I got a free phone and a tablet. I had to pay $20 tax for the tablet &they had cover $6 for the tablet. The young ladies were so professional &so nice!!!.

The employee right there is a great guy. Patient smart works great with his costumers. You wont regret getting a phone there.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Got a free phone through Lifeline. Doesnt work. Store wont exchange it. 0 bars in my home on T-Mobile network. GPS doesnt work. Constant errors popping up every 5 minutes. Called tech support. They want me to ship the phone back at MY cost. Told I would need to wait 2 weeks for a replacement AFTER they receive this one. Tried to cancel the service and again, told to return the phone at MY cost. Also told I needed to purchase a better phone just to get reception, again at MY own cost. DO NOT GET PHONE SERVICE FROM TruConnect. Dont believe their coverage maps. THEY LIE. You will regret it.

Truconnect. ...the reason for the 2 Star does not represent the great service that the young lady at the local store gave...she always goes one step further of what is good customer service. However I was promised internet GB, the first month was fine as well as the second month. When the 3rd month came.. i got nothing, i tried to call the Company, amd due to the bad service i was joggled between, the phone call computer, on press here, press there and go no where.5 days without internet, i went to the local store (15 miles away) to be told very politely that the report shows that they sent me 6GB of internet to my line... ITS A LIE. They were not here to see me using my girlfriends hotspot, cause I had zero internet.

I have had phones from them thanks to a government program the service is good and the phones are decent and the service is always quick to get things fixed and there stands are everywhere to get a new phone if you dont have one and they are willing to work with you and help you get a phone if you already have a phone from another company Ive generally never had a problem from one of their phones I did not even know they had a store

I applied and they didnt send my phone for a whole month even after I was approved in 2 days. They had printed the shipping label when I was approved and didnt actually send it for a whole month. Customer service had no clue what to do either.
