Fantastic customer service! I ordered an espresso machine and it was shipped out the next day! After it arrived from UPS I noticed there was damage on the unit so I called them and because I live locally they allowed me to stop by their headquarters and exchanged the unit for a new one! Great deal on a Baratza Encore with a free Aeropress. Shipping was free, and there was no tax, so it was a way better deal than Amazon.
