My iPhone 12 Pro Max camera lens broke and after a failed attempt of fixing it by myself with Amazon parts, I came here. Josh didn’t have the parts when I first came in, and told me he’d call me when he got them in the next day or so. I thought he’d forget because things like this get lost in the shuffle, but he was a man of his words: he called me the next day and I came running, and 10 minutes later my camera was as good as new!! I went there to change my iphone battery. He did a quick diagnostic and said the battery was ok and didnt need to be replaced. He said if it was getting drained fast it was for some other reason, perhaps related to the motherboard. So they are very honest, because they could have easily performed and charged me for an unnecessary battery change, but chose not to do it!

The owner is an honest businessman who will tell you if it is worth it or not to have him repair your phone. I went in twice with minor problems and he gave me information to fix my phone and turned me away when he said it wouldnt make sense. I trust him to help me with any problems in the future.

I had just dropped off an Amazon return, and googled iPhone repair near me. This place popped up, so I went to inquire about my camera which broke when I dropped my iPhone (the rear camera, on the back of the iPhone. The glass was cracked).Josh helped me immediately, fixing my issue after a thorough diagnostic. He repaired my phone in about 20 min, making conversation while he worked. I came to Josh 6 months ago with my cracked phone screen, it was glitchy and the glass was cutting my fingers. I came in fully expecting to pay for a screen replacement. Instead, he suggested applying a very affordable screen protector rather than replace the screen, which might have ended up more expensive than the phone was worth.6 months later and my phone screen is still working perfectly, with a fix Im pretty sure cost me less than 10 dollars! I really appreciate the help that Josh provided me, he could have easily suggested I replece the whole screen instead!Honest, kind, helpful, knowledgable. 10/10.

The guy is a miracle worker. Figured out what was wrong with my phone and fixed it in no time. Charged me very fairly (I wouldve paid more. Was pretty desperate). Very nice and courteous.

For replacing broken phone screen, their price is perhaps cheaper but it seems that they are not using the original manufacturer’s products. Mine doesn’t work as good after replacing it at this place.

There are codes you need to know, in my case, the neededn data was that: the password was my birthdate and the name I was called as a child is my current name. When the agent asked me these things I didnt have a clue. I think he forgot to tell me, but maybe I forgot.

Dont go here. This place is pricy, and it did not put my phone back right. I got in for a screen replacement and the screen was not put on correctly. Then, I recently found out they did not put the internal parts back in. So my phone is missing a part because of this place. When I complained, they said the period of my warranty was over. That should not apply to missing parts.

I had a great experience with this place. My phone screen cracked and they ordered me a new screen - my phone isnt that common. When it is arrived, I just left my phone with them for like an hour and it was done! And I think they charged me almost cost price for it and even put on a screen guard on for me that I had with myself.

It was terrible. I was sold a faulty phone that was overpriced and as I tryed to return or get it serviced/repaired, I was told that the fault wasnt there when I bought it, which it was.

I called inquiring about services and was treated very poorly by the worker. I was offended to the point of wanting to write this review and was inclined to avoid having my phone fixed here at all costs.
