simple, Dustin even plugged in my new monitor to make sure it wasnt cracked so I didnt have to drive all the way back home to figure it out. Everyone was super nice and very helpful!

Best buy is always a great place to get what you need at a brick and mortar store. They usually have a very wide selection of things, and the staff are as helpful as they can be. Their prices are on-par with other major retailers, and their gome brand is not half bad.

There are very few employees who go out of their way to guarantee great customer service. The rest are ornaments standing around in their respective departments secretly hoping that you dont ask for assistance. Its in your best interest if you were to visit this store is to do your research online beforehand so you can get in and get out. I hope I had just visited during a rough shift, well see.

Have used Best Buy many times over the years. Today 10-20-21 placed a small order online for pickup at St Matthews location. Order was ready in virtually no time. Within an hour, including under 5 minutes in the store, I was back out the door with exactly what I needed to continue my project. Thank you, CSR Sydney, for your fast and friendly help!

This 5 star rating is Specifically for the Greek Squad IN STORE team @ the St Matthews location.. Matt, Anthony and Ben.My sons laptop was shipped off to the repair center. Ill just say the experience with the so-called repair center was Horrible.Long story short the repair center didnt repair anything!! We ordered appliances from Best Buy. Models were on floor, price was right, made purchase in matter of minutes. They gave me a delivery date, sent text reminders & called on their way. We had great delivery guys (Erral & Evan). Very kind, respectful guys...had us hooked up & in working order in no time. Took the old appliance away! I will definitely purchase from Best Buy again, theyve got it down right!

Ordered a washer / dryer set back in the middle of May to be delivered to my sons home that he bought at the end of June.Excuse after excuse - back ordered, cant find it, sold it to another customer - was given why it wasnt delivered. Finally got a refund from them two and half months after the order took place.Dont buy anything from them unless you can see the product on the showroom or they show it to you in the backroom. Otherwise? Its questionable if you ever will get it.Losers. Wont order anything from them again. Ever.

They never have many Samsung Products or the Accessories to go with them. If they would start carrying those I would shop more there. Im not a fan of Apple Products. But other than that, they seemed shirt staffed and they had to ask other staff where a product might be located in the store. You would assume that a member of the team there would already know where most everything was located. But friendly and helpful and try were quick to help or answer any questions about anything I had questions about. Im pretty tech savvy but not about everything Just yet, still learning about my own phone... Lol

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST FOR CAR AUDIO!!!This review, isnt for a one time experience. I believe anyone can have an off day and should not receivea punishment of social media assassinationbecause of it; therefore, I only do reviews after several experiences. I have used Best Buy for installations vehicle audio instalations for the past 23 years throughout Tennessee, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Illinois. And, have received great service from very talented, knowledgeable technicians. This is not the case here.I stopped into get a new radio installed in my vehicle. The two (yes two) technicians working did not know how to install the radio in my vehicle as it comes with optic cables for the speakers. They said come back by tomorrow when the lead installer will be in. I understand that and was ok with doing as they asked. Came back, he did not show up for work and asked me to come back tomorrow. I told them why, as a customer, do I have to continuously waste time and gas coming to the store to simply ask a question.So at this point he gave me the store number and extension to enter and told me to call between the times of 10:30am - 6:30pm. I called for the next three days...he was either not there, as I was told by another technician, or, no one would answer. Finally, I asked if there was any reason that the lead technician could not get the vehicle information and my phone number and call me. Its been two weeks.Why avoid this store: I have been in Louisville for 12 years now. Apparently, this is very common for this store. How do I know this, I posted about this latest experience on my social media accounts where I have over 350k followers, and have received upwards of 150 messages of lackadaisical attitudes and service throughout all the departments at this store. Therefore, it seems to be systemic and this store is horrible.

Best Buy in St. Matthews (Louisville, on Shelbyville Rd) has repeatedly shown great commitment to my informed purchasing, on multiple occasions already this year. Two that stand out:(1) When Geek Squad answered questions that neither T-Mobile nor Sprint had been able to answer, re Android adoptable memory (a feature which, it turns out, Samsung phones do not have), and(2) When I walked up to the Best Buy at 5 mins b4 closing time -- gate already closed -- but I knew what I wanted -- a trackball -- so the supervisor said hed grab it and bring it to the register, if his employee at the gate verified they had it. The employee at the gate proceeded to not only tell what they had in stock, but also, with a product that looked like the best fit (but not in stock), to tell me what other local Best Buy locations had.

It took me a bit to find what I was looking for. I had done my research ahead of time on the website. Based on the available shipping options at this and other retailers online, I realized that I had to buy it locally. I needed a USB to Bluetooth adapter. I literally had to ask three different staff members where the item was the first two told me incorrectly. The third, and I wish I had got his name actually walked me right to it and was extremely helpful. Overall it was a decent experience, though especially considering I was on my lunch break, I had to spend way more time there than I intended to.

I purchased a geek squad contract for pc last year. Today I received an email that they renewed it and charged my DEBIT card for 201.00. I did not have the funds for that transaction so now I also have fees. I tried to call Best Buy and Geek Squad are not taking calls right now. Calle 800 Geek # that person put me into automated loop. Tried online chat and they pretty much told me to call 800 # and ended chat 3 times. So I have emailed CEO of Best Buy to let her know they use debit cards w/o notice or permission. Will never shop Best Buy or Geek Squad again.

Purchased several major appliances. Refrigerator was damaged during delivery while the two delivery people were having a disagreement Sept 2020. Reported immediately to Best Buy Shelbyville Rd was told would replace or offered $150 discount..we chose replacement. It has been 7 months and still no resolution even after spending many hours on phone and sending emails. As of today no resolution from store and they no longer take direct calls. BEWARE!!!!

Tried to call the store to discuss my in store pickup and could not get a human being on the phone. Called 3 different times and waited on the phone 20 minutes, each time with no luck. My last visit to Best Buy was Saturday before last. My granddaughter was shopping for a laptop and I was shopping for a Samsung tablet. I was assisted by the stores Samsung expert, picked out a midrange priced model, and was told it wasnt in stock but could be ordered for next day delivery. The South staff are being trained more on advertising than they are about specifications of equipment. There used to be a place in the world for the tech geek. It was an honored place. But now unfortunately this house associates no more about the advertisements and sales than they know about the actual product that theyre selling. I did find that everybody seemed fairly knowledgeable about what type of product was found where but when told that you were looking for a specific product they told you in the general direction that it was in but didnt offer to help you find it. Even if they were busy talking to their friends.

So I pull up at 10:45 and they were still closed... ok? I sit around till 11 and go in ant walk straight to the magnolia section. I didnt know the projectors were split between best buy and magnolia but the magnolia rep was very nice and helped me with what he could... he then told me if I wanted any help with the projector I was looking at Id have to get help from one of the reps in blue. Alright. Been there done that. I have walked out of there many times with no help. I look around and everyone is fidgeting with something. Shouldnt they be there to help customers? I walked up and back through the television and audio section and not 1 single person looked like they were trying to help anyone at all!. Last time I was in I had the same experience and was told by a manager that I could ask for a manager to get assistance. Sorry but isnt that what the employees are for? I should not have to speak with a manager to get help. And in fact working at retail I pin this on management! Do you all not train your employees to help customers? Sorry BB. Lost another sale! I was wanting to check out a retail store ask a few questions, get warranty information and all but it looks like Amazon won this sale! I was trying to not click the buy it now button but heym I drove 30 minutes to get to your store and got less help than Amazon would ever give. Not to be rude but I really dont know how this place is still in business... oh. Almost forgot. Walking out the greeter said NOTHING to me I guess because I was walking out empty handed?
