This was the worst Dealership I ever encounter. Herrera advertised 10 Ford Explorer for 8,9634. I set up appointment for a test drive and was happy with Explorer. It needed a little TLC and we agreed on what needs to be done and $. So I schedule a time to come back and finish the Deal. Now Explorer is ready and I ready to buy.. I get there today and $ is mark up to $10,900. We discuss $ again and Octavio refused to keep his word and promise he had made to Me.. No Deal was made.. 1. He lied to Me 2. Herrera refused to honor Internet $ 3. That is false advertising.. U be the judge. They are a waste of time and $.

Bought a car from this place years ago. When I had to do a smog check to the car it wouldnt pass for anything until I finally took it to a specialist mechanic for that type a car.. they took the dashboard off we found perfectly placed pieces of paper towels covering the check engine light and maintenance light. We both were completely shock to see this.. I honestly do not recommend this business. Who knows what Mickey mouse repairs these cars have just to make them run for a couple of months.

Horrible dont buy car in this place. I brought a car same day starting sounds weird so next day I took to the mechanic and for the mechanic everything was good so that how my story go. So plus the owner the car work well and my friend telling me the they can fix it. But no has a lot things to fix and the mechanic all the time is rude. So take a time to buy a car there.

5 stars!!! My situation was tough, but Herrera Auto Sales did not stop until they could work something out for me. My experience was beyond what I expected.

My husband and I visit this place today, it was horrible. We walk in the first time glance at a minivan the gentleman#1 just greet us and we ask if they had any minivans pointed at one. I ask if that was the only one,he said yes. So we told him we would go and look at other dealers if not we will return. He said ok bye thats its. We found very little selections on minivans at other local dealers, so we came back (big mistake). Second time gentleman#2 help us who actually showed us the minivan, provided us with info and showed us more options. I have no idea how things started but gentleman#1 and #2 started fighting over who was gonna sell us the vehicle. They started screaming at each other and saying your not gonna steal my sale, thats my money! and more. Literally infront of us and questioning my husband on who help him first and who sale that was. My 3year old son was with my husband at the moment ended up running scared to me and asking me what was going on. At that point i could care less about the minivan or who was going to sell us the vehicle. I told my husband we had to go. Did i forgot to mention the boss was there, yet he seem more scared of the two arguing. Anyways we took our business next door. Sorry i made this long but those two irritated my day. That dealership needs professional employees. I understand a sale means commission yet dont act like that infront of customers.

I bought a car here july 2015 its been a terrible experience ....... Where do i begin.....A few days after i purchased it i noticed it was very shakey i took it in and mechanic said it was just a motor mount so he claimed to replace it .....the next day it was still shakey....i called it in and they stated they changed it and it should be fine....so along i went.....6 months later the transmission goes out and i had to pay out of my own pocket 1400 dollars to rebuild it and the transmission place also notified me that the motor mount needed to be changed!!.(DIDNT THE MECHANIC AT HERRERAS SAY THEY CHANGED IT) .. Smh......so had to pay for that too........6 months later the starter goes out I had to replace that as well......1 week later the ac breaks........present day my car broke down in the middle of the street .im not sure what the problem is this time but my mechanic will inform me tomorrow.....some more money im putting in this car that im overpaying for anyways.I would not recommend this place to anyoneDont waste your money!!!!Please keep in mind i always change my oil and keep up with the maintenance.I wish i can give them no stars
