Hello everyone...If you felt hesitant of where to take your car for the required service it needs. Take it to the experts. Audi of downtown l.a has Piece of mind, outstanding customer service, and excellent mechanics. They made sure I understood my 2013 A7 situation in reference to low coolant levels. The mechanic also came across another problem in his diagnostic results. Audi offers warranty on all work they perform, something other places wont. Easiest car buying experience I’ve had so far. Was looking at a used Subaru Outback. They treat all cars even the used vehicles with the same care and detail as their $150k vehicles. The Subaru is immaculate and very well cleaned. I worked with Alan Chang from the internet sales. He was very honest and straight forward. I didn’t come to the payment I wanted originally and went to a Subaru dealer but ended up back at Audi since they were much easier to work with. I will be back there to purchase my next vehicle if I’m still in the area

Our salesman Gabriel Clopton was great! He approached when we arrived and offered assistance. He did not hover or hound us. I hate buying cars because of high pressure sales people. We knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived. He never tried to sway us to another, more expensive car. The showroom is very appealing, open and airy. This is nice because the process is lengthy. We got a great car.

I finally have my new car! Gabe at Audi DTLA sold me my car and was super helpful. He knew all of the information I wanted to know and was even able to teach me a few of the short-cut tricks in the car itself. For a month, I was being scammed by other car salesmen at other dealerships. I was so glad to finally work with someone who was genuine and helped me in every aspect of the car-buying process. Two stars because we do like our car, and some of the people were polite. But the manager f*ed us over by only replacing one damaged tire. After about a month, our alignment was off and we had to get all new tires. My husband asked repeatedly for two tires, knowing that youre never supposed to just put one new tire on, but the manager insisted that if a tire passed inspection, he wouldnt replace it (like they even inspect them--there was a whole chunk out of the one they replaced).

I took my AUDI to the dealer thinking I was going to get the best price and honest review. Come to find out I was getting a water pump replaced for $2,000 + dollars and when I told the guy helping me that at Kenas dealership they were charging me $1,400 he then decided to match the price. Then they told me I needed a thermostat and a new hose that connects to the pump, adding another $400+ dollars. The worst part we have been without a car for 3 days and their resolution to rent me a cheap old Honda next to a rental car place that adds fees like crazy. I recommend you buying the parts yourself and having someone reliable install them, I bought the thermostat for less than 40 bucks and the pump was less than 200 bucks, but now I am stuck paying for a 500 dollar job almost $2000 dollars. Thanks AUDI, really appreciate the customer service, and you wonder why folks refuse to buy your product.

Take your car to DTLA for service even if its a 50 mile longer drive than Bev Hills location!!!!Without going into detail the Service dept at Audi DTLA actually cares about customer. They are honest and dont give ya the run around like Bev Hills Audi does for sure. I was in and out in 1/10 of the time too!So glad i went there instead this time!!!

I drove about 2 hours because they had a low mileage 2012 Honda Civic for a great price. Upon arrival I met with the salesman named Erik Guzman And he let me know that the car I was interested in was actually getting body work done, but told me to grab lunch and hed have it back for me to look at and test drive. He really went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted, and even worked a deal for me a deal on an already fairly priced car. Extremely glad I ran into him and the professional team at Audi DTLA. Needless to say I came home with the car and couldnt be happier!

A place I dont want to go back to again. They did several credit checks that I didnt want and the car I was looking for was sold in the meantime, and they sent too many emails, phone calls and texts that were not helpful from online sales, financial, customer care... There seemed to be no communication between departments at all. No matter how good the deal is, I dont want to go back.

Alan and TJ ( finance) were GREAT!!! not pushy, overbearing, really let us enjoy looking at the car we drove 2+ hours to see. Took it for a test drive, I did make an appointment to see the car i saw on cargurus. He sent me pictures and videos a day before to prove they still had the car. When we got there, right away answered all the questions we had. Even ones he wasnt expecting us to ask, very transparent, honest with the banks return approval, didnt run my credit a hundred times. Having bought cars from dealers/ family owned, This has been the best experience so far.

Pretty good experience with Audi of Downtown LA. Actually flew out to the area for a specific color/trim they had on an A7, Amir was my sales rep and often went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth.The initial asking price was a bit high, but Amir heard my concerns and was able to negotiate a reasonable offer which I very much appreciated. The rest of the process was smooth with no hidden fees or unnecessary pressure to buy into certain warranties.My only complaint is that I was under the impression that the upcoming 55k service wouldn’t be needed as I was buying the car at 52k. I was told over text that the car wouldn’t need another service until the 60k mark since the proper maintenance was already being done to prep for sale. This was not true and I did end up having to pay for a 55k service not too long after purchasing the car. That being said, I don’t believe that the dealership was purposely deceitful and that this was just a misunderstanding between my sales rep and the service department.Other than that, fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for an Audi in the LA area. If you’re coming from out of state, they’ll answer all your questions and send you home in a clean, smooth, and fun ride.(3 months of ownership, 6k miles on so far, no issues. No lemons here!)

Had a test drive & bought my RS5 from here a couple of days later. Sales rep I worked with, Walter, was very courteous; when I called them back a couple of days later to buy the car the process was straightforward and their price was very reasonable. I went to this location to test drive an A4. Gabriel talked to me on the phone and helped me when I got there. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all my questions. The A4 I checked out looked really nice and clean. Even though I wasnt able to make a purchase decision today because I had just started looking, I would highly recommend checking out this place because I felt welcomed and not pressured or rushed at all.

Fredi is the ONLY service person I will come to. Professional, doesn’t try to sell me on stuff, and is truthful which is refreshing. He is GREAT and a keeper. You need more like him! Can’t comment on the sales staff, that is another situation. I had an excellent experience buying my Audi, but it was from a woman salesperson at another dealership. You need more. No talking down to me about the car, telling what I need versus what I want etc. it was refreshing indeed. The next time I buy a car I will look for a woman sales person. I didn’t need to bring my husband as backup. Generally when you bring your husband the whole attitude changes. Best experience ever buying a car was buying my Volvo years ago.

Terrible customer service, the service department of this dealers only wants to steal from their customers by inventing or intentionally causing problems for their customers vehicles I took my vehicle for two recalls and they want to charge me more than $ 500.00 for a problem that my vehicle did not have before taking it for repair. My vehicle is still under repair for 2 days without giving me a solution.They are a dishonest team and have no professional ethics with their clients.

It was a very friendly and relaxed experience. Never did we feel rushed or pressured. Everyone was very accommodating and willing to negotiate to help get us everything we wanted at a fair price. They even saved us money and found a better interest rate than i was expecting. My husband an I are both in high end and upscale sales and we notice everything. We appreciate when sales staff know their craft and read the audience appropriately. Often my husband and I are underestimated and unskilled salesmen loose sales because of it. This was not the case at all. We found the experience perfect for us. As a Sales Manager myself I never felt the need to critique one aspect. Completely satisfied.

2 stars for their service department. There was a recall for my vehicle’s gas tank, and they said my gas tank was fine but they put a protective film over just in case. So a month later my gas tank valve cracked, and gasoline was spitting out of my rear passenger seats. I had to also take my car to another mechanic to inspect first because Audi service told me they were going to charge $250 for the inspection. There was clearly visible cracks, so the film was applied, so I was told by my mechanic. They finally replace it during the second visit, but I would’ve gone through much less trouble if they just replaced it the first time, and now I can still smell the gasoline inside my car.

I went in for a recall I thought it could take longer then the time they said it would take they surprised me it was on time, The really good part is that they send you a video of them performing a multi inspection on my car they check tires, brakes etc .. I remember going to the Dealer on 10/04/2018 to buy a Q7, this guy Stephen Khukoyan was the rudest sales person ever, He thinks he owns the place, this guys does not know how to get customers to buy cars, finally I went back with $11,000 cash for down payment and Richie the financing guy was able to get the vehicle for me, He even says that the dealership is not a museum for this Armenian guy to refuse offers from customers, He didnt even know that my Q7 came with black wheels from the factory as being a Sport Edition.No needs to have such a rude and sales rep working in the dealership treating customer the wrong way.The reason I give this dealer a five starts its because of Valentine the service dept guy and well Richie who is a magnificent person.

Horrible is an understatement. I contacted Audi in the middle of May in order to take advantage of their monthly May special for their Audi A4. I spoke to a sales rep and told them I pretty much was a guaranteed sale and that I would like to work on a time in order to check out the vehicle. The next two to three weeks would consist of nothing but emails from random people at Audi asking if I would like to still purchase the vehicle I would respond yes Can you please call me? I would never receive a phone calI, but instead I would just get emails every single day asking the same question, Finally I called the sales manager Frank, who couldnt have done a worse job. Not only did he not honor the deal that I was interested in he tried to upsell me on a 2020 vehicle for double the price, and this is after I told him the story of the laughable service I received. The remainder of the conversation ended up being nothing but arguing about on how to treat customers. I ended up hanging up on him because I couldnt believe the service I was receiving. I ended up getting a call back immediately with the caller ID Mercedes Auto Parts. We spoke for a little bit longer, any continued to try to upsell me. Not only did I not purchase a vehicle, but in my next sales conference I will be using Audi as an example of how not to treat their customers. Its a shame considering I thought audio was a luxury brand

What a nightmare. Ive been buying cars from Audi for ten years. Now, after a drunk driver totaled my car while I was at dinner nearby, Im being brushed aside as if Im not a customer. Here is the shady nature of Audi: My buyout was 47k on my A7; AAA payout was 58k. Audi financial retroactively changed my buyout to match the higher payout so they could make 11k while still requiring me to continue the lease payments. Effectively double charging me for the additional two-month interim. They made it clear that I would not receive any reimbursements. When I asked if there was a program to get me into another car, the answer was, Buy a new one, but I cant until this account closes. Until then, Im without a car. While I was there, another customer was screaming as he left saying Ill never buy another Audi. Audi is not a luxury car company, and after ten years with them, I can say I share the screaming mans sentiment. By-the-way, today, their CEO was charged with fraud, very poetic.

Lies, lies. And more lies. I have owned nothing but Audi my whole life and sadly because of this location I’m second guessing my favorite car brand.From day one kit the sales guy LIED to my face to sell me a car and then the sales car manager acted like he didn’t even want to deal with me and refused to return my phone calls.As it turns out my car was totaled and was told misinformation regarding my gap insurance . Jack the financial manager was also very unpleasant to deal with.Honestly DONOT go to this location to buy a car here. If you do make sure to go through the car with a fine tooth comb, make sure there is no physical damage anywhere on or inside the car, with mine the seat was covered in paper and protective plastic. and after I took the plastic off I noticed passenger seat was warped or melted looking. ( they covered it up with paper and plastic cover) They also lied about the car coming with navigation and it didn’t . There was also a slight flaw in the driver side door. When I asked about these issues the day after I purchased the vehicle they referred me to the sales manager and he refused to return my phone calls. And they told me none of these issues were covered and that they were Preexisting? Really? I just bought the car from you “free of damage” . Andy was less than helpful he was probably too busy trying to meet his sales quota. # sharkDo not take your car here for service if it is under warranty as they will expect it to sit on there lot for 5 days and offer no loaner car even just for basic service.I’ve wasted so much time with them and honestly feel lied to and burnt out. For a luxury car brand this place feels more like a used car lot that they are trying to get these cars off their lot before someone notices flaws. #Swindlers and liersI will never come her again. Every single department I had to deal with was clearly inept and could care less about customer service. Financial. Sales and service were total jokes. Go to Beverly Hills if you want an Audi . As I said to Audi of America when I called to complain, I have never spent this much money to be treated so poorly.It took this horrible dealership two months to pay me the thousands of dollars they owed me on my trade in. I called at least 10 times; spoke to someone on 6 occasions and was repeatedly told the check was days away. Finally, after pitching a small fit, the dealership discovers the check was lost in the mail. They only realize this because they had already SOLD MY OLD CAR and realized they needed to get the title still. So on all those other occasions when I called for a status update, they clearly didnt check it out. Out of 10 calls, only the last call ever got a call back.The best part was when I spoke to the general manager and asked him to do more than simply pay me what was owed to me. Lets be honest, if I missed two months of payments, my car would be repossessed. They should comp my service, as a show of good faith. Rather than make an offer to win my business back, the manager made it very clear he didnt care. Clearly the attitude starts at the top.It is very obvious that as soon as you sign the paperwork, this dealership absolutely does not give a S**t about their customers. Buy from ANYWHERE else. These guys dont deserve your business. I complained twice to Audi. I intend to do it several more times.

They didnt pay attention to my additional down payment so the loan numbers werent matching up, they continuously tried to up sell me on additional warranty items; the entire document signing took like 3 hours!On top of that the battery needed to be replaced as it was dead but despite them allegedly starting the work first thing in the morning and me finishing paperwork in the late afternoon, they kept saying Were working on it so youll have to come back tomorrow.Fast forward to the next day and despite multiple calls to 3 different sales managers(all who I had met the previous day so they knew who I was) and the service manager to find out whats happening, they all just kept saying its being worked on. A full day went by again without the vehicle being done. Note that I rarely got a call back from anyone...I initiated all the discussion.3rd day comes around and finally I get a call that it will be done by midday. Upon checking the service order, all they did was replace the battery and a fuse....2 days for that?!?!Long story short, this was the most ridiculous experience Ive had at a dealership in my life and it ruined what should have been an exciting and fun car buying process.

Ive been going to Downtown Audi for years now and always come away satisfied. A highlight for me is being taken care of by Valentine Rautescu in the service department. I always feel he has my best interest at heart, he goes over all work that needs to be done, as well as options, he maintains great contact throughout the process, and makes sure I am set up with transportation until my vehicle is done. It is a pleasure to work with him. Audi makes beautiful cars, that is well known. Ive been a faithful customer for 12 years. But something maybe less well known is the treasure that is Valentine. I am impressed by the care and attention of the service department. I came in 3mo after purchase of a new Audi from another dealership located further away with two warranty complaints: a defective, distorted windshield and loud wind noise on the front door. Both are really bothersome when highway driving but are subtle. I was worried Id be ignored or told I was imagining things. Jorge and team were outstanding, working through each issue with detailed notes on the service report and confirming the defects with the new car. The dealership also gave me a loaner car. The repair took longer than Id hoped, 8 days, but I feel confident the job was done right and so do not mind. Thanks for the professionalism, courtesy, and top notch work. Even though there is another closer dealer, Audi DTLA will be my service center. A great job.

Cool at first but when I refinanced my car they all switched there emails or dont even reply to my email at all an when ever I call they dont even want to bother to help me or make an appointment for my cars mandatory check up an I still pay for the deluxe package an get less than minimal service they dont even want to bother helping me change my wheels that have a nail in them saying I have to pay full price like really all I got it a nail couldnt patch it up or even try to make a deal or work with me still to this day after 1 year havent bothered to email me about a single thing do not trust them got Audi a3 Quattro premium. When they do your oil change they dont even change it they just add oil to make it normal level an thats about it they do the most to save money when they make alot of money already scandless 😞 they still dont reply to my emails lol

Called this morning to parts department and tried placing an order for the parts that i need. An male employee in parts department this morning is very rude sounds like he just woke up, maybe hes having a continuous bad days from yesterday, told me that i need to pay first. Guess what, PACIFIC AUDI IN TORRANCE has better customer service skills than DOWNTOWN AUDI HAS AND THEY HAVE ORDERED MY PART AND GUARANTEED TO ARRIVED next day with professional and courteous, understand customer skills. Even though they are based in torrance, id rather order my parts there with exceptional excellent customer skills than the ones in downtown LA employee. I will not ever order my parts from them neither i will not recommend my friends and acquaintances to even try to step their foot in the entrance door.

I love coming here! Cash Yi always answers any questions I have and helps me schedule my car maintenance. Hes my go to person when my family and I look for new cars. He introduced me to Jorge Serrano who took care of my Audi maintenance and service. I appreciated how Jorge Serrano updated me with mobile texts even though it was a very busy day for them. The salesmen were about average. They were somewhat knowledgeable and helpful, however one of them smelled like he hasnt showered in a few days. The real reason for the one star is the sales manager who turned out to be pretty sleazy by the end of the deal. Lucky for them, the car was exactly what my friend was looking for and it was a long drive to get there. If you can, buy an Audi elsewhere.

EDDIE PEREZ IS NUMBER ONE AT SERVICES!! I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY AUDI A5.. IT WAS MISFIRING ON 2 CYLINDERS SO I WAS HAVING A STRUGGLE GETTING TO WORK... Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life, Preston who is a sales person there seems like he wants to help you at first until he gets the sale and then he wants nothing to do with it or you anymore. I purchased a car from this dealership they didn’t uncover the plates when I left which is illegal and they argued with me trying to convince me it’s legal when I know they passed a law in ca not allowing this anymore. Here I am3 months later with no plates or registration bc they didn’t do a smog test on the car I bought and they didn’t feel the need to contact me to let me know I’ll never get a registration because they didn’t do a smog test I had to figure this out by the dmv. Absolutely thee most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever encountered.

Ive had to deal with Audi of Downtown L.A. twice since moving to Los Angeles from Houston and have had horrible experiences in both circumstances. My latest visit had me being told that it was going to cost $90 and an hour of my time to retrieve the code to unlock my audio system after it had retreated to Safe mode when I changed the battery in my car. I had been told previously by Audi of Downtown L.A. that if I had the 17 digit ID for my car, that it would be able to be retrieved over the phone. When I refused to pay $90 for something that they could easily solve, I was told Well, you shouldve had your battery changed here then.

Service on the car was good. Asked to have my cabin air filter changed and the service writer started questioning me on why I needed one. Never had that happen at other Audi dealers. I did appreciate the 2017 A4 they loaned me for the day. Made me want to buy another.
