Ez Wireless Repair is always so convenient and affordable! I run my own business so when my phone breaks it is crucial I get it fixed. That is why I am so grateful I stumbled upon this place. They do an amazing job at fixing my phone last minute and helping me with emergencies. Their customer service is impeccable and they really do care about customers needs. One star is a waste. Not being able to fix it takes time and is not friendly. Eventually, you have to pay the money and go to another repair shop. I dont have faith.

Great service! I went today to have my phone fixed. The lady who greeted me was really nice and helpful. The guy who worked on my phone was nice and efficient. He finished working on my phone earlier than expected. I got the aftermarket replacement. I actually like it more than the original. It appears to be a little dimmer which is good for my eyes. The images are still sharp. It just looks like when I put anti glare on my phone. I totally like it. Hope I never have to come back here. But if I crack my screen again, I’d definitely come back to this place. Thank you!

I took my phone screen to be fixed, and the replacement screen they put on just didn’t work well, laggy, unresponsive, and finicky. They replaced it with a clearly better one after I brought this up a week later, but ever since my battery has been draining much faster than ever before. What should have been a quick and easy fix has become a frustrating and time consuming ordeal.

Took a phone with water damage here but the damage was to extent they couldnt fix it. Which is fine I knew it was a slim chance. But I referred to this place by my brother who did get his phone fixed here and its been working good ever since.

They provided prompt, friendly, reasonably priced repair for the cracked screen on my Sony phone. Most places declined to do the repair, or they wanted an absurd fee. I would definitely use EZ again.

Smashed my iphone while on vacation, heavily reliant on Maps and Uber etc. Followed a recommendation from Reddit and was in and out in 20 minutes. Very upfront about and honest about selling branded vs generic parts. So quick there wasnt even a disruption to any vacation plans! Thank you!

Horrible do not EVER come here to fix your phone. Brought my phone in to get the screen fixed and then I get my phone back and the screen is fixed but my phone doesnt charge. The phone was charging before I sent the phone in to get repaired. Then when I go back to get the issue resolved the owner of the store tried telling me my phone wouldnt charge this and that like if he was the one that owned the phone before the screen was cracked. Then didnt want to fix my problem just take his screen back and return the money instead of fixing his mistake. TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO NEVER COME HERE IN YOUR LIFE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PRO NOT SOME SWAP MEET LEVEL FIXES

Best phone repair ever. Can fix a phone screen in not time at all. Best price I could find to fix Galaxy s7 sxreen as well. I even left some stuff from the store in the lobby and he was kind enough to set aside for me. Ez wireless is by fad the best and homey spot for your cell phone needs. Very nice people.
