To be honest I would take the previous reviews with a grain of salt especially when they don’t reflect the true holistic customer service experience provided upon purchase of appliances.I was looking specifically for a Speed Queen brand washer/dryer and referred to this local gem. It’s owned by a kind couple who has been in business for many years. The husband was very helpful and honest during the shopping process.Easily found street parking and made my purchase within 30 minutes. Delivery was fast and was included with the fair price (as well as installation).I didn’t realize you could buy appliances from small businesses. From what I recall they also sell refrigerators and stove top/oven ranges. The experience was very personable and he worked hard to make the overall process convenient.Highly recommend you consider supporting this small business!

Who doesn’t want to support a local family run business. We got a great deal on a quality washer and dryer. It even came with free delivery and installation. These guys do repairs to in case I need help after the warranty expires from the manufacturer.

I gave up. I wanted to know if they had a black or stainless steel 18 cu ft refrigerator in stock. The very pleasant sounding woman with very little command of the English language repeatedly answered several questions I did not ask. Never once comprehending if requested colors are in stock.

It was closed an hour before google said 😡
