This branch is amazing! My husband and I did extensive research and went to a couple other Porsche dealers and werent too happy with the process. We ended up leaving within 30 minutes confused and defeated. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Beverly Hills Porsche! I just bought my first Porsche and I was blown away. I got a great deal from the manager, Lauren. We ordered the car and received it at the Porsche experience center. I received first class service at the PEC and Beverly Hills Porsche delivered all our documents there. The process could not have been smoother. I was treated like family and I got a great price too. The Taycan is incredible.
Nour was very helpful with my purchase. Also at Beverly Hills porsche, we can check out the built sheet retail, figure out which ones have the options we are interested in, then ask about availability. Otherwise, we’d have to ask for several built sheet retail for a lot of cars which might have unsuitable options .
Over the past few months I have been working with Hunter Wilson to build and order my 2021 Macan GTS. From the first phone call in April to the handshake after all paperwork was signed last week, Hunter has been professional and ready to help. He understood that I knew what I was looking for and made sure we hit the necessary deadlines to lock in the order. I had several questions throughout the process of ordering my first Porsche; Hunter deftly navigated all of them, reaching out to his teammates as needed for extra information. High end and easy. The process was so simple. I worked on all the financial paperwork before, with no obligation to lease. With this was done I walked in, test drove and left with the car I wanted within an hour. It was so seamless. I called this dealership to inquire about the lead time on a car. I was transferred to one of the salespersons named Sam who told me he could get back to me later that day with the information I requested. Two days goes by and no call. However, I did get a call from the dealership asking how my experience was with Sam. I told them what happened and they apologized and said they would have a salesperson get back to me. Here we are three weeks later and no call. I guess they arent hungry enough to care. No wonder why people hate dealing with dealerships and salespersons. Ill take my $200K elsewhere.
On TikTok you can see how the cars get treated/abused before a customer can even the car! They Full Throttle the cars while they unload them from the trailer. Normally you have to go easy on cars that have less than 1500 Miles especially if the engine isn’t on operating Temperature! Definitely not the quality standard of Porsche

After reading some of the previous reviews regarding customer service let me say that is the #1 thing I LOVED while there yesterday. From the ladies at the front desk who found me a salesman, offered water, and a seat to Samuel Chocolac (my sales guy), and Alex the finance contact.I knew off top I was looking for a Cayenne so Samuel immediately got us 1 to test drive. We went around the block, he explained the features, had casual convo, and talked about what colors/features I wanted. As soon as we got back I let him know that if he could put it all together (I had a trade in) that we could get it done that day. He had my Rubicon appraised right away and came back with numbers for the Cayenne.The only wait was about 20 minutes for the finance contact to do his thing and prep paperwork before I came in.All in all I was in and out of the dealership with my Cayenne in less than 3 hours.I read someone mention in another review they felt their casual look may have been a factor in their service - I went in with a messy bun, sweat shorts, a tank top, and jacket. Nothing about be outwardly screamed money - but rest assured I was treated top notch!

The prices of the vehicles are very fair. I could not be more happier with the outcome. I never felt pressured to buy or to commit to a deal I wasn’t comfortable with. On the contrary I felt very understood and they catered to my wants and needs. I strongly recommend working with them for your next car purchase.
They lied crazily.I bought a certified 911 4S from this dealer, and I was told this car was super clean and there was no accident to this car. But later aftert I purchased it, I found this car had at least 2 accidents before. There was frame damage/repair, heat shield damage. This car should not been certified.

Ok. We purchased a Porsche Macan on 5/12/2021 & today is 6/15/2021 & weve yet to be able to drive the car (we are outside of CA). If you purchase from these folks & youre out of state, expect to get the run around until you get fed up & contact the store manager--who finally got the paperwork we needed to get our tags. The first Macan we were purchasing ended up with an oil leak rendering it unsellable--but VOILA! There was a more expensive Macan available! My advice is read your paperwork thoroughly, get the names of each person you speak with & if you think something is shady, it probably is. Dont waste your time with the underlings--go to the top guy quickly & if that doesnt work head to corporate.

Beware they said I needed a new clutch. SCAM!!the service department over charging telling people they need a new clutch.Here’s what happened:Brought my 1yo Porsche in for a recall, while the car was in I was informed that my clutch needed to be replaced they said “it’s down to the rivets” what ever that means. They told me I shouldn’t even drive it home, I was bewildered, I’m a great driver, been driving manual for years, this was a first, so I called a friend who connected me to a friend of his who builds racing Porsches, he told me to bring the car over, I did abs he got in, put the car in 2, revved the engine, dropped the clutch and the wheels started spinning screeching as the car took off, he said “if your clutch was bad the car could not do that” I asked what about them saying it’s “down to the rivets “ he asked what I brought the car in for? I said it was a recall something to do with fuel something, he said for them to say it’s down to the rivets they would have to remove the engine, do you think they would remove the engine on a hunch? Would they invest all that man hours without being paid?? He said they are simply lying, I talked to 2 friends who had the same experience.Stay away!!

Unfortunately I experienced misrepresentation of the condition of a Porsche 911 at this location. BUYER BEWARE!If your in the market for a Porsche be very careful of this location. I went in to test drive a used 2015 Porsche 911. When I arrived the sales rep assured me that the car was in immaculate condition. When the car arrived the door panels were off the car, it looked like the tail pipes were involved in some type of a collision and the engine had a knocking sound. I was so embarrassed for them in the manner in which they presented this vehicle.When I asked the sales rep as to why the cars description on their website failed to disclose the obvious issues he said he didnt think there was anything wrong with the car. Scratching my head...I didnt walk out but I ran out of there.I contacted management and I was informed that the cars rear bumper had been painted which confirmed what I saw. He informed me that they paint the bumpers sometimes to make the cars look good. This car was 5 years old...no need to paint. I asked him why the website failed to disclose all that was wrong with the car and he informed me that he would look into it and get back to me on a specific day which he failed to do.Im sincerely concerned for the consumers of this loaction. They dont seem to care much about full disclosure although they claim their vehicles go through an inspection. I have submitted a complaint with Los Angeles County Consumers Affairs to investigate this matter, and will be contacting Porsche corporate directly. I grew up Germany where these cars were babied and pampered. Furthermore, there was pride for the brand name. This was ridiculous.

What a great place to buy your car. I bought my second Porsche Turbo there and traded my 997 Turbo Cab to a 991 Turbo S. Matt helped me from top to bottom for the trade. They have been able to give me the deal i wanted at the price I wanted. I highly recommend Porsche of BH and using Matt is an even better choice!

Avoid this place. Once theyve made the sale they will be of zero help. Traded in my car when I bought the Porsche and they conveniently forgot to send the check for the payoff of the trade in. Also note, the now-useless sales guy will try to pressure you for a good survey about your sales experience so he can get a bonus. Dont fall for it because theyre good for nothings once the window for the survey is over. Glad you didnt get a bonus off my sale.Have escalated to corporate.
If I could give his place negative stars I would!!!Run run as far away as you can to another Porche dealer that actually cares about their customers. Absolute worst customer service and follow up I have ever seen. Thanks to them I have had the WORST car buying experience ever!!! My car has been sitting in the garage for a month because the dealership has been giving us the runaround about the tag. The car was transported out of state but waiting a month + with no answers is ridiculous. We just bought a car from Newport Beach 2 months ago and had it transported, the tag was here in a week. Ive have better customer service from a Huyandi dealership. Save your sanity and go to another dealership if you value your peace of mind. Dealers like this give the brand a bad name.

If you seek a quality Porsche Dealership service experience, BH Porsche will deliver. The unsung heroes are the support staff who tend to get ignored, but I wanted to emphasize that Jeanie Amaya and Kristyna Morgan were exceptionally friendly & helpful in helping me navigate some of the logistical issues during my service appointment.Con: BH Porsche charges literally the highest hourly bill rate of Porsche dealerships in North America, because of its expensive ZIP code and proximity to well-off Porsche drivers who dont mind paying the premium for the convenience. This is the *only* reason I docked one star from an otherwise 5-star experience.Porsche owners already know that visiting a Porsche dealership for service is always an expensive experience.If cost is no object, the service department of BH Porsche is professional, friendly and top-notch place to bring your Stuttgart jewels for repairs and fine-tuning.If youre on a budget and dont mind less-convenient, busier dealerships, there are a few others in Southern California which can perform the service at a lower final cost.
Practically begged them to lease us a (second) Macan. Could not get a response after many emails and phone calls to both the salesperson and the sales manager, who is apparently the acting GM. Must have been some turnover in staff but now extremely poorly run. Goodbye Porsche, hello Tesla.

The staff is very friendly in every department. The only small issue is that they work off of 3 different buildings separated a block away from one another. If you know what you want it shouldnt be much of a problem however.
Seamless experience. From first contact to driving off the lot, it took less than a day. I reached out to numerous dealerships, but Christian at BH Porsche was the most straightforward and straight-talking person I dealt with. He quickly tracked down the car spec I was looking for. We took a look at it in person, signed the papers, and off we went. Highly recommended for any serious buyers.

I bought a porsche cayenne here a few years ago and I will never forget my experience. I signed the paperwork to my cayenne and as they were bringing it out, is noticed a golf ball sized dent on my passenger rear quarter panel. They told me they would talk to the manager tomorrow to let me know they can send me to a dent specialist to fix it. They would cover it of course. After a few days, I asked them about an update. They gave me the run around. After about 2 weeks, I gave up trying to get them to let me know when the manager would ok it. So I just reached out to a dent repair place and got it fixed within 2 hours. Never again would I buy a car from them and tell anybody on the forums and groups I am apart of this story and admonish they stay away too.
2/2/2021 - I thought I would update my negative review for a second time to include the dealers response 4 months ago. So I called in to the mentioned number in the dealers response and was able to work with the then new used car manager. She was very understanding and was eager to send me the reimbursement. According to her, a check was sent to me with some incorrect information so I never received it. She was waiting for mistake check to be voided and will issue me a new one. That was in November 2020. Now I dont see that manager still working at BHP. Did she leave a note for someone to follow through? I texted her and emailed the new used car manager to follow up, ....and yet to get a response. I do hope other customers never have to go through this. $1250 is not that much money, but the way this got handled is not right!This is to update the review I left for BHP below on September 6th. About a week after my review below, I received a response below to call in. When I called in, I was told to wait to talk to a manager and shortly after was told again a manager will call me back. Never received any call back. Then about 2 weeks later, I made a call again and left a voice message. Still there hasnt been any call back. This has been 7 months since I asked for my reimbursement. Very disappointed.I bought a used and certified 911 at BHP at the beginning of March right before the Covid-19 shutdown. There were 2 problems:1. During my 6-hours long driving home, rattling problems were discovered on the car. BHP did arranged for my car to be repaired at my local Porsche dealer since the car was still under CPO. I also brought to BHP and my local dealer the rattling problem of the seatbelt buckle, and paid out of my pocket for the buckle to be replaced, anticipating BHP will get me a reimbursement from Porsche since the car is in CPO.2. Even though I agreed to buy the car over the phone and made a CC deposit, the 2 front tires were overlooked by BHP when I came 3 days later to do paperwork and to pick up the car. When my local dealer repaired the rattling problem, they inspected other things and found the 2 front tires were 6 years old and they were cracking due to age. Inner tread were also found to be at at minimal tread and recommended replacing. I brought this to BHP attention (inspection sheet from local dealer) and manager would look into this with service department. Manager agreed for me to replace the 2 tires since even though the car was not going through CPO process at that time, no Porsche dealer would sell cars with those old cracking tires.I provided all the necessary documents to BHP: the inspection sheet from my local dealer about the old tire, the receipt of my tire replacement, and the receipt of the seatbelt buckle from my local dealer. BHP used car managers (both new one and previous one) did agreed to reimburse me for these 2 items. I kept communicating with the manager at least once a month for more than 5 months now, but have not receive any reimbursement from BHP. One time, even the manager told me on the phone that my reimbursement will be sent out and I will receive by next Tuesday, nothing ever received.Today marks exactly half a year since my purchase. I doubt I will ever get that reimbursement. $1250 is not a lot of money, but I feel bad since it was money I thought I will get back when I paid to have the 2 problems fixed and the manager agreed to pay me back. This has left me with a bitter feeling that not everyone cares at BHP. I was patient and courteous all the way, and I had given BHP enough time to make it right for me.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam C. Extremely friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable and not pretentious. He knows more about Porsches than anyone we’ve met. No sales gimmick or undue pressure. Just wanted to make sure we found the car we loved. And we did! Excellent customer service.
Service dept is great, Scott R. and Mario R. go beyond their means when it comes to customer service. This is my second Porsche and I had a hefty situation involving my car in-which my 4 yr warranty had just expired, Porsche Beverly Hills stepped in along with Porsche North America and gave me basically 90% off of my 18k bill, thank you for the generosity Beverly Hills Porsche I will keep coming back when it comes to a new Porsche in the near short future.

Wow. What a great experience. I went to lease a car for myself but I ended up leasing two cars, one for my wife. My salesman, Sascha Glaeser, was very professional, and no nonsense. He gave me a great deal, great service and did not waste my time. By the way, at least three of my friends and family had a similar experience with Sascha. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Porsche and especially Sascha to my friends and family.
Here is a perfect example of a car dealership interest in selling you a vehicle at any cost, including lying and making false promises. I was told that some damage in my trade in car would be covered by them as part of the deal I made with the sales manager to lease a new Porsche. To make this very long story short, these repairs were never made by the dealership nor they informed Porsche Financial Services that they would cover the expense of the repairs, even though I received written confirmation from the dealership in the form of a DUE BILL at the time I made the vehicle exchange. The General Manager would not take my call and the Finance Manager did not return my calls either. Warning: be very careful when you make a deal that calls for their integrity and business ethics.
