Today I walked into the Verizon store for replacement phone being that mines was all cracked I didnt intend to get into a nice high-tech phone until the sales rep Anna pretended to me and explained how simple the new Z phone could be I really wasnt ready to jump into such a high tech phone but she made it seem so easy That The price tag didnt Hurt as much as I thought it would. The staff at this Verizon store sales rep Anna Very courteous very nice and made my Stop quick. I live not to far away from this Verizon wireless store and I have been wanting to switch to Verizon wireless from Boost Mobile because Verizon wireless has an unlimited data plan with no data cap and there are only 3 different wireless telephone providers now in the United States. I dont like T-Mobile and AT&T is not really AT&T they are Cigular. So Verizon is really the only carrier that works for me. The only thing that I didnt like about visiting the store today was that I didnt have a Verizon account and in order to check in the sign says to check in with your Verizon wireless account and app which I did not have at the time. Now I do because I switched over to them today!

I went to Verizon at Huntington Park and the customer service was terrible, I wasnt given the option to finance and was being sold a phone plus insurance and other services.The best part about this Verizon Wireless Store is that they close at 8PM and they will serve until the last minute and last customer.Maria helped me out passed closing hours. She was able to help me get the current deal for a new Samsung S21and the new Samsung Tab A7 Lite.Thanks Maria

Jania was a sheer pleasure to work with. My issue was a tall order; new activation with two lines, one trade in, military discount, insurance and two new phones of which one needed to go to Texas.She went above and beyond to search for the best price possible and worked with me for two days in person and via email to complete my request with grace.The team was so hospitable and overall amazing, I’d stop by the store to pay my bill off of the company alone. Never visit this place, they have poor staff that is trained on nothing. No customer service. Instead visit the Verizon Wilshire boulevard office. They have excellent and skilled staff.
We came to this retail store and found out they are closed at 12pm till 1:15pm. What establishment closes at those hours ? We wanted to buy a phone right-out. We are visiting from out of town. And wanted to purchase a phone for our daughter who is moving abroad. We bought one of our old phone But our daughter wanted an updated cellphone and that’s why we came here, but sadly they were closed for lunch.
A sales associate here has a sour attitude. wasn’t speaking about any promotions, i had to pull information out of her. She appears to rather have no customers during her shift than to assist customers
Jania was super helpful even though she was the only one working, she was multitasking and helping each and everyone with kind respect. I love how professional she was with these angry customers, but she kept it real professional and treated everyone with respect.She definitely deserves an award because she was by far the best assistant that ive met. DONT USE THIS STORE FOR IN-STORE PICK UP! They will not mark the phone ready for pick up and you will be mistreated and pretty much be kicked out of the store if you show up asking about your purchased and PAID item 9 hours later when its supposed to be ready for pick up within 2 hours. They will not answer calls or explain anything. Their goal is to sell IN-STORE so they can add bogus bundles to your purchase and charge you a mandatory set up fee. Avoid ALL Victra retailers. The employees are rude, unprofessional and ready to use every technique to get you extremely overpriced accessories.Be careful with FAKE reviews here, theyre very similar and clearly not truthful. If you spend 1 min at their store, you will see how aggressive they are towards their customers. It was definitely my most awful customer experience Ive ever encountered.

Excessive Connection setup fees. I was desperate for a new phone so went to Victra despite having been screwed by Victra once before. Sure enough, smoke and mirrors and next thing I know Im paying 160 in extra fees.

If i was the owner of this store i would come in and sit for a day and watch and see how many more sales the workers make with someone of authority there. The manager and workers move as fast as a grandma in a nursing home, the whole store will be packed at every moment because they arent turning customers fast at all. Come here to pay my bill every month takes minimum an hr with 3 employees and about 5 computers in the store i understand that paying a bill doesnt make them much money but it brings me in as a customer to buy a new phone.. which i tried too.. Called to buy 2 new iphones because i know the wait is over an hour here and they pretty much told me to go to actual verizon store cause they were to busy and didnt have time to answer if they had the models i was looking for... after a bad review on here too seems to be packed with reveiws praising this manager.. fake accounts?? I think soEvery actual verizon store ive been to in this area(not an authorized retailer) ive been in and out in less then an hr even with buying a new phone.Owners need to really look into this location and the lazy staff they hire

The man who helped me, Jody, was exceptional. He was the only employee in the store and managed to upgrade my phone, return my damaged phone, sell another guy his phone and upgrade another customer. All within the same hour.I dread going to get a new phone. It has taken me longer than buying a car sometimes. Jody deserves a gold medal for balancing all the customers and being efficient in his work. Worth the drive to DTLA from Beverly Hills!
Very unsatisfied. The worker didnt know nothing about anything. I offered cash for the product and he said its card only. Then I asked him to put it on my Verizon account and he said it is not working hence he wanted to hustle me. He was very unprofessional on the phone with another potential client. He told him on the phone: man you need to hold on a second, if we are answering the phone then that means we are open then he hung up on him. By far, the worst verizon store experience I have ever had.

I love Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra! Super-fast - 5x faster than the fastest Uverse service I could get before (pretty much 100Mb up and down on Speedtest). Super cheap - $35 bucks a month cant be beaten. Reliable - no outages so far in 3 months. No contract. Fast installation. Awesome.

The fact that he was so incredibly patient with me and took the time to walk me through everything goes a very long way. I left my Swell bottle there and sure enough, Allen called to let me know. Firstly, the Hispanic female manager has poorly staffed this location and routinely opens up slightly late which is a huge problem for busy ppl. Also, I was sold a phone that didn’t work nor was I able to receive help due to this not being a corporate location. I spent far too much time in this store because a associate made a bad move on my contract! Stay away go to ANY other Verizon or just go metro pcs it’s much less hassle

This is a really small Verizon authorized reseller. I prefer actual Verizon stores because they usually have more real phones (not plastic models) on the floor. Though, its conveniently located if you work in downtown.
I went in to have my phone content transferred to my new device and what I got was outstanding customer service. Thank you to Jose Herrera and Marilin? (sorry didnt catch your last name). I really appreciate you everything you did for me today. I was able to get unlimited data, which I told I would end up paying more than my current plan when i called in a few months before. And I got a Hum device for a great deal! Cant wait to play with it! To top it off Jose was sweet enough to get me a Lyft driver since i was waiting for my apps to load on my phone and i was due back at work. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
The staff was great here. They were nice, helpful and patient as they helped me with my new phone. I had to transition from a slide phone to an android. She really took the time with me to make I understood everything. I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years (before they were even Verizon) and I am staying with them!

Waited for very long to write this review but this place doesnt deserve any more of my time. Stay away from this place they have just been lying from Day 1. The store manager seems nice but hasnt been of much help. They make you purchase useless things which arent even supposed to work and then take ages to provide a refund. When they do, they only provide half the refund. The employees over there are really just trying to rip you off its unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
The new store manager sure knows how to turn things around. I stopped here last year and swore to never step foot in here again because of a bad experience. I stopped by for a new SIM card because last resort and she was so nice and explained everything about my plan and phone. I decided to upgrade because she broke down everything to me. highly recommend.

I was just there recently upgrading my phone and sales representative Jose Galvan happen to help me with my needs, I bought an iPhone X and he offer me the Apple Watch series 3 with 3 months of service and no activation fee I was going to buy one at target but I didn’t have all the money at once, Jose added to my plan and I’m able to pay it in 6 months that is awesome I felt like everything wasn’t explained throughly I will definitely come back here I will rate this store 5 starts no doubt
Alex assisted me with selecting a new phone. He was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant demeanor and very helpful. My only suggestion is to be strategic when you visit, they sometimes only have one person working.
The worst transaction Ive ever had! Not only did their computer system go down in the middle of renewing my contract and buying a new phone, but I waited in vain for 3 hours for it to come back up (they kept saying the system would come back online at any minute). Frustrated, I finally paid in cash. When the computer finally did come back up, they bungled inputting the information on the phone into the computer system, causing my $150 rebate to be denied. Since then, Ive called the store 4 times to try to get some assistance - they are usually more concerned with other customers and barely give me attention. Worse, they are patently unable and/or unwilling to help me. They dont call back with updates when they tell me they will. Most of the staff seem like this is their first job (out of?) college. I suppose they mean well, but this store is plagued with ineptitude, unresponsive customer service, and just plain bad attitude. Go to ANY other store if you can. It will be well worth your time.

SCAM retailer!! They are liars as others had stated. I have purchased iPhone and they push you to get a hotspot device and the tablet telling you it’s free, but the truth is the device is free but they charge you $40 each month for the service even you never used them. Ive been charged $480 each year for the services I never used. SCAM! They are not really an authorized Verizon store according to the other Authorized Verizon store. They lie to generate more business. I called the customer service, and they told me I must pay $345 just to cancel my tablet service which I never even used or received the device. ( I have a iPad and that’s why I refuse the tablet they offered) Now I’m stuck with contract. Very bad people. Please go elsewhere!!!

Dont go here. They scammed me into paying for a phone when they said I had a free upgrade. The signatures on the paperwork are illegible, but I never signed up for financing. This all came about too late as I dont pay the phone bill. After reviewing it I was shocked that after paying the taxes on my new phone which they told me I was then done with, that theres a 2 year contract to pay off the phone. To top it off they signed me up for insurance when I CLEARLY said NO. Thats easy to cancel, but its been a a long time and I didnt know...so wasted money.Currently looking for any documentation I have on it, but I doubt anything will help as I think they started new documentation. Verizon was very helpful when I called in, but this store is terrible.Im guessing they work on a commission as Ive never been to another store so big and centrally located that would lie to you and do the opposite of what they say.
This store lied lied lied about everything just to get a sale. They knew we were out of state and stuck with a broken phone so they said my phone wasnt covered by insurance and it was. They then added another line, another full price phone for $500 and a Jack, which was supposed to be a package to help lower the bill. When I found out I was insured and called to complain, customer service agreed they scammed us but still refused to do anything about it. Sales person - Raymond Strong - big fat liar.

Terrible customer service. I went in looking for a replacement battery for my VZW cell phone, and the only thing they wanted to do was sell me a new phone / upgrade. I told them numerous times that I was not interested in an upgrade, but that I wanted to buy a replacement battery and charger, but they kept insisting I needed a new phone instead. Dont bother going here, unless perhaps you ARE looking for for a new phone or an upgrade. I never did get my battery...

The reason for which I left a 1 star rating at this place is because of all the time and money lost here.After paying $$$ for a pre-paid monthly plan and activation fees, my phone was not connecting to the verizon network. Long story short, I spent over an hour and half with the customer rep at the store, another hour at home backing up and restoring my iphone at home (as directed by the verizon sales rep and tech support), and another hour on the phone with verizon trying to sort out my issue.My phone was not compatible with the verizon network and I had to come to this conclusion on my own after all this time wasted with verizons tech support and etc.I did not use 1 second of calling minutes, 1 kilobyte of data, or 1 character sent via SMS, and I was still refused a refund, even partially. This was all within a 24 hour window and I dont care what the store policy is for refunds on pre-paid plans, I went to T-Mobile and the sales rep waived the activation fee without me even asking for it.. The difference was day and night, I got my phone on their service within 15 minutes.The customer rep Joel really did go out of his way and did provide really good customer service, but at the end of the day, I lost money and time.

I actually didnt want to write a review because once I was done with this store I never wanted to think about it again, but I felt some social responsibility to alert people that these guys are no good. Be warned that this is not a official Verizon store but an authorized dealer. I got an iphone 6s from them, was promised a $300 credit and a monthly bill or a certain amount. Neither of which came thru and when I complained to verizon they claimed to have their hands tied as this was not an actual verizon store. I had been a loyal customers for three years but immediately returned my phone (which was a battle in itself) and now I am with At&t. Terrible buisness and shame on verizon for letting them carry on.
Working with this store is much like dealing with a used car salesman.Know that this is not a Verizon corporate store. It is third party.I purchased 5 upgrade phones there for a corporate account. They asked if I wanted them activated and I said no. They activated them anyway. 5 of my users had their smartphones go dead without notice. I also had a bad sim card on one of the phones, and a bad sim card on 1 phone I got here before. So thats a 33% failure rate.If you want to actually work with the Verizon company, the closest corporate store for Downtown LA is in Korea Town. 3458 Wilshire Blvd Ste 158Los Angeles, CA 90010 at the time of this writing.I would stay away from this store, especially if you are a corporate buyer. Take the time to go to the corporate store in Korea Town if you need to go to a store. Yes, this store is close, but it is just not worth the headaches.

That only one small thing is they remove the kiosk to make payment... took me a longer to pay becuz I have to actually wait in line ... if kiosk was there I would have be in and out in a matter of minutes

I tried to return a phone exactly according to Verizons return policy and well within the time allotted. After waiting two hours I was told there was no manager to confirm my full return amount and I was sent away.I returned my phone and have not been reimbursed yet. Hoping I can change this review when I receive my full refund. So far all my calls and emails have not been responded to.
