I love this place for acai bowls are amazing! They are huge everything is so fresh the staff are beautiful and kind.The place has a very good zen feeling.Very clean

Mestizo Cafe is a small little cornet cafe on Fountain Ave. They have good selection of coffee. Coffee was perfectly brewed. Atmosphere was relaxing and chill. Interior design was plain and simple. Prices were reasonable. Staff was nice and competent. Metered parking only. Overall, its a nice place to grab coffee.

Nice quiet little spot on fountain. We were kinda disappointed that no one was there to greet us or help us with their menu, since it was our first time here, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Had to order everything on their tablet and rely on their descriptions and got our order right away. Ordered an açaí bowl which was prepared really delicious!!!!

Fresh environment with a great atmosphere. I love the PBJ (organic peanut butter with fresh fruit and house jam). Awesome coffee, I had mine with oat milk. I highly recommend you try this place.

Awesome cafe! Came here while waiting for a family member to get out of the hospital. Menu was exactly what you would want it to be (wide variety of beverages, milk options, healthy & fresh food). Great outdoor space and warm, inviting staff. Would definitely come here again!

Nice Lil place, Im not a coffee guy, I ordered the Drip at $2 it was damn good simple cup of coffee. The handsome young man behind the counter and his assistant were very welcoming. Im definitely coming back next time Im in the area

Fantastic coffee and great staff. Great selection of smoothies and acai bowls and they have macadamia milk for my cafe mochas which is not common. Love this place

Bright, little spot with a calming atmosphere. The owner Jose is super kind and friendly. The coffee is AMAZING and the baked goods are top notch! Such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

I had a dirty chai (hot) and LOVED IT! It was delicious, very well made. The space is small but it was warm and cozy on the rainy day I went. The barista was very friendly. They have lots of options. I recommend popping in if you like coffee!Update: they have updated the look of the place! Coffee/tea is still great. Customer service still awesome.

What a great addition to the surrounding community. The owner is such a nice person, and I am quite sure he is going to be an awesome business owner. So often, new developers/business owners have no respect for the community that they come into, NOT THE CASE with Mestizo. These people are just the kind of additions to our community that we truly want and need. The place looks great and the menu is awesome and healthy. This place charged me $7.50 for a matcha latte and it’s advertised as $5.50 overpriced for the location. ( nicer cafe’s in Silverlake &echo park don’t even charge this much)The place was dead... maybe that’s the reason for the hefty fee? Won’t be returning.

Simply fantastic. Dog friendly, hip environment, high quality coffee and food that takes time to be made but worth the wait. You impatient people go to starbucks or mcdonalds. Thats where you belong.

No you are Not open at 8 Am, my daughter took me at 8:15, shades drawn, other people driving up also, a couple others waiting at door, checking their phones, wondering. Please Update your website for you correct hours.
