Ive been using Vladimirs for years and I have bought numerous appliances for my rental properties. I have always had good service until recently. I remember when they only had older used appliances that they refurbished and cleaned the best they could. However, over the past few years they have upgraded. Now there customer service is not as good and they recently treated me very badly. After waiting more than an hour past my promised delivery time, they brought me the wrong fridge,, one that didnt fit. When I asked Lucy to help me and get the correct fridge delivered the same day, she completely ignored me me and had her son relay messages to me to come in in Monday. She did not respond to messages or texts, even though the mistake and delays were hers. After spending $1300 on a USED fridge, Lucy could not give the common courtesy of a conversiaton. Do not go here. Her own son talked about her.
