I have used Ferguson on 2 different projects and absolutely phenomenal customer service. Donna Allen was my sales person both times. They have gone above and beyond with expectations!!! If only I could give 10 stars!

Good selection of stuff in the online catalogue. I was putting together a little project but did not find what I was looking for. But for lighting needs, this is the place to do it

Beautiful store and products but its very difficult to get an associate to help you. I was in for a new faucet and had a simple question. I was told repeatedly by the associate at the front desk someone would be with me shortly. I never did see a floor associate, after what felt like forever I gave up and went to Lowes.

I have visited this store three times. Each time I repeatedly asked for a sales person to help me. After waiting over 30 minutes each time I left.... Including the last time. The receptionist stayed on the phone the entire time as I stood in front of her. She kept saying it would be just a minute. Nope same as the other times over 30 minutes waiting for a sales person. This past visit there were other patrons in the store that left before me. I do not know how they stay in business.

Interestingly enough I went in to look at a new refrigerator and am looking to remodel a few bathrooms. I had never been in to Ferguson’s and was anxious to see what they had to offer. I got to speak to someone regarding my refrigerator needs...I said I was going to look around for a few minutes and I’d be back. I was informed that it was 2 minutes after closing and that I could come back tomorrow morning when they opened. REALLY?! First of all - you’d think they would be open a little past 5:00, but really wasn’t very happy as it was apparent I was holding everyone up. I’m not impressed. I’ll take my money elsewhere where I feel a bit more appreciated. Customer service, especially at this price point seems to be a thing of the past.

Difficult to get to talk to sales person but once I got into the showroom they had interesting fixtures and good pricing.

Pros: The showroom is beautiful! Lots of item choices on hand to view.Cons: for the prices charged, quality is definitely lacking!My experience: Ive had plumbers in home, twice now, expecting a flaw free, mfg defect-free tub to be delivered and received. Three tubs have been sent out to me, three tubs have had issues and had to be returned. At present, no compensation for the cost of plumbers waiting around, planning to perform tub installation twice, nor any offer to repair tub with cost reduction for defects in lieu of returning item. Surely, someone must be able to repair these tubs after installation, thus eliminating the need to pay another plumbing run charge.My project now is more than a week behind, will be unfinished for Christmas and visitors, because of poor quality merchandise received from this company. Greatly disappointed!

Visited the Showroom looking for lighting, but decided to walk through the entire store due to our interest in building a home in the near future. We were NOT GREETED ONCE by any employee. We passed at least 5 staff members, all of who kept thier head down. We walked the entrie store and received zero smiles, greetings, or offerings of assistance. The receptionist didnt even acknowledge us upon our departure. Poor poor poor customer service. So disappointed, and will NOT be supporting them in the future.
