I went there 2 times this week. I had ordered a item online. When I arrived the spots labeled Online Orders Only where taken up by customs of Home Depot. Two spaces(on each row)...had been used. This is unacceptable!! I went back earlier the next morning. My IHSS person accompanied me. I am disappointed. I took my IHSS to get my package 📦. This is crazy!! Home Depot should be aware of this. The are the pictures of me and 3 other vehicles that were inside Home Depot doing their regular shipping. The truck directly in front of my car, went into the store. The other ones were already there when I arrived. Anyway...Home Depot store manager should look into this. I was called over and over by Home Depot employees. Saying that I was there. I said that I came back home because all of the parking spots labeled for Online Orders Only is not being I forced 😒

Today I experienced something unusual and was left with the need to express it.As I checked my items out at self check out earlier today and was no where near finish scanning the items in my cart I was approached and stopped by the associate at self check out.I was buying some lamps along with other items and the associate said “You’ve four lamps you only scanned two”.Not thinking anything of it I replied and said “Oh I got them, they’re the first two items I scanned”I then tried to continue scanning l, because again, I wasn’t finished. The associate then says “No you didn’t there’s only two here”.Immediately it hit me, am i being accused of something here when I haven’t even finished scanning my items?However, I kept my cool and responded with “Yeah I scanned them” the associate’s response again “No you didn’t” In that moment I froze and kind of stared at her in disbelief and thought to myself it’ll hit her in a minute when she realizes her mistake because here she is accusing me w/o thoroughly checking my transaction.As she “checked” the transaction she realized she was wrong and all items had been accounted for at which point she said nothing.Listen, I understand you’ve to try and approach shoplifters however accusing someone before they’re even trying to walk away or make a “payment” is something else.I felt uncomfortable and a little embarrassed that I was experiencing that.I believe this would easily gone different had she lied a little and said “Ma’am I think you scanned that twice can I double check your transaction real quick?” Or “Hey those are some nice lamps I just got some similar installed. You’re taking four? Big project?”That way the individual knows that you as an associate are aware of what they have in their cart or what they may intend to do.Makes me realize it’s really not nice to be profiled and accused of something you didn’t do. It’s embarrassing and I hope this is read by enough ppl so the managers, if they care, address this with their employees.

Great experience. Grabbed 11 bags of Lava rock, self checked out and was on my way.

Amazing customer service!!!I came today 05/31/21 around rush hour (in the afternoon) looking for a grill that only this homedepot and/ or the one in UNION had.. After looking for a good minute and not finding we asked for help.. Jesse-20 (at lease per his apron) went completely out of his way to FIND what we were looking for; knowing they only had 2 in stock in boxes.. He is a perfect example of true customer service..We where ready to just drive to UNION, but Jesse showed his determination to find it for us. And succeededWe cant forget to mention Sergio. He was in the garden section. Sergio took the time to BUILD the grill for us.. He never gave us any attitude or nasty looks.. (We were hovering a Bit. To excited)He took the time and was careful while building it..Were just very pleased on the service/ the work flow of the workers/ the inventoryThank you Jesse and Sergio.

On this particular visit, I went to purchase a item that I’d searched for on The Hone Depot web site. Once I reached the department, for which the item I needed I found the associate and inquired to her if the item I needed. I, then showed her the picture of said item. The associate knew of said item and showed me exactly where it was located. I was grateful of her help n knowledge of the product I needed.

Always when I go there the staff are very unwelcoming and sad, they don’t try to help you as they have. Always have to wait more than 30 minutes to show up someone to cut the wood you want even calling them at the store speakers, unbelievable!!!

The plants were beautiful, found some great medicine cabinets (pretty ones) and vanities. Not crowded at 10:30 a.m. Nice and clean.

Home Depot is the place to go I go there for liquid detergent I go there for insect bombs I go there for plants I go there for a lot of other things that I need in my house I go there for trash bags everything is reasonable the stores clean the representatives that walk the stores are knowledgeable and respectful and they are willing to help not only will they tell you where to find something theyll take you to it

Good customer service some of the staff that walks the floors are sometimes no damn help.

A few moments ago I called to ask for a cleaning product called Easy off. I am aware that my first language is Spanish and I am not good at English. but I just had the worst of my times calling here! the first boy. He did not understand what I wanted happened to me with a girl who spoke Spanish. Well, you know the typical girl with Hispanic parents who resents our Spanish! I asked him if they had the product and he just left me on hold, another woman automatically answered me in English. I said hello and she hung up on me! How sad what a Hispanic person has to live day by day.

Starting and completing New A.D.U. in the City of Los Angeles

I’m here to get some wood to make some shelves for my bathroom, kitchen and some plants for my daughters garden... I go to the cutting center to get assistance from their associates he shows me some wood and I decided to go with my choice. Another associate informed me they don’t cut that specific wood... so I grab the one they do cut to fit properly. I tell the cutting association what the other associate mentioned and he said that’s fine I’ll cut it. He goes on and helps a customer and disappears!! I find him again and he said he would be back... then I see him again helping another customer... AFTER HE HAS BEEN PAGE ON THE INTERCOM 15 min ago.... so I’m waiting for him and I spot him again....he helping another customer.. In the end I had to get the manager to help me out and brought him to cut my wood and was give a discount. This lack of customer service discouraged me from continuing my shopping for my gardening I had planned... This is why I hate shopping in the hood!!

You just can’t miss it. Great place to find everything you need from a toilet to a room or gate. This location has it for you. Check it out ! Parking structure is convenient and quick.

This HD does not have carts ever. Took me 30 minutes to find one. The longest line on top of that.

One of the last times i visit this particular Home Depot in the morning.Almost fifty people in line and barely three self serve isles with one employee to assist everyone.Maybe they assume no one needs to be anywhere because itll take you an hour to get out of here !!! Besides no help from management. Normal hours not a problem but these self checkouts that take jobs from people are always broken and cause more hassle than help !

This Home Depot is always a joy to visit! Its got everything youll need for home repairs to just about anything else you will need for what ever in your home. And the associates are always helpful and curious too which makes my visits so pleasant! 5 stars from me🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Staff are less knowledgeable of the products that they carry, they may know where the products are and if in stocks, yet not what its for or how to us. Miss the mom and pop stores where they were knowledgeable about the products they carried. They claim they carry everything for home improvement yet like electronic megs stores the branding is becoming cheap import products. Example sanding pad attachments are cheap copies need to buy three ti.es as many as the American equivalent which they no longer carry. In their rental departments they dont properly maintain their equipment, for both safety nor sizes. Example rented a 75 foot snake which when measured was only 59 feet, sad example of getting your moneys worth.

I went this morning and a young guy I asked him for some help he tried to help me but he said it wasnt his department. He told me let me find someone from this department but he or anyone came back. I waited for 45 minutes then out of nowhere the young guy passed me driving a reach

Asked for help from the staff walking around & they kept telling me this is my department pointing other people who was busy with other shoppers. I just had an quick or simple question about clothes rods but had to 20 minutes until someone was free to help me.

Its sad that the home depot is an amazing store, the worst part is the employees, because looks to me that they try to be as rude as possible, when I even ask them: may i ask a question they looked at me like mad, or if I will insult them. Esther at the desk of appliances just rude, I work in a prestigious customer service company and going to home depot is so hard because I know in advance that my experience will be horrible, I love the fact they install the self cashier because i can avoid the bad customer service from the cashier.

Home Depot where you can get what you need got what you want you can get a bolt for your washing machine or you can get a slab of plywood for some project be careful with the return sometimes they dont want to deal with you but most of the time you can get taken care of get the home Depot credit card its good cash back zero interest on some purchases, not a bad place to shop.

My husband and I were there earlier today and couldnt find an item and a Home Depot employee named Mario helped us find the item and even answered all our questions. Mario was bilingual and has the best customer service that Ive seen in a long time. We will definitely be going back and definitely be looking for Mario if we have any questions or concerns. This young man deserves a recognition from the company for great customer service!!!

Ordered online. When I got there they had everything ready for me. Got in and out very quickly.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are great.

The paint department was quick and efficient. Got 5 gallons on color paint in 10 min. Nice shades of color varieties.

Went here to get keys made, the key machine is great, and fast, each key is a little pricy, between 4 and 5 dollars, but thats alright when your in a rush.

Very nice and helpful store staff especially in the paint section. Definitely one of my best Home Depots experiences and was my first time there.

I went to the window treatment section hoping to get some wood blinds for my mom’s apt. I was very nervous because I wasn’t sure what to buy since I had never needed windows cut to size. Lucky for me, I came across Letoya on a busy Sunday afternoon. She was so patient with me and even helped me calculate the length of the blinds for my window size. She was so comfortable and at ease explaining to me what measurements I should use. The blinds fit to perfection! Thank you so much for your help and patience Latoya! You rock!

My best place.

This isnt our regular store but we went tk this location as directed by a Customer Service person not at this location. While it was a wild goosechase and they did NOT have the product as we were instructed, the actual store was clean, friendly and the store staff was knowledgeable. The 800 number had bad information but the store personnel were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Great employees at the store locale.
