Worst auto sales ever. The owners claim to want to “help” their people but take advantage of them. They don’t like selling to people of color and if they do they ask for a higher down payment (over $2.5 K for a $10K car with mileage above 150k). Please go with someone who has knowledge in cars because they will take advantage if you have none. Check engines and motors because they will have you sign papers and not return your down payment, besides that as soon as you sign paperwork and the car messes up and planning to return, your car will be considered repossession. Ruin your credit. Be careful. I did not buy a car but they tried taking advantage of my family.

Terrible! They sell cars off auction. Sold me a camry with a bad transmission and took them 3 weeks for them to get back to me. You only have 1 month of warranty. Most cars look bad and I just wouldnt recommend this dealer or any other thats similar to Ramos. For the price of most cars here, you can get something better at a better dealership like Nissan or Chevrolet with way less miles . STAY AWAY.

Honestly is horrible. I’m so disappointed. Horrible customer service . I bought a car here thinking the car was going to be In good condition, and it hasn’t even been a month and it got messed up twice. Call too make appointments because it’s by appointments and they don’t have available until a week later . What am I supposed to do until then. I got it so I can drive and because for the obvious reason I need one . So now I’m stuck without a car for another week . I’m so disappointed, I don’t even think it deserves a star .

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I went in this weekend because i was looking for a car, I had called the day prior asking about the I car I was interested in, some lady named Jessica told me I could go in the next day to see it and everything. I go in the next day and I see the car I was interested in and I asked her about it she said it wasn’t ready to sell yet so I told her why didn’t she tell me that on the phone and made me drive so far. Definitely don’t go there, they just make people waste their time. These people are horrible !

This was the best and easiest way to buy a car. They made sure I was satisfied and took care of me. I couldn’t furnish a bank account statement nor check stub yet and still they gave me a good offer. I was lucky enough to have someone that trusted me to co sign with me so that I could get financed for the truck I purchased. You always see those signs when you’re driving down the street that say “Your job is YOUR credit” But, is it really true? I really had my doubt walking in to this place but don’t regret it one bit. We walked in with intentions to take a car home and that’s exactly what we did. My husbands and my credit isn’t perfect but we both have stable jobs. The customer service here is great! Definitely won’t be our last car to purchase here. Your job is really your credit!!
