Francisco in particular was very kind and accommodating with my busy schedule working with me via phone, text and in person to set up an appointment for me to come in their store and choose the appliances I liked the most. They were able to work with me regarding down payment and biweekly payments for the remaining amount and I am very very thankful! Just a while ago they came to my house, both wearing masks, and helped me set up my brand new Whirlpool refrigerator and stove AND even wiped them down for me before leaving. Excellent service! Francisco was very knowledgeable and honest. I was nervous about calling someone since people always want to take your money, but not Francisco, he was honest and truthful. I have a Samsung refrigerator and is always breaking down. He mentioned some repair options, but ultimately said that the refrigerator was going to continue breaking down. Therefore, he recommended for me to just unplug my refrigerator and let it defrost instead of paying him for something which would happen again. I really appreciated his honesty. He scheduled 3 different times to come to my home to give me an estimate an repair but never showed up.That was very unprofessional of him, he had no regard for my time while I waited for him each time..
