He took the time to locate the van I was after with all the options I wanted.Aaron pays great attention to detail and got me what i needed and for below what I was willing to pay.I was impressed to have a salesman who listened to me without trying to sell me on anything and got me a great deal.The whole staff was polite and proffesional.I will definitely only use Enterprise for future vehicle purchases.

I was looking for a car for 3 weeks before I purchased through this dealership. From start to finish it was the most amazing and easy experience of my whole car buying experience. I ran into some quite interesting business tactics through other car lots, and I was so ready for that to be over. I was very intimidate Imd buying a car out of state. It has been 25 years since I bought a vehicle. Noah and Johnathan were so wonderful. They were knowledgeable and worked as a team to get me driving. In addition, they stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing to make sure my dream car was bought. It was never a rush or a feeling I was an inconvenience. Was in the market for a newer used car and a friend suggested Enterprise car sales. I was helped by Jake in Huntington, WV ( and yes, he was wearing khakis) lol.. awesome experience with Enterprise, very easy website to maneuver through. Picked my car out from Louisville, Ky, it was transferred to Huntington location in about 7 days. Filled out loan app online so all I had to do was basically sign documents when I arrived to pick up my car. Jake was always available to answer my questions and was very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend them! And ask for Jake 🙂

The experience of buying the truck was good, except I forgot to ask for the CarFax report when I bought it. I called a few days later and my salesperson was on a 3-week vacation. The guy who answered the phone said he could fax it to me. I said I dont have a fax, could he email it? He said no, but he could snail mail it. I still havent received it.Other than that, the truck was as advertised, not very well detailed though. I found candy wrappers under the seat and dirt in the center console. Also a previous renters contract in the glove department.

Our sales person ( Bailey ) went out of her way to accommodate us and answered all our questions . I highly recommend Bailey with 5 stars.
