My fiances cracked the back of her iPhone XS Max and we got it repaired quickly in a few hours here. It looks as good as new! It was $99 and we also bought a front screen protector for $10. Hopefully we wont need another phone fixed but if we do, well come back here for the repairs.

Had my phone fixed a little before quarantine shut down businesses. It was fine until the whole left side of my screen stopped working. The staff was nice, but I’m stuck with half a working screen and $115 down the drain.

I have been here twice and each time, they have been so kind and fixed my phone immediately (as a walk-in). Its not a fancy or comprehensive place so it wont be a great fit for everyone, but I like its hole-in-the-wallness and humanness. Great prices and service.

This guy saved my life!! My phone was not charging at all for about 36 hours and I tried every fix on YouTube I could find. I took my phone to LJ and he popped my phone open real quick took a look at things and had my phone back working in 10 minutes. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY ENOUGH!! If anything is wrong with your phone this is THE guy to take care of it. Saved hundreds of dollars by not going to Apple.

Great place to have your iPhone screen replaced. I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6 and they had it swapped out in under 30 minutes. They also have great customer service. When I came back to pick my phone up I noticed a part of the screen display was discolored. You now how an LCD TV looks like when you put pressure on the screen. They apologized and took care of it while I was there. No problems. It was raining when I walked over with my dog so the woman running the place offered me a paper towel. Neither of us were really wet and it wasnt necessary, but it was nice. Hopefully I dont need to replace my screen again soon, but if I do Im coming back here!

Excellent experience, fantastic customer service - the phone repair tech helped me immediately and guaranteed my phone would be ready in less than 45 minutes. The service was faster than that and friendlier than I couldve imagined. But its their customer service which is why I give this place five stars. When your phone breaks you get worried - this company alleviated my concerns with their pro knowledge and I left with a smile on my face because of their relaxed attitudes.

The WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!!! LJ told me it would be no problem to replace the screens on my iPhone X, I left it with him for 5+ hours. When I went back he told me all was good and fixed! I left and immediately my phone started to restart every 3 minutes. I told LJ and he told me to come in the next day and he would look at it. From that point on, I barely received ANY returned texts or calls from him. I had to show up to the store in person, where his employees tried working on it for 2 days straight. Still no returned texts from LJ. Finally, 3 days later I was told by his employee that they could not fix my phone, had no idea what he did to it, and that I have to go to Apple. Apple will now not touch my phone because he replaced the rear screen and he also did not instruct me that they would not touch it (his employee told me that Apple will work on it). He will not return any of my texts since he ruined my phone. All they did was say sorry and refund the screen I bought. My phone is fried. BEWARE!!!

Dont go here, came in for a cracked screen replacement, fixed but they damaged/messed up my battery. My battery was working perfectly fine with no issues. After screen repair it wont charge at all. Complained but these ppl are scammers, tried charging me another 45 to replace battery. Thats their discount rate. Called various other places and 45 is normal rate with no discount. Stay away.

LJ is the man. He knows his stuff, AND hes a great dude. Its an uncommon combo.I dropped my iPhone a couple days ago, and it wouldnt turn on or back up to iTunes. I wasted a ton of time at the Apple Store before I found Hollywood iPhone Repair. The Apple Store guys seemed generally clueless, made little to no effort to fix my phone, and just kept trying to sell me a new one. I spent about three hours there, most of that time waiting around.I walked into LJs shop, just hoping he could get the data off my iPhone, and I was out in 30 minutes with a fully functional phone. I cant recommend this place enough. Definitely stop by before you try the Apple Store.
